Destiny expansion pass

I purchased the Destiny expansion pass for xbox 360 and it says it will be emailed to me. but it doesnt say when and i feel like i will miss out on the free sparrow gift for all expansion pass holders that they have now. why wait until dec. 9 to email me the code. is there any way to retrive it earlier by calling and bugging the hell out of customer support?

Grats on your recent purchase! While most orders for digital content can typically be fulfilled in a few short hours, so it's surprising to hear you haven't received yours yet. It definitely shouldn't be necessary to wait until December to receive yours!

    A lot sure happened with Destiny last week! With the announcement of the Limited and Ghost Editions along with the Expansion Pass and Digital Guardian Edition there is a lot of exciting new content to look forward to in September.
    While we don’t have them listed yet, we will be taking pre-orders for both the Destiny Expansion Pass and the Digital Guardian Edition. I don’t know exactly when they’ll go live, but I’ll be sure to keep you updated through this thread.
    For the Gamers Club Unlocked question, MuricanDavester is correct. The discount would not apply.

  • Destiny Expansion Pass not working

    Hello ... I bought a disk with Destiny and expansion pass for The Dark Below and The House of  Wolves and I had no idea that the expansions will not work cus of some region problem. I am from Croatia and i bought disk from UK now i cant play expansions. So what can I do to change that and play it ? Thank you

    Thanks for purchasing your Destiny Expansion code from Best Buy!  I'm sorry if there was some trouble unlocking your content.  
    It is possible that the content was not yet available on the PlayStation Network at the time you were attempting to use your code.  As the game is now live I suspect it is now working.  Please let me know if this is not the case.

  • Destiny expansion region issue

    I'm from South Africa and I bought the expansion pass from the play station store and it isn't working on my copy of original Destiny which I have seen in the forums as a region issue with dlc where the original copy and ps store needs to match. Now my question is that I assume I'm running on eu servers for psn but how do I tell what the original games region is? On the back cover it says all regions so I'm so confused any help would be appreciated because I really want to play the expansions especially as I have paid for it

     I recently purchased the Destiny Season Pass at Best Buy and its been 2 days and i havent recived my code for the season pass yet. The only emails i have received from Best Buy are for feedback on my purchase and for other deals. Can anyone tell me how much longer i will have to wait to receive my season pass code in an email?

    Thanks for being a My Best Buy member, and thank you for purchasing your Xbox currency from Best Buy.  I can understand your concern regarding the tax policies of these items.
    Tax is only charged on digital currency when required by local law.  It is my understanding that Xbox Live will likewise only charge tax when required by law.  Regrettably they do not provide cards for us to sell that take tax into consideration.  If you know that tax is assessed in your area we can sell additional cards to ensure you will have a sufficient value to cover your desired product.

  • Pre ordered code for destiny expansion 2 not working

    I just purchased destiny expansion 2 house of wolves digital for playstation 3 but the redeem code that was given to me isn't working. When I put in thr code on the playstation store it says that the code is either invalid or has been used already. Now I can't even download the expansion today. The day it is actuakky released because of this. Can I get some help please.  Ive been trying to call best buy simce 6:00 a.ma.m about this problem but only the answering machine was talking.

  • Destiny Season Pass stopped working

    I bought the season pass for Destiny about 2 months ago. Since then I have been able to fully do everything the Season Pass should let me do. When I went on today however, it said there was DLC required to play the DLC strikes and missons. I have proof of purchase to confirm I bought it. I'm on a PS4.

    I won't preorder again either. I also won't suggest anyone else pre-order because of this run around I'm getting.  I pre-ordered hoping to get my s4 in a timely convenient manner. It's unfair to see many others have their phone in hand while I still wait. I ordered prior to the in-store release date so I should have mine in the same amount of time as anyone off the street. It's unfair to make me wait. I ordered on the 22nd and it's the 30th.. I still wait.
    Also, it's ridiculous that no one can answer when pre-orders will be shipped. Answers are vague and scripted and forum moderators don't help.

  • Destiny the Taken King pre-order issue

    I've brought destiny a while back and I brought the two add on packs well the season pass well they am bringing out the taken king and when I try to pre order it it says not available for purchase even though my friends Ave the only difference is u bought the season pass they brought the two add ons separately any ideas

    This issue has been reported to the Store team who are investigating the problem. In the mean time we have discovered a workaround that will allow you to pre-order the Taken King expansion for Destiny. 
    Please note in order to pre-order the Taken King stand alone expansion (without previous expansions) you must own both The Dark Below and House of Wolves expansions or the Destiny season pass. 
    To pre-order the Taken King DLC first search for the Dark Below expansion or click here. As you already own this content there should be a purchase button with a price of  £0.00. 
    Select the purchase button and confirm (as long as the price is still £0.00). 
    Complete the same process for the House of Wolves DLC 
    Again make sure the price is £0.00 before confirming the purchase. 
    Go to the Taken King product page and you should have the option to pre-order.

  • PS4 - Unable to download Destiny

  • Destiny DLC gone/can't download

    I've had Destiny on PS4 since release. I had access to the expansion pass dude to getting the digital guardian edition. The dark below was released and I downloaded it for free. I even got the free sparrow and equiped that. Now that i've returned to the game, it thinks I don't have the DLC anymore. Everything says "Requires the dark below" even the damn sparrow I was able to equip before hand. I have restored licenses, redownloaded the entire game and nothing works. The PSN store tells me have to buy the expanse pass and both DLCs.
    What the hell!?! Any idea how I can fix this?!?! Ive cleared the cache by unplugging the console and there is no change. The 2 expansions show up as free for now (they sometimes revert back to having a price...) I am getting the error code e-82000133. Here are some screen shots.

  • I Can't Pre Order "Destiny - The Taken King" on PSN Store

    I am having serious issues with the PSN Store!
    I have been trying for weeks now to pre order my digital download of "Destiny - The Taken King" for weeks now, and I am still having no joy. Every time I tap the "Tell Me More" option, it says that I can not download this product as I already own "Destiny Expansion II - House Of Wolves". Is this a common issue? And if so, how can it be resolved? If not, then can someone from Sony please look into this as by not pre ordering, I lose out on the bonus in game content you get for the pre order

    Did you buy and install the expansion pass? If so, log into the web store and download the House of Wolves directly from it's store page. This should then allow you to pre-order Taken King. This solved the pre-order bug for other users who had the expansion pass and couldn't pre-order Taken King.

  • Problems with incorrect Email on purchase.

    I walked into a best buy to purchase Destiny for my ps3. Walked around a bit and picked up the Destiny season pass and the limited edition strategy guide for it as well. Started the payment process and the employee asked if I wanted a my best buy card. I agreed and added that to my purchase. He asked for my information and it all looked good. Ring up the purchase, grabbed some other things that I remembered and walked out of the store. It turns out that the email adress that the my best buy card and the destiny season pass was sent to was incorrect. On the reciept it says Gamefreakscc instead of Gamefreakcc.
    I went back to the store to see if I could fix this error and despite much entusiasm from the staff we were unable to solve the problem. I tried calling the best buy customer service number but was unable to find a solution through the automated system. I decided to register the member id to an account with the correct email to see if that could fix the problem. One account later I still don't have the email for my season pass.
    I tried looking around to see if there was anyone else with a similar problem but I couldn't find any. All I really want is to know if I need to go purchase another season pass or if this can be fixed. I have the receipts if they are needed.

    I’m sure you were ecstatic to pick up your copy of Destiny! My husband purchased the game, and has been playing non-stop. I am truly sorry to hear that your Expansion Pass may have been sent to the wrong email address, and that you have had trouble trying to get this resolved.

  • Taken King preorder "not available for purchase"

    Hi, I have Destiny and the first year expansion pass both bought digitally, but it won't let me buy the taken king upgrade. The only thing visible on the store for me is the £74.99 edition which I don't need.
