Determine Which Library to Install when ClassDefNotFound

Hi Experts,
I'm deploying an app which utilizes ADF and Webcenter features when hit below error:
<ADF: Adding the following JSF error message: oracle/fodemo/storefront/store/service/common/StoreServiceAM
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/fodemo/storefront/store/service/common/StoreServiceAM
I realized that I need certain library installed on weblogic or jar path in classpath, but how to determine which library or jar it is?
Is there some doc or utility that could help to find out, like findjar.com does?

There sure is...
you can use the 'Tools'->'Managage Libraries' in JDev to open the Dialog. There you see an input files where you put the class name. Then hit the green arrow on the right of the field and jdev looks through the available libraries.
The result is shown in the tree below the field.

Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore. Have the first two been tried?
How about simply unplugging the iPhone and plugging it back in to sync?

How to determine which packs are installed on the Oracle Enterprise Edition

IS there any way to determine which option packs have been installed on 10g oracle enterprise edition . i don't seem to have grid control installed ?
Is there some easier way to determine this ?

No orainventory directory found However, it's the best way to know what are the installed product against your ORACLE_HOME.
You can run the OUI and look for the installed components if any.

Itunes can not sync apps with the iphone [name], because it can not determine which apps are installed on the iphone.

After installing the latest Version of iTunes (10.5.1.42) on my Windows XPs PC it's not possible to sync my iPhone 3GS (not iOS 5!) any more - I get the error message above. It's possible to download music, apps, podcasts - but not possible to sync with my iPhone..
Any Ideas?

Determining which edition is installed.

Greetings:
I have just installed 10g for evaluation on SunOs 5.8 platform but had trouble with the display of the installer. As I clicked radio buttons they would not show as selected but every button shows as marked. As I continued with the installation with this problem I clicked on the Standard Edition for installation and assumed that this would be what is installed. But after completion I'm not entirely sure that is what I installed. How can I find out for sure what Edition got installed? Thanks in advance.

Log into SQL*Plus. If this is like 9i, then if it is a Standard Edition install, you will just see something like this (it doesn't say Standard Edition, but it doesn't say anything else either):
Connected to:
Oracle9i Release 9.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
JServer Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production
SQL>
If you installed Enterprise Edition, then you will see this:
Connected to:
Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.4.0 - Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Oracle Data Mining options

SQL>
Also, you can query V$VERSION - you'll see the same thing.

How to determine which new add-ons were installed?

I am troubleshooting on a system that I use regularly, but I am not the primary user. When I started Firefox today I got an Add-ons window saying that "3 new add-ons have been installed". I'd like to know which 3 are the newly installed add-ons, because I suspect they are things my mother agreed to inadvertently. This system now has 15 Extensions, 1 Theme, and 17 Plugins installed, including the 3 new ones. Is there any way for me to determine which 3 are the new ones? By the way, I'm not entering this question from the system inquestion, so any info of that type that gets appended to this submission should be ignored. The system in question is running Windows XP Home SP3 and Firefox 3.6.10.

I need to track which computers have which version for Licensing and update purposes. I use Dell K1000 for tracking and updating. With Acrobat XI, Pro and Standard had different uninstall registry keys so I was able to track them with a simple check for which registry key was on the computer. They would also show up separately in Dell Case stating Pro or Standard. However, With Acrobat DC the uninstall keys are the same and they both only show up as Acrobat DC in Dell K1000. How does Acrobat DC determine which version is installed and how can I duplicate it so I can count used license and install the correct updates?

How to determine which FileChooser ExtensionFilter has been selected

I'm using a JavaFX fileChooser.showSaveDialog with two extension filters (*.csv and *.xml). How can I determine which filter was selected when the end-user clicks the save button?
I am writing a program that allows the end-user to create an output file in CSV or XML format.
If the end-user enters a file name with no extension, I need a way to determine if I should create a CSV or XML file. I would also like to add the proper extension to the file name if none is specified by the end-user. I want to do this based on which filter the end-user has selected. I wrote a Java program 5 years ago and I was able to do this with the following instruction:
String extension = jFileChooser.getFileFilter().getDescription();
I can't find a similar instruction for JavFX.

What version of iPhoto are you using? 9.6 is the current version.
Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.iPhoto.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

What determines which inputs you can select from when you're creating a VISA Resource Name Constant?

Hey, I'm trying to write a labview driver an instrument. I have another instrument which came with labview drivers, and I had hoped that by looking at how they did it, I could write my own for this piece of equipment.
However, the problem is they use the old visa open method. That is, they input a string, "GPIB::6", and it outputs a visa session.
The new Visa open requires that you have an input resource name, and the constants only let me pick from "COM1" and "LPT1", but the GPIB interface card in this computer is in a PCMCIA slot.
What determines what choices you get when you select the value of the constant?

If you created a VISA Resource Name control, right click on the control and select "Allow Undefined Names".
I haven't programmed directly using VISA on LabVIEW 6 but it apppears that if you select from the drop-down menu, it shows the devices that is defined in MAX. Thus, you should be able to select your GPIB resource name if it has been properly installed.
Nevertheless, it still allows you to override the control by selecting "Allow Undefined Names".

How to determine which Aperature Library is the original?

I purchased an Imac a couple of years ago and switched to Aperature to help eliminate duplicates. I spent time bringing them in a little at a time as not to duplicate. I have moved what I thought was the master copy to an external drive so that it would not take up all the space. I show eight copies of Aperature when I click option & then Aperature. Please help me determine which is the main copy as they all have different version and original numbers. I am so confused and was just trying to break it down so that I could manage it in even years at a time so that I could organize faces. Not even really sure what version means as opposed to original. You are going to have to do some work. I can tell that you are confused -- Aperture, assuredly, is confusing at first -- but I can't tell what you are asking. You need to distinguish, in your questions, between the files you imported (Aperture calls these "Originals" after you've imported them) and the Images in Aperture (Aperture refers to these as both Images and as Versions). Every Image has an Original. The Original (remember, it's a file) can be stored inside the Aperture Library package, or outside the Library package. These distinctions are covered in both of the resources mentioned above.

I don't see anything in Help that shows when you already have transfered all the files over. Why would it want to erase and sync when I already have all the music folder copied over? I didn't have an issue when I had another technician copy from one laptop to another. Home sharing is also on but not being recognized.

I suspect you only migrated the media folder instead of the complete working library. Either review the transfer process and copy over the entire iTunes folder from your old profile's music folder or see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

If you can't reinstall Firefox yourself then you need to contact your IT department and ask them to check the Firefox installation.
It is possible that some files got broken with the latest update.
