DFM 3.2 email notifications have stopped

Good day.
We're running LMS 3.2 with DFM 3.2, and at some point within the last month, email notifications from DFM have stopped flowing.  DFM is trapping events as they occur and these are viewable through the portal, but notifications that should be going out as email and SMS messages have stopped.
I can view "Notification Customization" and "Event Sets" within the LMS DFM portal (running on Windows), but...
  - accessing "Notification Groups" returns an "HTTP Status 500" error
  - accessing "SNMP Trap Notifications" returns "Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/Notification/newtrapSubscription.jsp!!!Cannot find bean NewSubscription in scope null"
- accessing "E-mail Configuration" --> "E-mail Notificatin" returns "Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/Notification/NewEmailSubscription.jsp!!!Cannot find bean NewSUbscription in scope null"
- accessing "SNMP Trap Notification"  returns "Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/Notification/newtrapSubscription.jsp!!!Cannot find bean NewSubscription in scope null"
Backups going back beyond when this is believed to have stopped working are available if something needs to be restored.  If that's the direction I need to go, how do I restore just the DFM portion of the database?  If backup restore is not the way to proceed, what other advice can be provided.
Thanks.

Never mind...I just restored the entire LMS database using a backup dated prior to when the notifications stopped.
Problem solved.

Email notifications have stopped for 3 accounts where I need to print the bills for company records.  Despite emailing and phoning the bills are still not coming through.  I could log on to see the bills, but am no longer able to do this.  I have tried adding the accounts again but none of the 3 account numbers are recognised so cannot get the bills at all.  Can anyone help please.

  • Can't get email notifications to stop - please help!

I'm posting this message per instructions for "How do I stop receiving email notifications from Adobe Forums?" at  http://forums.adobe.com/thread/416458?tstart=0
I have followed the instructions dated June 30, 2010, gone to "MyStuff  and followed all the steps in both  Email Notifications and Preferences. I'm supposed to attach a screenshot of the Email Notifications tab after step five, which would prove to you that I have indeed checked the radio buttons to "NO", but I can't do that because you have disable attachments. Please be assured that I have done as you say though - they both say NO!
As for the second request - the reply-to address from one of the email notifications, it's this:
    [email protected]
Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop the notifications from coming? You may disable my Adobe account if necessary.

I'm aware that I had two sign-ons, but the trouble is, or was, that the first one (ebmeyer1) stopped working.
It is in the midst of the recent Acrobat 8.2.4 update fiasco, and I needed HELP. I was able to post in the relevant thread, but thereafter, whenever I tried to sign on again I got caught in an endless redirect loop after entering my password. I was desperate, so I created a second sign on in order to participate. That worked for awhile, then it too gave the same result - and endless redirect upon password entry.
I was able to participate in THIS thread by pasting in the URL from one of the Acrobat issue email notifications, sent to the second account, into Safari. Only in Safari would the password go through, and only for the second account - not the first.
Now tonight - for a split second - the first account started working again - this time in Firefox. NOW I was able to get to the settings for ebmeyer1 and make the necessary changes. (Thanks for the article!)
I hope to gawd this works. The "Contact Adobe" help page gives no hint of where to write for a situation like this - where accounts suddenly seem to crap out on you. All they do is tell you to sign on. What the hell do you do when you CAN'T??????
Thanks to all of you for your responses.  Once I close this browser window I may never be able to sign on again  :-(

  • Still getting email notification after stopping

A couple of days ago I posted a question on the Acrobat forum and turned on email notification.  I turned email notification off about 5 hours ago and I'm still getting them.
The prompt on my Acrobat forum screen says "Receive email notifications" so email notifications appear to be turned off.  But I'm still getting them.

This ARTICLE might give you some tips on sorting out e-mail notifications.
Here's hoping, as there seem to be more ways to get those, than there is to turn them off.
    Good luck,
    Hunt

  • Why have my email notification sounds stopped?

Why am I suddenly not getting any ping sound for incoming emails nor the swoosh for outgoing on my laptop. I am not on mute and have not changed any settings.

For a start try going to system preferences, sound effects tab and make sure that "Play user sound effects" is checked, and alert volume is turned up

  • HT3529 I have had my iPhone unlocked properly but now on my new network, with the same number, iMessage and push notifications have stopped working. Any solutions?

I have tried restoring my iphone twice as recommened by my local apple store staff, still no luck

Is the new carrier you're using an official iPhone carrier? Apple warns that not all features of an iPhone will be available when using an iPhone with a non-supported carrier.
    Who is your new carrier?

  • All email links have stopped working from both Windows Mail and Thunderbird. It is probably caused by a recent update to Firefox. How can I sort this?

It was OK until a few days ago but now no links work in either Thunderbird or Windows Mail. I have changed nothing so I can only assume that this is another case of an update changing things without my knowledge.
Links within web pages still work. Firefox is the default browser and we have been using Windows Mail and Thunderbird (gmail and googlemail) for at least a couple of years on this computer.

Open your firewall program. First check the settings. Make sure that the
program is set to tell you if a new program wants access to the web. Then
go to the list of programs the firewall has. Make sure that all the programs
you want to access the web are set to '''ALLOW'''. If it is set to '''AUTO''', the
    firewall may not allow access.
This problem occurs when your Internet security program was set to trust the
previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as
trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet
    again:<BR><BR>
    * Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version)<BR><BR>
    * Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs, then add it back. For detailed instructions, see Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet.

  • S3 exchange email notifications

For some reason my exchange email notifications have stopped working.  It is set to vibrate and sound notification but neither work.  I have unchecked and re-checked these options but it will not notify. Tried changing tones to no avail and reboot doesn't fix either.  Anyone know how to get this back?

That's bizarre, gabrielaz520! It's not normal to have the notifications stop working. We need to get this resolved ASAP. I would suggest removing the enterprise account from your phone and re-adding it. This should resolve the issue. Please let me know if that helps.

  • Cannot Receive Email Notifications

Since two days I observe that the email notifications automatically stop coming in for the Apple Support Communities. Does anybody else have to turn the email notifications back on over and over again? The notifications for the threads I posted to I receive without problems, but the notifications for the Support Communities I subscribed to stop coming in after a certain time.

  • Push email notifications interupting phone calls

I have an iPhone 4 running the latest iOS and recently my push email notifications have started interupting my phone calls. I have not changed any setting that I know of. Has anyone else had this problem?

    airbornephantom wrote:
I have stopped getting email notifications from Verizon which told me that I had gotten a phone call on my land line ..  Has Verizon changed this?
Probably not, but it's possible that the setting itself  has somehow been altered.  I have encountered several instances of unwanted changes in settings using VZ Digital Voice (particularly Do Not Disturb).
On the "My Verizon" site, go to Services/Home Phone/Settings, and at the bottom of the Settings Page there is a Call Notification feature.  Set it as desired.

  • Email notifications and load balancing

We are load balancing 2 OMS's. The problem is email notifications have embedded links that have the OMS that sent the notification instead of the virtual hostname set-up for the load balancer. The OMS's have been set-up to use the load balancer per the OEM Advanced Configuration and from an agent/Web console perspective, everything is working fine and using the load balanced hostname. Does anyone know where to modify the email notifications so the links point to the load balanced URL rather then the individual OMS host that sent the notification?

Thanks, but I was actually asking about the links that OEM has in the email content sent out as part of a notification. (So you can click the link in the notification and it takes you to the appropriate spot in the Grid console). I've since heard from Oracle support that modifying these embedded links to use the load balanced hostname (rather than the individual OMS hostname) is not possible and is something they say they're working on for 11g.

  • Strange behavior of email notification: where is the log?

    Hi,
The email notifications have a strange behavior in our productive system. When the system process whatever subscription only the firsts four notification are sent by email even thought  all the inbox notifications are sent. I checked the mail server and only four smtp connections are sent..... In the development system it is working well, I mean all the emails are sent using the same mail server....  I marked the option Enable session debug info in the EMAIL channel but I see nothing in the los (default.trc).
Is there any log to check what it is happened? Where is the log of session debug info?
    Thanks
    Antonio

    Thanks for you fast replay.
I would like to increase the logging of Notificator (com.sapportals.wcm.service.notificator.wcm) to DEBUG  but in NW7 SP13 I do not find that logging locations.
Could you give any hit on it?
    thanks

  • Email notifications revisited

Earlier I started a thread on email notifications of posts, asking if maybe we could have restored the previous feature where the notification included some of the text of the new posting. Now I have recieved an email notification of a posting on my shiny new thread! All excited, I clicked on the link, the browser brought up the thread (SOME things are still working) - but there was no new posting on it. I thought maybe I might have to log in to see it, so logged in, and of course the new "feature" kicked in that brings you to the discussions home instead of the thread you were looking at, but even when I navigated back to it I couldn't find Lennart Thelander's post, and of course the notification (pasted below) didn't give me the contents of the post, which was what I was complaining about in the first place.
So moderators (you must really be sick of the whole thing at this stage) that is TWO bug complaints and ONE feature restoration request in the one post. Sorry if it is a bit rambling and confused, but I am feeling a bit rambling and confused!

It seems that there are some 'ghost' (spoooky!) email notifications and New Post notifications that occur when no actual new posts have been made.
    I've been reporting this here:
Email alerts to messages that are not new
    and here:
Ghost "new posts" appear according to My Subscriptions
We've all been clamouring for the return of Online Subscriptions, but the closest that we have to it at the moment are the blue-ball notifications on the My Subscriptions page.
Email notifications have also been changed to direct users to the actual post itself. For example, one of my notifications reads:
"You have requested mail to be sent to you when messages to the Apple Discussions
topic "Run Chkdsk Utility Messages on brand new 60gb Video iPod & other errors
" are posted. Kiwi_Bloke posted "Run Chkdsk Utility Messages on brand new
    60gb Video iPod & other errors " on Dec 5, 2005 6:08:49 AM.

We requested a change to the email notifications system here:
Email subscriptions do not take you to the new post correctly and it was improved soon afterwards to the format you see nowadays. There's also a whole blurb on guidelines of posting/replying included in the email notification...
    Kind regards,
