Digital booklet with album purchase

I have purchased several albums that said I would receive a digital booklet the next time I signed in to iTunes. I have signed in numerous times since the purchase of my albums, but have not received the digital booklets as promised. How do I get them??

OK, I feel silly, I just found the answer on here - that it just won't sync to the iPhone from iTunes. I found it on my computer. Now is there any way to get it from my computer to my iPhone?

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

Can't download the digital booklet of a purchased album.

Hello, guys. I purchased an album on a divice(my iPhone), but when I opened my computer, itunes didn't download the digital booklet automatically. And the digital booklet can't be downloaded at the 'purchased' option. I really need the digital booklet, what should i do? Thanks for your help.

I tried a few things. Not sure which one made it work. These are from an HP standpoint.
One attempt was going to the Edit toolbar/Preferences/Store button and click Always check for downloads and click the Books box.
The second was by going to View/Show Sidebar. Then under Store, doing a left click on the "Purchased" and select "Check for available downloads."

I can't open the digital booklet with my album!

I had an album an album on pre-order that was released yesterady. I download it, notice I receive a bonus digital booklet and Adobe Reader can't open it!
And it costs money to call iTunes support? I think that's pretty low... Any suggesstions?

Nevermind, I found the answer. I went to View>Show Downloads and there was one download available for the digital booklet.

How do i retrieve my digital booklets for albums?

When I copied my iTunes Library from my PC to my Mac Book Pro (Maverick), I lost all of the digital booklets for my albums purchased from the iTunes store in the past. Anyone know if I can get them back? Are they possibly hidden somewhere else on a Mac?

I have no personal experience with this, but I suggest looking in the Mac's iBooks app.

Unable to download digital booklets for albums

Everytime I have purchased a music album it will not let me download the digital booklet. It gives me an "Unable to Download Item" error message. Can anyone else help me with the issue? I'm getting pretty infuriated now because those booklets are the reason I have downloaded a few albums. However, it won't download.

I'm the same! I pre-ordered Save Rock and Roll weeks ago and when it was made available here, all of the songs downloaded but the booklet didn't. On my iTunes account on the computer it shows the booklet in the track list, but it doesn't open at all. It's really annoying me.

Check for available purchases with iTunes on your computer. Unlike the music you only get one download of the additional content, and one you have it you should keep it backed up. If it wasn't delivered contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Digital booklet with "Casino Royale"?

I read on the IGN website that the new Casino Royale soundtrack (digital version) comes with the 13 bonus tracks and a digital cd booklet. I purchased and downloaded the digital version a few hours ago, and there wasn't a booklet included.
Is there supposed to be?

Digital Booklets With Adobe Reader

I recently purchased a Digital Booklet, but when I click on it (on my computer, in my music library) Adobe Reader opens and the follow message shows:
"Adobe Reader could not open 'Digital Booklet - Say Anything.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
I tried to update Adobe Reader, but it still shows this message. How do I view my Digital Booklet?

Are you getting a corrupted file message, and how are you downloading them ? With the U2 booklet I could only open it when I downloaded it from Purchased, not via the cloud icon in the Music part of my iTunes library (i.e. if you have 'show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases' ticked on the Store tab in iTunes > Preferences).
Try deleting the booklets from the Music part of your library. Then go into the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and try redownloading them from there and see if you can then open them.

Digital booklet from album did not download

Digital Booklets for albums no longer handled within iTunes - so annoying!

So, as one of its "improvements" to iTunes, digital booklets are now handled by iBooks. And they have removed the ability to edit the metadata, so now I have a bunch of booklets in iBooks in no order, and unsearchable.
1. I can't see why I should want to have another app open to read the booklets assiciated with an album I am listening to.
2. Why should I not be able to edit the metadata, or create my own booklets from PDF or scans?
3. If they do change this, am I really going to have to edit the metadata of my 5000 digital booklets inn my iTunes library?

I have not been an iBook user (and I don't even own an iPhone or iPad), but I am a huge iTunes user (on an iMac). Here are my observations and complaints.
I think this is some sort of mistake or oversight - it makes no sense whatsoever to remove an iTunes music digital booklet from it's source - to force us to open another app to view the liner notes for an album. I predict (and certainly hope) they will reintegrate this in the future.
When I opened iBooks, it only imported one (one!) of numerous digital booklets from my iTunes library. The rest it left stranded in iTunes.
When I tried to import the rest - all named "digital booklet.pdf" and nested within the iTunes library file structure - it tried to overwrite the one that was already there.
The books themselves are buried deep within the system library file system - quite inaccessible.
That's not a problem, necessarily, but not being able to edit metadata (title, author, etc.) also makes no sense whatsoever. Shouldn't it work like iTunes, where I can edit artist, song and album title, etc.?
Anyway, this strikes me as an inadvertent snafu - a bad side effect of the iBooks improvements. Again, I hope Apple is paying attention and will improve both the fuctionality of iBooks (particularly as relates to metadata editability) and its integration with iTunes (reuiniting our music with its accompanying documentation).

HT1689 I did not get digital booklet with download

I bought the new Tragically Hip album (pre-sale), and today it downloaded, but I did not get the digital booklet which is supposed to be part of the purchase. Calling support didn't help because my ipod is 5 yeras old. I can't seem to get support for the purchased media. Does anyone know how I go about getting this booklet?

After Upgrade to 8.0, problems with album purchases.

O.K., ever since I upgraded to 8.0, I have had problems with two albums I purchased after the 8.0 upgrade. Whyat is an "Interactive Booklet" with music purchase?

Hey -
I just purchased and downloaded the Superman Return soundtrack, which comes with an "interactvie booklet". Question is, how do I open this? What application does it use? The icon associated with it is an iTunes music file, but it's not music. I wish they could be a little clearer about these extras, how you actually open them when they are not music.

Digital book with purchase of album...

I purchased a music album that has a digital book with the purchase of the album-how can I obtain it?? It isn't anywhere on my iPhone 5s, which I used to purchase the album. I have the album, when I go back to the iTunes store it shows I purchased the album, but the digital book is greyed out. It says "with purchase of album."
