Disapearing lines in authorization tab of item

Hello experts!
Again I have an interesting phenomenon. Whenever I enter a new User or Role at the Item in the Authorization Tab and press "Save" the entry disapears. If I try to add the user again the message "User is already listed" prompts.
It is quite weired that this error only occurs at the productiv system! At the developing system everything works fine.
We are using a XRPM 500_702 Version and I already tried to find notes to implement, like 1445689, which sounded promissing, but couldn't be implemented.
Anyone an idea, what could be wrong?

Dear Sonali
Create a Profile in BS02, maintain the required controls there and save. Now go to VOV8, select your sale order type and execute. There you can see the field "Status profile" under the tab "Transaction flow". Assign the profile here and save.
Now create a sale order and check whether you could see the status profile.

I'm making an application with applescript studio. I want to be able to add tab view items to a tab view at the press of a button. The problem I have is applescript studio doesn't allow me to create a new tab view item. So I'm thinking I can create the tab view item using objective-c, pass that to my applescript, then add it to my tab view.
In applescript I plan to use the following call methods to first create the tab view item object, and then add it to my tab view. The objective-c code which is called from the first line in the applescript code is below that. When I run my code I'm getting an error saying newTVI is not defined... so maybe you can see my error! Be kind to me because I'm new to objective-c and I'm sure that's where my problem lies. Anyway, I'd appreciate any help.

How to change delivery date in confirmation tab in item overview in PO

Hi,
I am using ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE to add delivery date into the confirmation tab in item level.It is adding new line item.
It is even updating the table EKES.
Now my requirement is to change the delivery date from the above PO. Is there any function module for the same.
PLEASE GUIDE ME.

Our client is into Apparel business and using SAP-AFS. Some time at the last moment the due to change in customer delivery date there is a requirment to change the delivery date in confirmation tab also..

Proble in VA01, cant see condition types in condition tab at item level

Well i am facing a strange problem in VA01, i am not able to see condition type whole grid under Condition tab at item level in VA01. actually i was given a project to hide pricing data from particular users based upon Authorization object value. initially i though it might be because of that so i revert back all the changes but the problem remain Intact.
well do you have any idea which user exit or enhancement may affact this or do you knoe if it can be because of SD configuration changes.
i mean can be hide condition type in VA01 through pricing condition.
the other thing is its working fine in VA02.
i made changes in following include

Make-to-order production is controlled by the requirements type. The requirements type is
determined on the basis of the MRP group and the strategy group in the material master record.
 Create material by specifying item category group as 0001 = Make u2013 to u2013 order (Normal item)
In MM01 Basic data tab, General item category field [0001] = Make u2013 to u2013 order, 0002 for configurable
material
Make u2013 to u2013 order checking group for availability check should be [02] = Individual requirements in Sales:
General/Plant tab.
 Go to VA01 and raise the sales order by specifying this material that we created in the previous step
Item category is TAK
Schedule line category = CP
Requirement type = KE [Sales order Header  Procurement  Requirement field]
KE = Individual customer order without consumption
(For standard items item category group = NORM)
System determines requirement type 041-order/delivery requirements. This requirement type points requirement
class where we can control whether the system has to carryout TOR, Availability check, and Product allocation
functions.

I want to make Inter company PO but I am not getting the Shipping Tab in item level. All Sales view is maintained in Material Master for both the Plant and Material. Could anybody help regarding the Settings of Shipping point to get Shipping tab while creating the PO.
If any Sales module setting if required please inform.
Already for one Plant it is getting, but same I have to maintain for another Plants.
At backend supply plant & receiveing Plant for Doc type is maintained and checking rule is also assinged.

How do i suppress tabs like say the condition tab or the billing plan tab at item level for a Sales document type and for certain users when the user is using transaction code va02?. My requirement is certain users should not be able to change date in these tabs.

Hi,
You can control it through user-exit USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION in program MV45AFZZ by using following coding. You have to create database table <ztable> where you will maintain user who are not allowed to change the billing date.

well i have very urgent requirement to suppress Condotion tab at item level in va02 based upon authority object, did you know where i can disable the function code "T\05" or suppress subscreen.
my requirement is that when a user press on condotion tab he should not be able to see pricing detail data.

I think you can do through SHD0 Transaction by creating transaction variants.
If not possible there could be some customization from SPRO, consult with your functional guy.

Add additional tab on item level in contract for customer fields

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know if the following is possible in SRM 7.0, and if so can you please give a very short description how to accomplish this -
In addition to the standard tabs available in the contract (general data, notes, conditions etc.), is it possible to add a new customer specific tab on item level, in a central contract and add some customer fields to this tab?
I know it is possible to add customer fields in SRM, but I am curious if I can create a new tab for these fields, so that I can group all customer fields together in one place.

Yes. it is possible but you have to take care of in the back end too and how these fields comes and sit in ECC. so that you may need to map in the IDOC or XI data . so that these information must be pssed to ECC and available and accordingly you need to change in purchase order too since all these data will be copied into purchase order too.
for example :- if you add one field in header level /item level of contract
and it must be coppied into Backend contract as well as your next consecutive docuemnt like Purchase order must be taken care. hope you understand now.

Now the user's requirement is such that the fields which are set ot mandatory earlier are to be made optional.

In general, u201CBrazilu201D tab is not appear in the item details of Purchase order(ME21N). If it is there, it means that customization is done for PO to consider the taxes which are related to Brazil country to calculate Effective price & net price of a material in PO.
In general, tax structure is changes from country to country.
U have to do the configuration settings in SPRO for calculation of Price of a material.
Path: SPRO-> Financial Accounting(New)-> Financial Accounting Global settings->
Taxes on sales/purchases->Basic settings->Brazil

client consumer application will consume this web service and if the OAuth handshake is done successfully, then we can verify by going to the Authroizations tab of the User Account of the user that signed on to Sourcing/CLM and allowed the external program to access the particular webservice.

Multiple Quotation lines against one PR/PRF item

I want to address projects related senario in which during PR creation only high level details of a product is known e.g. Substation is to be procured. So RFQ is also floated for Substation (only one line item in PR/RFQ). Now when vendor sends the quotation it contains many line items because he will enter all details line transformers, coolers in the quotation.So in quotation maintenance we should add all the lines against only one RFQ item.Also purchase order also should contain all those line items and goods receipt should be possible for all single line items separately. Total cost should go in main line item i.e. Substation.
Please help me addressing this senario

Actually we are picking based on full pallets/partial pallet (LE quantities) and if multiple partial picks for the same material in same outbound delivery then system proposes partial pallets, which is just wastage of time to consolidating again rather 'sum it up' total quantity of same material and pick the maximum full pallets as it going to same customer...
Whole thing triggered up, when multiple back orders with partial quantities and putting together in the delivery (as and when the material is available...) and then TO creation/picking...

I have tried deleting and creating a bookmark and also refreshing the webpage or clicking on the bookmark. I don't know what else to do. I use Firefox 4.0.1

I'm getting favicons for most of my bookmarks, so there might be some issue with the coding or the image format.
Do you use a tag like this in your page?

Authorization object for item level

Is there an authorization object for item categories for business transactions.
Actually our need is that partners at item level should edit the documents. Authorization objects CRM_ORD_OP and CRM_ORD_PR are not success this need.
