OK .... last user insalled software that was not owned by company. Software removed bug solved.

HT4623 SOMEHOW the icon for rotation lock is missing from the control bar. I tried to reset but my passcode doesn't work. First, how do I find my passcode? Then, if I reset, will it return the rotation lock to the control bar?

I don't know how it happened why, but the icon for rotation lock is missing from the control bar. Second problem, the passcode for my iPad isn't working. I wrote it down, so not sure what the problem is. HELP

If the setting for the rotation lock is missing it is because you are using the side switch to control the rotation in Settings>General>Use Side Switch to>Lock Rotation. The software switch in the control center should be for Muting system sounds.
you have to restore the iPad in orde to unlock it now.

If you are sure that you are entering the correct passcode, reboot the iPad and then try again and see if it is accepted.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

If you made in app purchases in a game, and you did not receive the "items" you paid for, contact the developer of the game. If you are unable to receive support from the developer, you then should contact the iTunes store and inform them that you did not recieve the purchased content.
IF iTunes store support refunds the money that you spent, I would suggest you NOT use the refunded money for the same items, as you may not receive a refund for the same thing again.

These are user to user support forums. No one here has the ability to allow installing of specific iOS versions.
Apple has never allowed downgrading of iOS.
Troubleshoot the issue using basic troubleshooting from the Users Guide. If the Wi-Fi still does not work then it is a hardware issue and no iOS version can correct that.

Thanks for the question. I understand you are receiving a prompt that your printer is offline. This may be due to a printing job that is currently in the queue. Are you able to see the print summary when following these steps?:
Viewing the Print Summary
You can view the Print Summary by double-tapping the Home button and swiping to the right to reveal Printer Center. Then tap Print Center.
Note: Print Center is available only while printing is in progress.
