Display event for a TitleWindow?

Hi,
I have a TitleWindow attached to a button; the button is
pressed and the window displays.
The window is a "singleton" in the sense that it's created
once and the same instance is
used on each button press. I'd like to listen for an event on
the TitleWindow that's fired
once and only once each time the window is displayed.
onCreationComplete is generated only
once at creation time. A FOCUS_IN event fires more than once
each time the window is displayed.
A SHOW event never fires (apparently, there's no
invisible-to-visible transition). Is there
an event that fires once per window display?
Currently, I'm using the button click event to infer the
window display but would like
my TitleWindow class itself to be able to detect and handle
I-am-now-displayed events. Make
sense?

Display events from adjacent months in a SQL calendar?

Hi,
I have a SQL calendar I'm using to display events (Apex 4.0.2). In the monthly view, when the first or last week of the month spans adjacent months (e.g., May ends on Tuesday, so the last week spans May and the first four days of June), events from the adjacent months do not display in the calendar. The days and day numbers display as you'd expect, but the events do not, making it appear that there are no events during that time.
The weekly view does not behave this way; when a week spans two months, events falling during that week all display.
Is there a way to make the monthly view display events for all calendar days that are shown even if they are not part of the month being displayed?

Display all calendar events for the day in notification centre

Hi there apple community,
I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I can only see a couple events in notification centre. I was hoping there is a way to show all the events for the day in notification centre.

When previewing images by clicking on the thumbnail in an Event for example, I've been finding that many images preview in a 'zoomed in' way so only a small part of the photos is previewed in a highly magnified view.

Initially I could find no cause. Then I tried right click - Edit and on the affected images, always get this warning:
"Image Cannot Be Edited - This photo was previously edited with another application or with an early version of Iphoto. Duplicate this photo to edit it." and a "Duplicate To Edit" Button is displayed.
The external Editor defined for iPhoto is Adobe Photoshop Elements.
Now, I reckon the MUST be others out there affected by this same apparent Preview bug, yet my searches have not revealed any answers. Also seems impossible to find a contact number for adobe???

I need client side (to use Java script ) event for change in <h:outputText /> or <h:inputText...>.
I want to open a popup window when there is a change in there. I donot want to use onblur() for this. Is there any thing for achiev it.

Unfortunately I think you may be stuck extending Renderer. Another possibility is creating your component via a template, which will be available in JSF 2.0. However, as JSF 2.0 won't be out for a while... you can use JSFTemplating in the meantime:

ICal displaying events that last more than one day?

Can I change the way iCal displays an event lasting many days (particularly in the Month view)? For example, if I put in a vacation lasting 1 week, or a conference lasting 3 days.
I would just like it to look the way it does on my iPad, iPhone, or Google Calendar. These all display events with a labeled, colored bar spanning the days (the iPhone has dots).
Hopefully this is just a simple setting change....

I use the following settings:
1. One Subform that has:
- Type: Flow content
- Dir: Top to Bottom
- "Allow page breaks" checked
- "Repeat subform .." NOT checked
2. Within that I have two subforms:
A. One is used as a one-time header:
- Type: Position content
B. Used as the repeating data:
- Type: Flow content
- Dir: Western Text
- "Allow page breaks" checked
- "Repeat Subform ..." checked
- Min count=1, Max not checked
With those settings the table data is spanned across several pages.

Calendar will not display events in month view?

A few days ago my calendar stopped displaying events in the Month view (where I originally entered them). I can see them in the List view, although I cannot edit them. They are also not visible in the Day view.
Moreover at the top of the screen where there would normally be a "+" button to add events and a "calendar" button to view different calendars there is nothing. Only a heading that says "All Calendars" - however I can't find anywhere in settings to view different calendars if I want. Any ideas?

If you find all the .ics files in ~/Library/Calendars/Events
And then copy them out of ~/Library
You can import them back into Calendar .... One .... At ..... A ..... Time ......

In another warehouse this function works properly. I am using OWB 10gR2 (10.2.0.1.31).

If you run OWB using the supplied shell script or batch file are there other errors on the console before the exception. OWB uses a component (OLAPI does some validation over and above any other) which dumps the errors on the the standard output which often illustrates some invalid metadata in the OLAP catalog.

Event for the List Box in ALV Grid Control

I have the below urgent requirment.
I have an ALV Grid Control built using ABAP Objects. In the grid, I have few fields and one of these fields is a List Box. Depending on the values selected, I need to enable or disable some fields. So, is there any event for the List box in ALV Grid Control.
For ex: I have 2 Fields, Designation and Commission. The designation field is a List Box field having 'Software Engineer' and 'Manager' as values. When I select 'Software Engineer', the commission field should be disabled. When I select 'Manager', the comission field should be enabled.

Hi Sridhar.
You want to know if there is triggered an event when you create a project.
Try the following:
Activate event trace with SWELS.
Create a project with CJ01.
Check transaction SWEL to display trace event.

Life and work event for any country other than US.

Hello,
I have to implement ESS for UAE.
In ESS we did all country specific settings and thus our "Address" application in Personal Information section is working fine now.
Now we have to implement the life work event section "My first days".
There we are getting "Address" application in left panel.
Now when I am clicking in this application it shows me error :
Country/Structure do not match application country
So which means it requires some settings in guided procedure end in portal.
I am assuming ....Because our address application is already working fine in Personal Information section so same should also work in My first days section using existing configuration settings of R/3.
So I went through below wiki page :

In the above page there is a section to update parameters in guided procedure process for address.
GP Context = X
PT Family Service = EMPLOYEEPERSINFO_FAMMEMBER_PT_05 - this parameter is going to be created in the backend (transaction PTARQ)._
I am making changes to existing Life and Work events - US only. (for testing purposes)
In my case I only updated the Address service :
sap_xss_service
sap_xss_menusrv
With the address service from R/3 which is in my case running under personal information section.
But still I have been receiving the same error under My First Days address section.
In the above wiki page there is a line as below :
VERY IMPORTANT: the parameters need to give in action, after in the block, after in the main block, and after in the process (THIS IS CRUCIAL).
I feel this is where I am missing something.
What does this line mean...
Can anybody help me out with the same...if you have implemented life and work event for any country other than US.

In the above note there us a section which confuses me :

I believe it should not be for FIRSTDAYS....it should be about service which is actually throeing the error "Countr/structure does not match"

Opening in on a Very old post, but i kind of need an onChange event functionality in one of my Web App. Basically we are dealing with a input field which is populated using a barcode scanner and the user wishes to be able to pull all the information related to the material number read by the scanner in an Input Field Element and display the related info in other fields "Without having to hit ENTER". Sounds a bit lazy but thts wht they need.
I was wondering if its possible to modify the SuggestValue functionality to implement such an event. Any pointers to documents which explain how the SuggestValue works? I am just looking for code blocks (even if they are AJAX/Javascripts) tht i can somehow modify to make this thing work.
P.S. Also if there is any other functionality already introduced by SAP since the last comment on this thread to help solve this will be helpful too

Dynamically Changing Display Quality for Children

I am interested in changing the display quality for a child SWF that is loaded in at Runtime, and changing it's Display quality based on user interaction. Anyone know if this is possible?
I have the following below, however it changes the entire application, not just the dynamically loaded SWF

In fact I think there is only one instance of the Stage object in a running player. So the only way to do this would be to rasterize your Sprite and store it in a BitmapData object, changing the quality of the stage juste before rasterization and then restoring back after. I have a JApplet (menuhandle.java) that adds a menubar. While handling events for the "Open" menu item under File menu(to make it show the OpenFileDialog box) a NullPointerException was thrown. How should this be overcome?

Thanx a lot. But if i make menuhandle .java as a simple class (without extending JApplet) and then try to use this class from inside another applet........will this work? Or will the SecurityManager still not allow the use?
