    How can i retrieve purchased audiobooks that were not synced (problem encountered during sync process)?  My account shows the purchase history, but the apps are no longer displayed in itunes or on my ipad or iphone.  I'm not very savvy with using iTunes - I don't think is very intuitive (unlike me:)).  Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hello mcegirl4,
    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
    Please refer to the instructions in the following article to assist in downloading those previous purchases from iTunes and the App Store:

    We need a bit more information to help.
    Are you trying to update your iPhone using iTunes on your computer?  If so, did you make purchases through the iTunes Store or App Store on your iPhone, and fail to sync them with your computer?  That is the likely meaning of what you are seeing.  If this is true, the purchases would be added to iTunes in your computer before the upgrade proceeds.

  • How to create a view for all Service Requests that are not approved by reviewer

    Hallo,
    I want to create a view in the Service Requests library that shows all SRs that are not approved. How to configure condition that says: if a SR has related Review Activity which is In Progress, show that SRs?
    I couldn't find this when creating the view. Thank you.

    So here's the first problem with that: Which review activity? a SR can contain multiple RAs, so how do we decide if an arbitrary SR is approved or not?
    As to the specific language you use (Any child RA is In Progress) you might want to look at the criteria from the default Change approval view, which does something similar:
    <QueryCriteria Adapter="omsdk://Adapters/Criteria" xmlns="http://tempuri.org/Criteria.xsd">
    <Criteria>
    <FreeformCriteria>
    <Freeform>
    <Criteria xmlns="http://Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Core.Criteria/">
    <Expression>
    <And>
    <Expression>
    <SimpleExpression>
    <ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Property>$Context/Path[Relationship='CoreActivity!System.WorkItemContainsActivity' TypeConstraint='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity.ReviewActivity']/Property[Type='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity']/Status$</Property>
    </ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Operator>Equal</Operator>
    <ValueExpressionRight>
    <Value>$MPElement[Name="CoreActivity!ActivityStatusEnum.Active"]$</Value>
    </ValueExpressionRight>
    </SimpleExpression>
    </Expression>
    <Expression>
    <SimpleExpression>
    <ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Property>$Context/Property[Type='CoreChange!System.WorkItem.ChangeRequest']/Status$</Property>
    </ValueExpressionLeft>
    <Operator>Equal</Operator>
    <ValueExpressionRight>
    <Value>$MPElement[Name="CoreChange!ChangeStatusEnum.InProgress"]$</Value>
    </ValueExpressionRight>
    </SimpleExpression>
    </Expression>
    </And>
    </Expression>
    </Criteria>
    </Freeform>
    </FreeformCriteria>
    </Criteria>
    </QueryCriteria>
    This is a simple AND criteria with two componets. one looking for a Review Activity (TypeConstraint='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity.ReviewActivity') which is related to the targetting CR by Contains Activity ($Context/Path[Relationship='CoreActivity!System.WorkItemContainsActivity';
    Context in this... context means the CR targeted by the view) where it's status (/Property[Type='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity']/Status$) is In Progress ($MPElement[Name="CoreActivity!ActivityStatusEnum.Active"]$). The other is filtering
    for the target change request's status ( $Context/Property[Type='CoreChange!System.WorkItem.ChangeRequest']/Status$) is In Progress ($MPElement[Name="CoreChange!ChangeStatusEnum.InProgress"]$).
    You could convert the second criteria to point to SRs and SR status values, and then use the similar text for the first criteria. i'd recommend
    Anton's Advanced View Editor (or
    the free version) to do the criteria adjustment.

    I have a purchased app that will not show up in the cloud and is no longer in the app store. Is there a way to get it from my iPhone to my iPad?

    You should be able to copy it from your iPhone to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, and if it's compatible with your iPad you can then sync it to it

  • Requisitions that are never approved

    Requisitions that are never approved
    I'm wondering what other companies are doing (if anything) about requisitions that never get approved.  Is there any bad side effect or strange metrics that are produced if there is an ever growing pool of requests that are basically in limbo?  We're on 2006.0.6.
    When we first implemented RC, professional services recommended putting an escalation in that would notify us (administrators) when an approval task was way overdue so that we could cancel the request.  Well now that we're actually using the system we've discovered that it isn't even possible to cancel the request during the approval moment (only the requestor can).  We could "reject" the approval, although that isn't really what we want to do and may cause more confusion with the customer.
    So I'm hoping someone out there with a more mature install has some wisdom for me.  I'm hoping that its fine to just ignore the requests that are never approved, but I don't want to find out later on that it was a mistake :)

    Emir,
    Sorry for replying only now. At first, I was having trouble with the SOAP enveloppe myself, so i used the libraries found in any programming language. Unfortunately i cannot share codes due to company policies. But, you(or a programmer) may have an idea of what i am referring to and twick the code a little:

  • Purchase Requisition Date is not updated with Scheduleline Delivery Date

    Hi,
      This is a third part Sales Scenario. The Delivery date on the schedule line is passed on to purchase requisition as the delivery date of that item. Due to some business requirement, the delivery date of the schedule line is changed just before saving the sales order in the BADI called through the userexit userexit_save_document_prepare. Now on saving the sales order, the purchase requsition is also created.The delivery date of the schedule line is changed but has not reflected on the Purchase Requision.
    If the Sales Order is opened in VA02 and the schedule line delivery date is modified, the Purchase Requisition delivery date is also getting modified.
    Why did it not happen at the time of saving the Sales Order.
    What is the structure into which the purchase requsition information is stored, so that on processing the sales order, this information is utilized to create the purchase requsition.
    Please help.

    Hi,

  • Purchase Requisition Attachement Should not be Modified when it is released

    Hi Experts,
    I've a requirement that, In ME52N, if the Purchase Requisition is Released then, the user should not add or delete or change the Attachments. Pl help me in this how to do.
    Regards
    Rajiv.

    Thanks giri.
    For the following reasons, the billing documents are not released to accounting.
    1. If the user wrongly chosen the billing type for the delivery.
    2. After creating condition type, it has to be assigned in COPA. If we forgot to do it, billing doc will not released.
    Our requirement is that if the billing document is not able create accounting document, the billing document itself should not be generated.
    Hope this will be suffice to understand my issue and suggest a suitable solution.
    Points will be rewarded.

  • Purchase Requisition Item release not in the change log of the item

    Hello Experts,
    I have developed a report that displays when purchase requistions have been relesased. To do that, I have used the change table to track the time and date.
    However, a lot of the requistions do not have the release as a change. I am not able to recreate it, and I am not able to point at anything special with the ones that does not have a change log.
    Have anybody else experienced this? I am a bit stuck

    has there been a change in the release strategy cusotmizing. maybe the PR was not subject to a release as it was created, but  new PRs of the same kind are subject because of this change in customizing?
    There are not many possibilities:
    a) PR was not subject to release strategy
    b) release indicator got cleared by own program or table maintenance
    c) program bug (never saw one for change history of PRs)
    do you use workflow for releasing? if yes then you can check the log of the workflow item and proof the evidence for a program bug.
