Display the Results

Question

hai,
i am having nearly 10,000 records to display to client ( 10 records to each page.) in JSP. here, i stored all the records in a vector (vector is assigned in the session) for the first time. after the first time request, i will contact only the vector session, not to the database.
but my problem is, for the first time request, results are coming very slowly because of the database query. i want to reduce the execution time for the first time request. is there any other way to do this...

Any database can be used, didn't get your question which database should be used, for example take MySQL

}you can convert this in to a bean and use it in your jsp page, the above program gets first names from a table where count > 0 and count < 10 where count is a column in the mytable of type integer.
