Displaying a form in a set of accordian panels

The Spry Accordion Panel looks as though it aught to be ideal
for inserting a large data records into an on line database.
However, this use does not seem to be documented as far as I can
see. I wanted
to split up the data into sections within the same form to
provide headings for each section, and thus take up less space on
the page, removing the need to have multi page forms. Is this
possible?

Hi,
Do you mean something like this?
<form action="">
<div id="Acc1" class="Accordion">

Personal Information</div>
<div class="AccordionPanelContent">
<table>
<tr>
<th>First Name:</th>
<td><input type="text" name="firstname"
/></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<th>Middle Initial:</th>
<td><input type="text" name="middleinitial"
/></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<th>Last Name:</th>
<td><input type="text" name="lastname"
/></td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
</div>
<div class="AccordionPanel">
<div class="AccordionPanelTab">Step 2: Tell Us About
Yourself</div>
<div class="AccordionPanelContent">

<td><textarea
name="interests"></textarea></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<th>Volunteer:</th>
<td><textarea

</div>
</div>

  • Note Board web part to display comments for explicit Document Set

    I guess my question falls under 'Other customization' hence my post here.
    Scenario:
    I have a Document Set content type enabled for a library. At the moment I have a few "folders" [document sets] that contain their respective documents.
    I edited a Document Set welcome page to include a Note Board web part. I edited the Note Board web part by adding a 'URL for note' to be a URL of a random Document Set welcome page while in edit mode.
    (Basically, I went to a 'ABC' document set page, clicked edit page, copied URL from address bar, closed that page, went to 'Customize Welcome Page' for all document sets in that library, edited Note Board web part by pasting the link into its 'URL for note'
    field)
    Problem:
    Currently, all comments are shared between all document sets (folders). When I go to 'ABC' document set and post a comment, I can see my ABC specific comments in e.g. 'XYZ' document set.
    I want to have comments specific to each document set displayed on a respective page for that document set.
    Solution?
    I realize that I must have gotten an URL for a Note Board web part wrong and it does not filter comments explicit to each document set but fetches the comments from whole the library. My url is currently:
    https://intranet.domain/sitecollection/library/Forms/Machine%20Process%20Pack/docsethomepage.aspx?ID=2&FolderCTID=0x0120D520009EDF2E3A3112B041AC6EC1D4133D77550000C297D6CB32E349A435E04924DC6C58&List=7b052f9c-7e35-4251-b66d-3bcdd2950014&RootFolder=%2Fuk%5Fqhse%2FProcess%20Packs%2FSigma%202345&RecSrc=%2Fuk%5Fqhse%2FProcess%20Packs%2FSigma%202345&PageView=Shared&InitialTabId=Ribbon.WebPartPage&Visi
    I know I have to strip this URL from some parameters, presumably leaving just ID, FolderCTID, List and RootFolder.
    Could someone actually tell me exactly how my URL should look like if I want to display comments only for a given document set on its welcome page?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to display comments only for a given document set on its welcome page, not display for all the document sets.
    If so, you should not set the “URL for note” field in the Note Board web part, you can just leave it blank, then when you post a comment in one document set, the others would not display the comment.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Jason

  • Page "Display Trip Form"

    Hi All.
    I am implementing ESS/MSS for Travel expense. I want to use iView and Page "Display Trip Form". This iview and page is in Portal contend directory :Portal COntent -> Content provided by SAP -> End user content -> ESS -> Pages -> Travel and Expense .
    When I take a pre view of this page I get bellow error message:
    "At least one optional parameter must be specified when method is called"
    Do you know why this message is comming and how can we fix it. Is there some config missing or do I need to set some property of iview/ page?
    Regards,
    Amit.

    Hi,
    Display Form aplication needs trip number & employee number as parameters. if you click on preview in PCD then you are not passing any parameters in application. once you associate this ivew with travel & Expense like in UWL or with some event then you can see proper output.
    Regards,
    Amit

  • How to display struts form list values?

    HI,
    How to display struts form list values?
    I am having master and child data.
    I can set list values master and child in action class.
    How to display the master and child data in struts jsp form.
    <logic:iterate id="result" name="listofEmployees" >
    <td ><bean:write name="result" property="id"/></td>
    <td ><bean:write name="result" property="name"/></td>
    <td > <bean:write name="result" property="list"/>  </td>
    </tr>
    </logic:iterate>Here I am displaying master data succesfully.
    How to iterate values of <td ><bean:write name="result" property="list"/></td>in action class i added bean class to this list.
    how to iterate this list with java bean and display my child data
    Thanks
    sai

    Struts 1 or 2?
    I guess 2 'cause you're just talking about Action, without mentioning the Form.
    In STRUTS 1 it goes like this: forward to the page and use logic:iterate tag. Don't know about STRUTS 2, but It shouldn't be too different.
    bye.

    Hello,
    I'm new to OIM. I am a new hire to a group that had a contractor setup the whole system. I'm finding a similar issue on our system here. I've looked through the database and cannot seem to find the issue. Error happens when from the webapp clicking on "Create IT Resource".
    From the Error Log:
    Class/Method: tcFormDefinitionOperationsBean/getFormFieldPropertyValue encounter some problems: Property 'Column Names' has not defined for the form field '-82'
    Line with issue from FormMetaData.xml:
         <Attribute name="-82" label="global.label.itresourcetype" displayComponentType="LookupField" variantType="String" dataLength="255" map="IT Resources Type Definition.Server Type" useInRule="true">
              <ValidValues lookupQuery="select svd_svr_type from svd" selectionColumn="svd_svr_type"/>
    </Attribute>
    Please let me know any additional information/questions. From what I can tell everything should be correct. Sorry again if the answer is obvious, I'm only 3 days into OIM.
    Thank you,
    Ryan

  • Display data in r/3 set up tables

    how to display data in r/3 set up tables

    Hi,
    You have different TCodes in R/3 to fill up the setup tables for different areas. Like for Inventory for intializing the opening balance we use MCNB and for Movements we use 0LI1BW and for Revaluations you need to use OLIZBW. You have to follow a set of instructions while filling up the setup tables like there should be no postings going on while you are filling up the setup tables etc...
    Once you fillup the setup tables, then if you go to RSA3 and enter the data source name, you will be able to see the data for it. Unless you sill the setup tables, your data source wont give you any data. You can search for How to... documents which will be useful to you in understanding the concept.
    Hope it helps...
