Doc No. displayed in F.19 but not in MR11

Hi,
I have a typical issue with GR/IR clearing. I have a pending IR which doesn't have any GR against to clear it. This IR is not reflected in MR11 but is displayed in F.19. Can someone please help with this.
Also please help with the ways of clearing any pending GR or IR which doesnot have any IR or GR to clear against it. These GR/IR cannot be autocleared through F13
Thanks

Hi,
MR11 is to be used for quantity differences of GR and IR;  you whoudl have posted both GR and IR with different quantities.
F.19  does not care the quantity differences it is for balance sheet purposes to transfer the  uncleared  GR/IR debit or credit balances to predefined balance sheet accounts and reversed on the first day of the next business year.

F.19: The program places any necessary adjustment postings in a batch input session. These postings are made separately per company code, GR/IR clearing account, reconciliation account, and business area. They are then reversed on the day you specify in the program run.
GR/IR Clearing Account Maintenance
Use
Quantity differences between goods receipt and invoice receipt for a purchase order result in a balance on the GR/IR clearing account.
If the quantity invoiced is larger than the quantity received, the system then expects further goods receipts for this purchase order to clear the balance.
If the quantity received is larger than the quantity invoiced, the system then expects further invoices for this purchase order to clear the balance.
You can also clear differences for delivery costs.
If no more goods or invoices are to be received, you must clear the balance manually.
This can be done in different ways:
You can return the extra goods to the vendor.
You can cancel the invoice and post a corrected invoice or a credit memo for the surplus posted quantity.
You can clear the GR/IR clearing account manually.

    I have home sharing on in iTunes but can't see my library when I use the computers icon on Apple TV. iTunes does display my purchased tunes but not my own imports.
    I can play my own tunes by selecting them on my iMAC and directing them to Apple TV. I think that I should be able to see my entire library on Apple TV shouldn't I?
    Am up-to-date with iTunes and using Mavericks OS. I am connecting to Apple TV with an Airport Extreme 802.11n Wi-FI and a brand new Apple TV.
    Thanks for any comments,
    Roger

    Okay, so HomeSharing is not working.  Most likely due to a network issue.
    Is the ATV and computer running iTunes actually on the same network?  Many new routers create seperate networks for the wired and wireless portions of the local network.

  • On nView titlebar, clicking "Move to next display", The resizes bigger, but not smaller.

    Hello and TIA for your help.
    Environment:
    Lenovo T61 laptop (model 6457-Z4U) set to 1680x1050
    Internal video controller: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M
    External monitor: Samsung Syncmaster 940BF set to 1280x1024
    Win XP SP2
    Problem: I am using the nView Desktop Manager and nView Control Panel. On the nView titlebar on the laptop, when I click the "Move to next display" button, then the window does move to the external monitor, and sizes the window to 1280x1024 to fill the screen. Good.
    But, when I do the same on the external monitor (click the "Move to next display" button), then the window keeps the same size, and does not resize to the larger laptop window size (1680x1050).
    In other words, the windows resize to the smaller display, but not the bigger display. What setting should I change?

    I think you messed up the embedded features of the question slides. Have a look at:
    Question Question Slides in Captivate - Captivate blog
    Personally I will never allow Backwards movement at all in a quiz. If you do that, you can drag the Next button under the Clear button. The Next button has a double functionality: during the Quiz it acts as a Skip button and that is what you do not want. During Review it acts as a Next button. If you do not use Review, you don't need the Next button. If you want Review, dragging the Next button under the Clear buttons solves the problem: during Review both Clear and Submit button will disappear and the Next button will be come available.
    I cannot see directly what happened with the actions that are not executed, unless you have another shape button on the question slide that pauses after the pausing of the Submit button.
    Your setting 'Required....' can cause problems as well, especially since you allow free navigation within the quiz (and outside) with the Back and Next navigation.
    Please, try to read that blog post, and if you have more questions, will try to answer them.

  • Display queue shows values but not in test tab

    Hi,
    We have a mapping scenario where we need to duplicate nodes and create the second node based on the coditions. The second node is a duplicate of the first node. The second node has the same mapping as the the node it was duplicated from. While testing the mapping in Display queue the values are coming in correctly for the duplicate node but during the testing in the test tab, the duplicate node values are missing. Context seems right but not sure why the duplicate node mapping does not work during testing?
    Teresa

    Hi,
    you should map the source node of the duplicated node with the required condition . it means when the conditions is true the duplicate node (source node) should get generated at the output.
    If <condition> True -
    > creatIf --- > source node of duplicated node
    Thanks

  • 16:9 footage displays properly in timeline but not in menu

    Greetings guys,
    this is a follow up to a 16:9 import issue I had previously.
    We now have a good quality 16:9 file that imports as an asset into Encore no problem. It plays back perfectly in Encore in a timeline but if I use the footage as a menu, which I intend to do with one clip then it puts letter boxes either side of the footage. I check 16:9 in the properties but it doesn't help... I don't understand why encore will play the widescreen footage and display it properly in a timeline but not as a menu...
    any thoughts would be great,
    here's some footage details:
    CODEC: MPEG2
    FRAME RATE: 25.000 /s
    DAR: 1.778 (16:9)
    720 x 576
    SAR: 1.250 (5:4)
    PAR: 1.422 (~10:7)
    cheers,
    Grant :)

    Select the menu then "Edit->Edit Menu in Photoshop"
    Verify the menu dimension in Photoshop, if the menu is HD size then reduce it to 720x576.
    Or use any DV-PAL size menu from Encore library.

  • Float displays fine in DW but not in browsers

    I'm not posting any code at this stage as I realise this may be a very simple question!
    I have a simple panel with an image and some text floated around it.  This displays fine in the Dreamweaver 8 Design view, but in both IE8 and Firefox, the text does not float, but appears below the image.
    Is this something obvious, or should I post further details?
    Thanks.

    For best results, reply through the web forum; not e-mail.
    Thanks, Nancy - I would have done so, but had big problems getting through to a lot of major web sites in the US last night, so couldn't use the forum.  OK this morning, and have noted the blank posts.  Thanks to a FAQ I now realise that I can't use "Xxxx wrote:" in an e-mail post, nor use a line of dashes as separators - both of which I did in my replies!  Ho hum...
    So, now that I'm back in contact, the answer to your questions is yes - I think so!  Time for some code:
    #container {
        width: 56%;
        height: 1480px;
        position: absolute;
        border: none;
        top: 40px;
        left: 9%;
        background-color: #FFFFFF;
        clear: both;
    .longshot {
        float: left;
        width: 262px;
        <div id="container">
          <img class="longshot" src="Photos/LongShotVignette3.jpg" />
          <p>Quite why the property is called &quot;Lo Sixto&quot; is  lost in the mists of time, but there were certainly five popes of  that name, the latest of whom lived during the 15th century.</p>
          <p> </p>
        </div>
    I realise the answer is probably trivial, but I have picked up Dreamweaver again after a long break (hence v 8!) and to say I am rusty would be an understatement!

  • Delivery doc is deleted in R/3, but not in BW

    I've a situation that a delivery was deleted in Logistics dep in R/3, nevertheless it is still in my BW. It was deleted like 2 months ago from R/3 and i use a standard 2LIS extraction. And the weird thing is
    In 2LIS_12_VCITM it was deleted because is not in the DSO that is filled from 2LIS_12_VCITM
    But the DSO that is filled by 2LIS_12_VCHDR still has this delivery!?
    Could you explain me plz how all the deleting concept works?
    What happens when a delivery or any doc is deleted in Logistics, how it gets eliminated in BW?

    It sounds really weird to me that SAP is incapable to register the deleted record!! In FI it's impossible to delete anything, but in MM the deleting of delivery documents is a standard procedure, so, i just don't believe that a standard extractor isn't capable to register the standard procedure of deleting a record!!??

  • Simple Table Displays OK in Mozilla But Not Showing in IE??

    I'm updating our company website and am looking to add sections to each page with bullet points.  (Note: I am using Dreamweaver CS4 version 10.0.)
    I tried using the Unordered List feature but for those bullet points that were extremely long, the 2nd line would never align properly.  So...someone in our IT Dept suggested using a table.
    The table works GREAT in Firefox but only the first bullet point shows when I view using IE 8.  Even the rest of the page does not display.
    Relative newcomer to Dreamweaver so ANY assistance would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

  • Took photos with iphone 4s. Pic displays in picture preview, but not in camera roll. Any advice? Pic should be on phone somewhere.

    Took photo with iphone 4s. Picture displays in picture preview on bottom left, but is not in camera roll. Pic should be in phone somewhere since it's in preview. Any advice?

    Ok try this kennylebouef,
    Open multitasking by double tapping the home button (at the bottom), a row of apps you've recently used should appear, tap and hold the photos app until it wiggles and displays an x, tap the x to close and then reopen the camera roll app. Let me know if it works. It's odd and frustrating, I know.

  • Page displays perfect in Safari, but not Internet Explorer...please help!

    Please help, this page looks fine in Safari, but in IE, the 2nd and 3rd column are spread out. I want everything to stay to the top;

    Thank you in advance!

    HTML errors can cause all kinds of problems between browsers/versions/platforms.
    Visit http://validator.w3.org to get a listing of your errors (54 errors 3 warnings)
    If it's still not displaying correctly once your errors are cleaned out, post back and we can take a closer look.

  • Spry displaying in Firefox & Safari, but not in IE

    Ok, so I was trying to replicate one of the demos: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/demos/rssreader/index.html
    Except that we're running on a LAMP platform which meant I had to rerwite the ColdFusion into PHP. I'm hoping the PHP isn't the issue, seeing as this wouldn't be the forum for correcting that problem.
    Here's the page I'm working on: http://www.darton.edu/ol-or/new.php
    It works just fine in Firefox & Safari, but when I get to IE, I get the "Failed to load feed items!" error.
    I can read the feeds in IE, but for some reason it won't display them.
    The core of the feeds.php I wrote:
    $xmlstr = trim(file_get_contents('LiveFeeds.xml'));
    $mydoc = new SimpleXMLElement($xmlstr);
    foreach($mydoc->feed as $feed)
      if($feed['id'] == $id)
       $url = $feed['url'];
       $curl_handle=curl_init();
       curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_URL, $url);
       curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_HTTPGET, TRUE);
       curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array ("Content-type: text/xml; charset=utf-8"));
       /*$buffer = */ return curl_exec($curl_handle);
       curl_close($curl_handle);
       //return $buffer;
    Firefox and Safari aren't having a problem at all, everything is processing correctly. I thought, after reading some in the forum that the Headers were the issue, but as far as I can tell, the cURL HTTP Header feature is working as it's supposed to.
    I feel like I'm beating my head against a brick wall at this point.
    I just need guidence at this point, at least a shove in the right direction would be helpful.
    Many thanks in advance.

    The XML file seems to be in order.
    I do notice that IE has a problem with SpryData.js which points to interference from other JS. For a start, place xpath.js after SpryData.js.
    If this does not solve the problem, try placing both of the above files before any other JS files.

  • Korean characters displays properly in application, but not saved in DB properly

    Korean characters are retrieved and displayed properly in VB6 application.  But upon record insertion, it is not properly saved.  See below before and after screenshots.
    Retrieval and display of original record
    Retrieval and display of saved record
    We have tried with setting of "keeporgmultibyte", "set char_convert off", "ODBC User Specified Character Set cp850", unfortunately nothing worked.
    Please see below for details of our ASE.
    ODBC Driver Installer: Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise PC Client 12.5.4 GA
    ASE ODBC Driver Version:  12.05.01.510
    ISQL -V
    SELECT @@VERSION
    SP_VERSION
    SP_HELPSORT

    I don't have any direct experience configuring ASE for use with Korean text, however cp850 seems like an odd choice for Korean.  I would expect utf8 (particularly if data in other languages were being stored as well) or cp949. Korean Character Set.
    I don't think version has anything to do with your issue, but why on earth would you still be running on 12.5.4?

  • APEX page displays correctly in Firefox but not in IE7 nor IE8

    I have an APEX 4.0 page which displays two columns of data. In Firefox, where the border for column one should end, it does. Then the column two data is displayed right next to column one (correctly). In IE, there is a gap of blank space between the columns, which makes it necessary to scroll over to see all the data (incorrect). I did find a post that seemed to address this very issue, however, the suggested fix did not solve the problem for me. The regions are defined as follows:
    Sequence 1 - Column 1 - Breadcrumbs region - Breadcrumb region template - Type = Breadcrumb
    Sequence 10 - Column 1 - Lot Information - Reports region - Type = HTML Text
    Sequence 10 - Column 2 - Burial - Reports region - Type = SQL Query
    Sequence 30 - Column 2 - Documents - Reports region - Type = SQL Query (updateable report)
    Sequence 40 - Column 2 - Upload Document - Reports region - Type = HTML Text
    With the exception of the breadcrumb region, all regions are set to Display Point = Page Template Body (3. items above region contect)
    I have tried a number of different combinations between the page template, display points, etc. and have tried different width settings in the html source, but have not been able to remove the gap between the columns.
    Does anyone know of a way to resolve this? If you need more information, please let me know. Thank you for any help you can provide.

    You could put all but the breadcrumb into a region/subregion setup...
    What theme in APEX are you using?
    Thank you,

    Are you sure you are uploading the pages to the correct location?
    Could you post a screen capture of your expanded files window, showing the remote server and local file structures?
    I'm guessing they're not identical and that you may be uploading to a redundant root folder.
