Document not shown in MRBR

Hi Expert,
I have issue where the invoice status in MIR4 is "Invoice Verification"(R) which means the invoice is blocked. But when i check in MRBR, the document is not there. I've done some testing, where i create invoice MIRO, and manually put payment status as "R". This inoive appears in MRBR. But when i create invoice MIRO with payment status "Free for payment" (which means not block), and i go to FBL1N and manually put R(and this R will also reflected to MM invoice document), i can't see this document in MRBR. So it seems like when the R is trigger directly from MM invoice, it will show in MRBR but if trigger from FBL1N, it will not show in MRBR. The problem now is, there is no changes document in FBL1n for this field. Looks like no one has done any changes on the status. I'm confuse.. It doesn't seems like coming from MM because but in FI,there is no changes document(history) created for this field. Can anyone give any idea?

Do you mean in the result, there is no such column for Price variance? Or there is no correct value in Price Variance columne?

Dear SAP GURU,
When My account officer have book the bill , at that time generate the Document Number 3100007116
Now the problem is that when we checked this document number 3100007116 The error massege are shown below
Document 3100007116 does not exist in fiscal year 2009. and When the documnet read archived documnet are also considered.
Kindly tell why it is haapned ?

Hi,
System says this document has not been created for this fiscal year and if it is create then it is archived. There are two separate database one is Database and other is Archive. If you have not archived and you are sure that you have created this document then check whether you are inserting correct fiscal year and company code. To verify the document number, in FB03 check the document list.
To see the archived document for GL, use transaction FBL3N and click on Data Source and select Archive box.

DMS Document stored in SAP DB: Not shown in SAP PLM Web UI

Is it by design that DMS documents which are stored in SAP DB are not shown in WEB UI...
I get and error on the display document that " KPRO unchecked "
how ever in ECC i can see the document with originals and thumbnails and complete DIR..

Hi,
Please check if a storage category is maintained in your system. You can use the Content Server (KPRO) storage type. Launch transaction DC10 and choose the
relevant document type which you use. Display its details and you will find a flag called ‘Use KPRO’. Flag it to use the KPRO storage type which is recommended by SAP. You can manage your storage categories and KPRO settings by transaction CSADMIN

Special characters are not shown in compare document report in Acrobat X

I have a pdf document which is having some special characters like üὄ. Now I have updated the document with few corrections and while compare document in Acrobat X special characters are not shown in the report.
Can any one please look into this and give suggestion.

So far we have seen this kind of issue in only one document. In the below screenshot you can see 2 pdf files, the right side one is my MS pdf and the left side one is the exported pdf from 3B2 application both the files having the special characters such as . I just did the text comparison however both and is missing in the exported pdf but the reports shown the changes for characters only wherever the charactes is missing the report not shown the changes properly(See highlighted in yellow).
Please let me know if you need more deatails.

Why is some text not shown after merging multiple documents

One of my clients is using Adobe Acrobat XI and they are merging multiple PDF documents (up to 1000 single PDF's!) to create one big PDF document.
But somehow just some parts of the text are not shown after the merging (it is actually still there because you can copy and paste it in to Word and you will see it again)?
Any suggestions?

Since you have identified the problematic pages, have you checked if the issue occurs with the same pdf when merged with a smaller number may be 10 pdfs.
How are these pdfs created? It might be possible that the said document's pdf structure is incorrect.
You may want to sanitize the said pdf's before combining and check.

This is most likely an issue with Apple's iOS Mail program's.
I think you are opening your modified PDF in Apple built-in PDF Preview. Apple's code does not properly draw the comments, but if you look at the PDF in virtually any other PDF application that isn't just using Apple''s code, or on any desktop computer, you will see the comments you've added.

Some fonts are not shown correctly in LabVIEW 2012

I found a bug related with fonts in LabVIEW2012 f3 KR.
- When I select NI7SEG in font selection dialog, right font is not shown in the example box.
- Draw text at point.vi shows same problem for some fonts while other fonts are working.
I reported it to Korean NI. As far as I know, this was not reported in previous versions and I couldn't find any related documents in Google.
So, here I would like to know whether it is related with only Korean version. Please let me know if English version is OK.
* OS: Windows 7 32bit KR

Just now, I installed LabVIEW 2012 f3 (32-bit, English) and checked for the issue. But the font(NI7SEG) was not shown properly in VI either.
- Both of Korea and English version of LabVIEW 2012 on Win 7 Korea OS shows wrong results. It is same on 64-bit OS.
- LabVIEW 2010 but on same PC shows correct fonts.
Is there a limit of number of fonts in LabVIEW? There are more than 100 fonts are shown in the "Selection Font" dialog and I can divide them into 3 groups by sequential order. I find that all fonts in the 3rd group are not applied correctly.

Billing document not reversed

Pls help me, previously i had reversed one billing document through Vf11 ,then reversed VL09 delivery and cancelled the Sales order.But now billing document not reversed.Again go to reverse throuh VF11 Getting error as No billing documents were generated. See log

"Search for" results not shown in list view

Hello,
I just installed Leopard a few days ago, and so far I'm very happy.
The ony oddity I noticed today was that "Search for" results (the default searches in the pane on the left side) are not shown in list view.
What happens is this:
- I open a finder window in list view.
- I click e.g. on "Search for" - "All documents".
- The status bar on the bottom of the finder window says e.g. "1789 objects", but the actual window is empty (although it has a very long scrollbar). If I click somewhere in the empty space, info for an actual file is shown - as if the files were there, just shown in white letters on white background. I can also type in the search field, and the status bar updates accordingly, but again, no files show up.
Icon and Coverflow views, however, do work.
- If I switch from Icon to List view, a file list is shown for the fraction of a second, then disappears.
This is not an end-of-the-world-bug for me, but still pretty annoying.
Any idea what might be the problem here? I have no exotic software installed that could cause trouble; just QuickSilver and the usual productivity apps.

I have written the necessary documents (HelpSet, MapFile, HelpTOC).
The Table-Of-Contents are shown in the left frame, but if I select them, the html-help-file is not shown in the right frame.

The tutorial I believe you are referring to uses Visual Studio .NET 2003. So, it won't be in the exact same place as Visual Studio 2005.
You should be able to right click on the database connection node and see an option for Query Window.

PDFs are not shown correctly at more than 150% size

we use Adobe Reader 8.1.2 and we can´t change it in our company.
we now have the problems, that a few documents are not shown correctly, when they are shown with more than 150% on the screen.
at 150% the signature and some lines are shown, when we look at the document witz 177% the lines and the signatures disappear.
Does someone have the same problem AND a solution?

I'm having exactly the same problem with my 80gb ipod on my new laptop which is also running Windows 7 64 bit and iTunes 10.1.1.4.
I initially just tried syncing photos and according to iTunes it was still syncing after 4 hours, this was for 6700 photos and I wasn't asking for full resolution, but iPod just said Connected - Eject before disconnecting. I couldn't disconnect and in the end had to close iTunes before disconnecting, then there were no photos on the iPod.
Disconnected, rebooted then when I connected the iPod I got the message that it was synced to another PC which I expected so i click to erase and synch, iPod initially showed synching then went to Connected - eject message but itunes was saying "finishing synch" it showed this for hours and out of 6543 songs on the PC it was onlt showing 6002 on iPod. I stopped the synch trie dejecting but got same message Iancenaz got. Again had to close iTunes before I could disconnect iPod safely.
I'm going to try synching it back on mhy old laptop which is running Windows XP and an older version of iTunes as I suspect its either a Windows 7 or iTunes 10 problem.

Embedded Fonts are not shown anymore

When I create a PDF from a Word Doc, the embedded Fonts are not shown anymore. In the previous Version it was working perfectly. My version is currently 11.0.10.

Thank you for your feedback. The Job im using is simple take a word document converting it into a pdf format. If this is done I will see it in my Acrobat view. There is no fonts at all. The System is notifying me that the font "ETBFGYI+DIN-Regular" are not embedded. And there will be some character not shown or printed correctly. I didn't change anything on the setting of Acrobat. I'm using this Acrobat almost for 2 years and I never had any problem. The Problem came up after the last update of the software to version 11.01.10.

Report Alerts are not shown on crystal server 2011

I have created alerts on From date and To Date. The alert is shown when the difference between From Date and To Date is more than an year. It is shown properly in the crystal report designer. When I am uploading the same report to the server the alerts are not shown on the server.
Can someone help me with the same.

I have uploaded the report in CMC using Add--> Local Document.
For Alerts I have checked the Box 'Enable Alert'. Still I am not getting a Pop Up which I get in the crystal report designer. Is the Alert sent on Crystal Server by email? I have currently selected default setting in Configure Alert Notification.

F110 _ Payment document not created

In the payment run in f110 the system shows the following error - Payment document not created . the amount is shown in the proposal list. while payment run has been carried out for the particular vendorsystem shows the error. for other vendors it shows coirrectly. please advice why this error comes.

Hi,
First check certain customization:-
(1) FBZP setup for payment method at country level. Whether IDOC generation program is assigned or not.
(2) Then check the variant of RFFOEDI1 in the printout tab of F110. Is the selection creteria OK?
(3) Check the partner profile in WE20 for the bank.
Then run the program RFFOEDI1 in SE38 for your payment run and check the output.
You can also get this program debugged from you ABAPer to have root cause analysis.
