Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account
Hello,
Oracle E-Bus Suite: 11.5.10.2
OS: Windows 2003
We are facing the problem while executing the ARPLABIM - Bank Statement Import program, 'Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account'.
We have already reviewed Oracle Metalink Document: Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account: Doc ID: Note:147773.1.
https://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/f?p=130:14:3345134018905587318::::p14_database_id,p14_docid,p14_show_header,p14_show_help,p14_black_frame,p14_font:NOT,147773.1,1,1,1,helvetica
But the profile option Sequential Numbering cannot be set to Not Used due to certain funcational limitations. Please advise any other workaround.
Thank you
Adith,
There are only two options:
1. Setup document Sequence. OR
2. Change the profile either the user level who runs this program (assuming a batch user name) or at the resp or application level. Not necessarily at the site level.
Thanks
Nagamohan

IDoc message Document or line item does not exist for invoice reference
Hello,
We activated IDoc message type FIDCC2. When cancelling documents which were created before the activation date the cancellation documents aren't posted in the receiving system. Message 'Document or line item does not exist for invoice reference' appears. How can I process these items (the reference document can't exist in the receiving system so the only option is to remove it from the IDoc?)?
Regards, JanThis is just a guide. Adapt it to your situation. I get this kind of error message where in the case, someone has marked for deletion a line item in the purchase order. In this regard, the IDoc errors out because the line item number being referenced is marked for deletion.
You can either delete the IDoc or have the deletion flag taken off the line item number in the PO or document number to enable you reprocess the IDoc number in question.

Tax code V0 does not exist for jurisdiction code IN00
hi mm
when i am creating a purchase order
After creating the PO
when i go to invoice and enter tax code V0 and jurisdiction code i face the error
Tax code V0 does not exist for jurisdiction code IN00
Message no. FF718
Diagnosis
You have entered tax codes and jurisdiction codes in the G/L account items. The amounts of these items are used as the tax base to check the tax amounts you have entered or to determine the taxes. The system has now determined that one or more of the "tax code / jurisdiction code" combinations do not exist in Customizing.
System Response
Calculation of the taxes or checking of the taxes entered had to be terminated.
Procedure
Check the tax codes and the jurisdiction codes in the G/L account items or asset items. If these are correct, inform your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Change the tax jurisdictions you specified in Customizing under Financial Accounting -> Financial Accounting Global settings -> Tax on Sales/Purchases -> Basic Settings -> Define Tax Jurisdictions
i have dne as per thr need in define Define Tax Jurisdictions
then also i am facing same error
Regards
VinitHi Vinith,
After maintaining the tax jurisdictions maintain/create the tax codes. Pls ensure tht created tax codes having field of jurisdictions code.
You created tax codes after tht you defined tax jurisdiction codes then you will get this kind of errors
Hope its clear still if u hve questions let me know.

OTL Error - Hrs - Element link does not exist for the duration of the entry
Hi,
We had a few new people start just before xmas however when the person entering their record did it, they didn't date-track the additional assignment time information record to the start of the week (they did however correctly date-track their employee and assignment record) so when the timecard was filled in errors were thrown up.
Since then I have gone back into the employees assignment time record, purged it and then re-created it effective from the week beginning.
However when we try to enter time for them now using delegated self service, the following error is shown for the two days which were originally excluded from the date-tracked record:
Hrs - Element link does not exist for the duration of the entry Cause: The link has been purged or date effectively deleted. Action: Check the effective start and end dates on the link definitions for this element. The original record should have been created from the 19th dec 2009 however was done from the 23rd by accident. I have since been in and replaced it with a record effective from the 19th.
I have re-run the security list generation (we are using static list).
The only thing I can find on metalink is 372086.1 which doesn't really describe the problem or help!!
The people don't appear in the timekeeper form though which is strange. I really can't see any reason why their record isn't valid - no data is missing. Do I need to run a job to update the information or something?
We are using 11.5.10.2
ThankssWell would you believe it!? After much late night meddling around, I noticed one employee worked! There was absolutely no difference in any settings between his record and a persons who did not work. So I went into another employees record, changed his name and saved (correcting). Tried again and he worked fine! So, just by changing the employee name it seems to have worked for self service! I still cannot see them in timekeeper which is worrying however at least we can get time in for them now!
If anyone knows why I may not be able to see them in timekeeper (even using an un-secured responsibility) then that would be a great help! :) -

SEED_COL_USAGE ProcedureThis procedure iterates over the SQL statements in the specified SQL tuning set, compiles them and seeds column usage information for the columns that appear in these statements.
Syntax
DBMS_STATS.SEED_COL_USAGE (

It looks like you need to provide a SQLSET_NAME and OWNER_NAME to use this procedure correctly, to which you've provided NULLs. I don't see any exceptions in the documentation that indicate special processing when NULLs are provided. -

Srinivas.NDear Srinivas,
The validity date of Profit center is finished.
Go to KE53 and check the Dates for the Pofit center whether its valid or not.
If its not valid, Go to KE52, Change the date, actiivate the Profit center. ( i guess it will be done by FI Consultant) .
PS: Please search the forum before posting the question, you will get lots of handful materials...and dont post same question in multiple forums.

PO/ Invoice created for supplier does not exist for particular company code
Hi Gurus,
We have a case where PO created w.r.t supplier X does not exist for any company code A. Also Invoice is generated.
As per my analysis:
1. Purchasing organization is assigned to the particular plant and Plant does assigned to company code. This purchasing organization does not assigned to any company code and kind of centrally allowed to any company code based on above link.
2. Supplier X does exist for the purchasing organization. And in Partner function-For PI (Invoice presented) partner function, it is defined for another supplier Y. This Y supplier does exist for company code A and might be the reason, it is allowing creating PO and Invoice.
Please correct me, if I am wrong or If there will be any other reason for the same. Just for your information, there is no Info record exist for this PO as it is created for service without any material number.
Thanks for your response.
Best regards,
Karun KumarYou can create vendor only with reference to purchase organization and withoout company code.
for this vendor, you can create PO and MIGO and system will allow but when you try to post the invoice system will prompt you to enter different invoice party. if you dont enter different invoice party, system will throw an error message "vendor is not defined in XXXX.
So in your case, your analysis is correct. -
Archieve does not exist for purchase order
Hello Gururs,
When i tried to change the delivery date for the PO and when i trying to save the PO
then it throws the error messages-'Archieve does not exist for purchase order'.
PO was created in feb.
Please help me how can i solve this issue.
BR
AshishCan you give a more detailed information.
What transaction you actually use, what you enter step by step until you get to the error: 'Archieve does not exist for purchase order'
This message sounds like you want change a PO which is already archived.
A change to an archived PO is not really logical, as you can only archive closed business cases. and if the business case is closed, then why would you change the delivery date.
A PO from February should not really be archived already in June. I never saw it in practice, as you could not do any anual reporting
I would assume further that SAP found the entered PO number in the archive index but did not find the way to the archive itself. This can happen if the archive file was deleted or moved manually.
I am not sure if the next messae has really anything to do with your purchase order, thats why I ask you to post the exact steps until the messages come up:
Le fichier archieve 000524-002SD_COND n'existe pas is the message discription
But even this message explains more or less the same, that the physical archive is no longer in the same place where it is expected to be found according to the info in records of table ADMI_FILES. -

Rahul JainHi
Please check the following path
F.A(New)
F.A.Global settings(New)
Tax on Sales/Purchases
Basic settings
1.Specify Structure for Tax Jurisdiction Code
2.Define Tax Jurisdictions
Please complete the above two steps, then your Jurisdiction code will be mandatory for the tax code in FTXP.

I tried to debug the IDOC which was giving this error and also simultaneously debugged the other IDOC which was successful.
I found that the failed IDOC is giving this error as when SD_COND_ACCESS Fm is called in the satndard code , the failed IDOC scenario doesn't return any values in condition records table for one of the condition types ZIR1.
Where as the successful IDOC returns values for condition records table when FM SD_COND_ACCESS is called for condition type ZIR1.
Any suggestion ??
Thanks !

Tax code V1 does not exist for jurisdiction code NZ001
Dear Friends,
When creating a PO thru ME23N, I get this message "Tax code V1 does not exist for jurisdiction code NZ001". On cheking, I find this has been maintained with valiidity from 01/01/2001 to 31/12/9999.
Also when I create a Vendor invoice in FI under FB60/FB65, I am able to use this Tax code V1 with jurisdiction NZ0001 for my US company with a issue and document also shows.
Why this conflict? what am I missing?
Best Regards
RajeshHi,
is it a typing error? You wrote "tax code V1 / jur. code NZ001" is missing but "tax code V1 / jur. code NZ0001" is working well (which has one more "0"), so please check this.
Best regards, Christian
