    There is nothing to cancel. It simply runs out. If you want your Adobe ID deleted, you have to contact support by web chat.

    Could it be that you are running Windows XP?  I believe there is some automatic detection of the operating system you are running, and if it is not supported by the application, it does not show up on the download page.

    That link gives the options below. NONE is for cancelling a FREE membership, however.
    Switch from an individual membership to a teams membership
       If you have an individual Creative Cloud membership, you can cancel it at no penalty and re-enroll as part of your company’s team membership.
       Your IT administrator sends you an invitation to join the team. If you haven't yet received the invitation, request the administrator to resend the invitation. 
       While accepting invitation, sign in with the Adobe ID that is associated with your individual Creative Cloud membership (complete or single app).You see an option to cancel the individual plan and join the team or keep the individual plan and join the team.
       Select the Join team and cancel individual plan Creative Cloud membership option, and then click Accept Invite. 
       You become a team member once you accept the invitation. Now follow these steps to reset the licensing accordingly on your computer:
    Launch any Creative Cloud application (for example, Photoshop).
    On the Help menu, choose Sign Out.
    Close the application and restart it.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID.
    Cancel an annual membership (individual or team)
       If you cancel within the first month, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation.To cancel your membership at any time, contact us - go to the contact us page and then click the "Still need help? Contact us." button.
       You may be asked to sign in. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.    To cancel your membership in the last month (month 12), follow the steps in the "Cancel a month-to-month membership" section below. (If you cancel an annual membership in the last month you don't need assistance from customer support.)

       Sign in to www.adobe.com. The Sign in link is on the top menu of most pages.  
       In the navigation pane or pop-up menu, click Manage Account.Note: You may be prompted to enter your password to verify your identity.
       Under Plans & Products, click Manage Plan.
       Click Cancel plan.
       In the Cancel Plan confirmation pop-up, choose an appropriate option and then click Cancel Plan.

    Hi, I'm wondering why my account still says I have a creative cloud membership. I want it canceled, I contacted customer support the other day, and they told me it was all taken care of, and that my subscription had been canceled, but it isn't, it's still listed in my account as open.     If you both have seperate iTunes Store accounts then basically, yes, it is going "screw up" your wife's account.
    iTunes Match is designed as a single-user service which is associated with one and only one iTunes Store account ID. If you have subscribed on your account and want to activate the service on another computer that is already signed in with an account the present account must be signed out and then iTunes signed into your account. This means the other computer will have complete access to your account and will only be able to make purchases on your account. iTM is not designed to be signed in and out at will. If she has apps purchased with her iTunes Store account they will not be able to be updated.

    We relied upon the "days available for download" to get people to take
    action more quickly. The "virus scanning" progress bar was simply another
    way of knowing this activity was actually taking place - unless this is
    written somewhere in the Adobe Send User Guide.....wherever that is.

  • Why does adobe not let you manage the computers your accounts are set up with from the online service?

    ?? They expect you to deauthorize from that computer, but if you sell that computer you don't have access to it anymore. HELLO?? Anyone at Adobe try thinking that far ahead or is it done on purpose to screw the customers? I have to active creative cloud memberships but only one computer using it with 4 computers signed up with only 1 actively using it because I don't have access to the other ones to deactivate the computers creative cloud is active on. Adobe recommends reinstalling creative cloud and deactivating, but here's a newsflash, if you don't own those computers anymore YOU CANT DO IT. It is not that hard to activate and deactivate computers "FROM THE CLOUD" especially on a service called "CREATIVE CLOUD" because Microsoft and apple do it with Office 365 and any Mac product. I take it my only solution is to cancel my credit card??

    Before complaining that something can't be done, a simple question of HOW to do something would be better... there IS a way to deactivate a computer you don't have access to physically

    It doesn't cost anything to download and install both applications for a 30 day trial period after which you will have to pay money to continue using them. However, you still have to create a free Creative Cloud account in order to download them.

    Quit iCal, and try removing the com.apple.iCal.plist file from your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder. Since that Library is now hidden, you have to use the Finder>Go Menu>Depress the "Option" key>Library. Drag the .plist file to your desktop, and log out/in or restart and check iCal for functionality.
    Also go to System Preferences...>Language & Text>Formats>Region: and set/re-set the appropriate "Region."
