Does any body explain me setDataCacheKey method??

Hi All,
I Understand that it is used for caching.
But I need some clarifications on this.
1. when data is modified in some other page, why the page that holds dataTable does not refresh with that new data, even after refresh button is pressed or signed out and relogin to the system??
2. How shouldl I clear the cache content of dataTable?
3. What is the expiry period of this cache??
4. If I don't call the dataTable1Model.setDataCacheKey method, why I am getting error??
5. To get the new data , currently i am doing something like below which is definately rude proccess
dataTable1Model.setRowSet(provider_previousproject_detailsRowSet);
dataTable1Model.setSchemaName("");
dataTable1Model.setTableName("PROVIDER_PREVIOUSPROJECT_DETAILS");
6. So I need to know how can I clear the cache from dataTableModel

Hi Sudhakar ,
I use the datatable clear() method to free the cache in the beforeRenderResponse method to solve this problem. You have to manually add the beforeRenderResponse method to your code. According to the JavaDocs, you can also call execute() on the Datatable Model which implicitly calls clear().

Ok I'll try to explain Step by step please correct me if I make any mistake because I have not played much with shared variables.
To create a shared variable to an RT target go to the target if tou have already otherwise add an RT target by right clicking the Project>>Add targets and Devices
Then in the target Right clikc and select the variable as shown below.
Then once the Shared variable settings window opens Enter a variable name and then Select the type "Network Published"
In the right side you can select the data type for the shared variable and even you can choose your custome controls.
After selecting the data type go for the Network and select buffering if required else leave it if you are planning to use the variable just for display purpose.
Then you can enable the RT FIFO if required (Not able to explain how it works and why it is used).
Then after completing the Shared variable setup you can access the variable in the VI in both the Host and the RT.
You can bind the variable to a control so that if any data from the RT is coming you can read the data from that control.
Once you have placed your shared variable in the BD you can change the access typr to read or write depending on your need.
This might not explain the complete shared variable concept but I believe that this would defenelty give you a kick off to start using the shared variable. Please correct or add more comments if anybody know better.

Can any body explain me JSF Page Life Cycle?
I wanted to know basically following few things
1. how the JSF component will be rendered to html
2. How the ValueBinding and MethodBinding mechanish works
3. On conditional situation, if we need to generate the page dynamically with the various components, then what is the role of ValueBinding mechanism?
4. What happens once the page is rendered?? In other words, does the FacesContext instance holds the object information in cache or sends it to garbage collector??
5. Other than ValueBinding mechanism does we have any other procedures to bind the beans to components , when dynamic controls generation situation arises??

1) The most important feature of chapter id is that based on this chapter id which you maintain in "Excise Tax Rate", all your excise tax rates will be flowing into your sale order / billing
2) If the rate of tax differs, then you need to maintain a separate tax code. For example, the LST / VAT in some state is 4%, and in some state it is 12%. So in this case, you need to maintain two tax codes

Export under Rebate is the procedure in which the exporters first pay the central excise duty before clearing the goods from the factory and subsequently get it back by applying for rebate after the goods are exported. They have to apply to the Division or to the Maritime Commissioner (designated exclusively to look after all Export related issues) as the case may be, along with the required documents (usually the Export Promotion copy of the Shipping Bill and Bill of Lading) to prove that their goods had actually been exported.
Rebate can be claimed for both the inputs (purchased from indigenous markets and used in the manufacture of exported goods) as well as for the final products. Normally, rebate is being widely opted by non-excise assessees (for example garment exporters) who procure raw materials locally, manufacture their final products and export them. It is similar to Drawback of Customs duties in respect of Imported raw materials.
From SD side, you have to make settings in Logistics-General --> Tax on Goods Movements --> India --> Business Transactions --> Outgoing Excise Invoices --> Maintain Default Excise Groups and Series Groups.
Here for the combination of sales area, shipping point, plant, excise group and series group, you have to maintain Export type [N under the tab Export]

I'm not sure I understand your reply but when you insert images into Word that are larger than will fit on the page, they are automatically compressed. If you right click and select Size and Position you can restore it to 100% but you will not see all the image.

Excuse my ignorance as I'm not sure what you meant by "1 of 5" optimization. Did you mean median of 5 ?
Regarding swapping pointers, yes it is common sense and rather common among programmers to swap pointers instead of swapping large data types, at the small price of indirect access to the actual data through the pointers.
However, there is a rather unobvious and quite terrible side effect of using this trick. After the pointer array is sorted, sequential (sorted) access to the actual data throughout the remaining of the program will suffer heavily because of cache misses.
Memory is being accessed randomly because the pointers still point to the unsorted data causing many many cache misses, which will render the program itself slow, although the sort was fast!!.
Multi-threaded qsort is a good idea in principle and easy to implement obviously because qsort itself is recursive. The thing is Multi-threaded qsort is actually just stealing CPU time from other cores that might be busy running other apps, this might slow
down other apps, which might not be ideal for servers. The thing researchers usually try to do is to do the improvement in the algorithm it self.
I Will try to look at your sorting code, lets see if I can compile it.

Use
This type of stock transfer can only be carried out in Inventory Management. Neither Shipping in the issuing plant nor Purchasing in the receiving plant is involved in the process.
Transferring stock in one step has the following characteristics:
The stock transfer is entered as a transfer posting in Inventory Management.
The transfer posting can be planned by creating a reservation.
The quantity of the stock transferred is posted immediately from the unrestricted-use stock of the issuing plant to the unrestricted-use stock of the receiving plant
The transfer posting is valuated at the valuation price of the material in the issuing plant.
If the plants involved belong to different company codes, the transfer between plants is also a transfer between company codes. In this case, the system creates two accounting documents for the transfer posting. The stock posting is offset against a company code clearing account.
Stock Transfer Between Plants in Two Steps
Use
