How can I put photos on Facebook from Photos? I choose them and they don't appear.

1 - if you hate Photos very simple - do not use it - if is still in your applications folder
2 - you may need to update your system preferences ==> extensions ==> sharing to include Facebook and maybe other sharing places

I HATE the new iTunes Softare for Windows! They made it exactly like Windows Media Player! If I wanted to use WMP, I wouldn't use iTunes!!!! But I preferred iTunes over anything else. It was much more user friendly. Now its like the rest of them!!! I hate it!! PLEASE, CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!!

I love the new version of Grid view but some of the other changes feel like they still need some fine tuning. And I miss cover flow even if I didn't use it that often...
You can restore much of the look & feel of the previous version with these shortcuts:
Ctrl+B to turn on the menu bar
Ctrl+S to turn on the sidebar
Ctrl+/ to turn on the status bar
Click the magnifying glass top right and untick Search Entire Library to restore the old search behaviour
Use View > Hide <Media Kind> in the cloud or Edit > Preferences > Store and untick Show iTunes in the cloud purchases to hide the cloud items. The second method eliminates the cloud status column (and may let iTunes start up more quickly)
Should you feel the need to roll back to iTunes 10.7 first download a copy of the 32 bit installer or 64 bit installer as appropriate, uninstall iTunes and suppporting software, i.e. Apple Application Support & Apple Mobile Device Support. Reboot. Restore the pre-upgrade version of your library database as per the diagram below, then install iTunes 10.7.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to scan the media folder and catch up with any changes made since the backup file was created.

I dont like the way the email is delivered now or that you cant delete email without opening each email. Please put it back to the way it was.

You do not have to open mail to delete it in iOS 5. When viewing the list of emails in preview for any given account, just tap "Edit" and you can then tap on each message to be deleted, hit delete (bottom of screen) once you picked them all and they are deleted. Also in the preview list, you can swipe (left-to-right) on a message to delete it.

I downloaded and tried EasyFind. It works but it took 30+ seconds to complete finding 3 files that are on One of my Five 25+ Gb partitions of my 130 Gb Seagate Cuda(Really 160 Gb, but my Sawtooth will only recognize 130) I figured that if I ever got a better box, I could reformat it to see the whole 160 Gb. So, as far as I can see, Spotlight's indexing scheme which finds the files instantly is probably preferable. Spot light allows you to rename your files from within it's app window. I've always thought that was pretty powerful. Could my doing so be causing me any issues? As i said it is the inability to Type in the Finder that seemed to be caused from changing file Extentions that were mis-written. Maybe it was a delayed reaction to my renaming files in the Spotlight app? I've done both on occasion.
As for these .DS_Store files. Apparently you can NOT stop them from being written to any folder that you touch/open/view during a days session. But, as a function of the OS, are the essential to have in their respective folders Forever? I've looked at the .DS_Store terminator app briefly and assume that getting rid of these files won't hurt the regular operation of my OS. They will just be re-written if I ever have to go back to any particular folder again. But, apparently, some have said that if the plan on burning a CD or DVD of their data, they delete the .DS_Store files first and then do the burn.
I'm thinking from your having suggested this tremination app that you suspect that my having all of these ,DS_Store files could be a situation where any of them could have become corrupted and terminating them regularly should be part of my regular maintenance.
Does that sound like I'm understanding what I can do?

Everytime i update the software a thunderbolt firmware update 1.0 appears. i install the updates and whenever i check for new updates the same firmware update appears again...does anyone else have the same problem?

So Lion is still Broken… and Mountain Lion does not seem the fix the issue either…
Lion is not broken, you are simply having a lot of trouble adjusting to it and trying to forget your old habits. Lion is fine. And Mountain Lion not applying the 'fix' you believe is required does not bode well for your future usage and thus reverting to Snow Leopard may be your only hope of regaining these outdated features.

I am visiting South Africa and realy heavily on access to my iCloud. For the past 48 hours iCloud seems to be down and I keep getting the error message "icloud has unexpectedly stopped". Apple has not acknowledged the problem, yet. Does anyone else experience similar issues? Any suggestions on how to access icloud.com?

I'm having the same problem on my wife's computer. I successfully joined several shared calendars from my account, and suddenly started getting this message on the last one. I've tried again repeatedly over the last 24 hours, including sending a new invitation, logging her out of iCloud website, etc.

I ordered a new basic phone in December and the Cosmos 2 seemed to fill the bill. I've had other LG phones before and had no problems. However, this phone won't keep a charge; for ex: I fully charged it & after receiving & responding to 2 text msgs, I am down to one bar. It is ridiculous! Does anyone else have this problem? When i plug in the recharger, mofst of the time my ipad says not chrging. Does anyone else have the problem?

If you continue to have the issue with a different charger and if you are having any issues syncing with your computer then you may want to take it into an apple store and have them look at it.
The main reason I say this, I had the 30 pin dock die on my iPad, and the symptoms were that it would not charge when plugged into the wall - and with multiple chargers - and it would not sync.
So keep an eye on it, especially if you are close to the end of your warranty.

Does anyone else have the problem where the iphone 5c basically shuts down wi-fi access for everyone?

Here's what happens: Go into Settings -> Wi-Fi, and connect to the home network. The connection is made successfully. If you open Safari, yes, you can surf the web via Wi-Fi, not cellular network. After a few seconds, Wi-Fi drops out. But it not only drops out for the phone, all devices connected to the network are kicked off. Then all devices take a few minutes to connect again, like the router resets the connection or something. I don't have anything else in the house that does this when connected to the network -- No, our Android phones don't do this; No, the XBox doesn't do this; No, our old version 1 iPad doesn't do this; No, the various desktop computers running various flavors of Windows don't do this. But whenever the we attempt to connect the iPhone to the house network, the network drops for all devices connected to the network. Anyone else have this issue? I'm thinking about returning this phone and going with Android.

This is known issue with iOS 7. The issue is with iOS 7, wallpaper required filling the screen, so if you try to scale down, it won't work. There are apps in the App Store which have popped up to resize wallpaper for iOS 7.

This is a very interesting discussion as I am doing precisely this as well. I am taking my old home movies, pulling in the 2-hour video and then splitting it in PE7 (via control-k). I then make individual avi's from it by deleting all the segments except one, "sharing" the avi, reloading (or undoing) to get my clips back and deleting all except the next one. its a tedious business but it works.
