My touch screen on my ipod Nano, Gen 6 has gone completely white. It had started going white the day before. I tried resetting it but to no avail. Does anyone know how I could fix this. Also I have 2 other ipods that I am no longer able to sync. It comes up with a message (best I can remember) something to the effect that my itunes version is not compatible with my ipod. Please help. I'm tired of buying new ipods when the new hasn't even worn off of them!!!

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable

Try following these steps:
1) Open iTunes on your computer and sign into your account.
2) Click the Account link under the QuickLinks list
3) There should be an Edit Button by your credit card and billing information. Click the edit button next to the section you wish to make changes to.
4) Enter in your changes. Make sure your billing address matches exactly what is listed on your credit card statement, becuase variation can lead to purchases not going through properly.
5) When all of the information is up to date, save your changes.

It is not possible to transfer credit from one account to another.
However, if you redeem a gift card and have not yet spent any of it, you can request to have the amount put back onto the card. Contact iTunes Customer Service here:

That search bar is for searching your iPhone, not the App Store. Use the App Store app to search for, purchase and download apps.

I recently purchased a new macbook and am having trouble syncing my iPhone with the iTunes. It won't allow me to delete any of the music on my phone, so I am unable to make room for the new software upgrade. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does anyone know how to enable editing on a new computer? I only have an 8gb phone and over 4gbs of music, half of which I don't even listen to anymore. I really want it off my phone, but when I plugged it into my new macbook nothing would delete. My old computer barely turns on so I can't even plug it into the old one to delete anything. Here are two screen shots to show you what I am seeing. The first screen shot shows it allowing me to select (highlighted in blue) my admin user (which is what I am locced in as). The second screen shot shows it allowing me to select the "Guest" user (highlighted in blue). However when I click on the user "Orion" nothing happens. It will not change to highlight that user.

Apparently, you have set up the same iCloud account on both devices or you are syncing both devices under the same user ID on the same computer and have ended up syncing both of them with the same address book on the computer.
