A retail disk with 10.6.3 did not work, I restored my previous Snow Leopard install with Disk Utility.
However, it is not the shipped software and is not officially supported on this Mac. Therefore, your advice to troubleshoot Lion is the best option. -
I have a related but different problem... I prefer that the photos/events on my iPhone and iPad be in "date created" order. Does anyone know if this is possible? Apple...please give us some options!!!
This response is a little late as I just read about your problem. I have a 2012 Dodge Charger and a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and both worked flawlessly with the iPhone 5s my wife and I had. However, we just upgraded to the iPhone 6 and Uconnect will receive calls but you cannot answer them. You can callout successfully, however. the annoyance being the inability to answer incoming calls in the HandsFree mode.

This is very disappointing from The Carphone Warehouse. If they had mentioned this when I went into their stores, I wouldn't have completed the purchases. I bought two phones at separate outlets and neither of them told me this.
I have been in contact with T-Mobile already as I thought they had sneakily applied a software update that locked the phone. They have denied locking it and suggest that it is something that Apple do. Their solution was a factory reset.
I have a call logged with Apple this afternoon, so will see what they suggest. Hopefully they will give me something that I can take to The Carphone Warehouse or T-Mobile. -

I can't speak for the O/P but for me, i think i'd be happy to "move" then to iCloud rather than Exchange then. This all started from the most trival of things. I wanted Suri to recognise my partner but the "Related People" fields are limited to 3 with Exchange. I need them to be iCloud contacts to get the full list including Brother, Father etc etc
I have follows online guuides to sync to the cloud but they ignore Exchange contacts. I have just tried to add the @me.com account to my Outlook but it failed (perhaps servers busy/down?)
and to answer your question this is a High end HP desktop with Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2007 SP3 connected on a gigabit lan.
I'm assuming that when i get my mobile.me account into Outlook, i can just copy/move them into there and then the sync process will work.? -

I saw a post on how to load iMovie 6 without deleting iMovie 9 or iLife 11 I can't find the post now does anyone know if this is possible. I do not want risk not being able to reload iMovie 9 it appears that I would have to reload the whole iLife suit

Happily this is easily achieved, but it has to be done backwards.
Delete iMovie 9 (just drag it to the trash). Now install iMovie 6 from the iLife 6 install disks.
Now re-install iMovie 9. This automatically moves iMovie 6 into a folder it creates in your Applications folder called iMovie Previous Version.
Now you have them both, and you can have both in the Dock as well.
Alternatively you could try this method, suggested by poster Uitech:
Open a terminal and type "touch /Library/Preferences/com.apple.iLife08.plist"
(No quotes)
Install iMovieHD6 from the iLife 6 install disk.
This works with both Leopard and Snow Leopard Macs. -

Does anyone know why when streaming a movie from my iMac the screen on my tele goes grey but I still get audio. It only happens when using the DVD application on the mac. iPhoto streams fine.
You are prevented from Airplay mirroring certain things like DVD content as the material is usually protected so you get a checkerboard type display. I think there is a theoretical risk that the Airplay stream could be intercepted and the protected video copied, albeitin lower quality.
Apple may be being cautious or are required to do so with the DVD player app by movie studios/licensing authorities. It makes no sense to the average consumer who is just trying to send their purchased DVD to the TV via the computer and AppleTV.
Playback in something like VLC should work - not tried it myself but others have commented it doesn't have the restriction. -

No, but if you really mean that the way you said it, I don't know that Print is the best way to this. If you haven't already, after selecting the images you want to get printed, try clicking the Export button in Book or Library module and then selecting format .PDF. Once you export the file to .PDF, try opening it where you saved it and printing from there, not in Lightroom but in Adobe Reader. If that doesn't help, here are a couple of videos that might--follow their instructions carefully with no shortcuts:

If Lightroom keeps closing even when you try all this, you may need to reinstall Lightroom because your copy may be screwed up. -

The iphone is designed to be synced to your computer or cloud service regularly. If she failed to do this, then they are likely gone. -
