Domain can't be found

Question

I've been having this problem for couple weeks now. My email @ sincron.co.id and bukitpinus.com can't be setup in BIS due to the Blackberry can't recognize my email domain. I  check my domains, mx, dns, etc, and there is no issue at all. Please help. Thanks.

hi try that your hosting provider must allow this ip range
