Don't display team in a team project based on user permission

Hi all,
I have a problem because I want to disable display and access to a Team Project\Team in WebAccess.
My organization for a team project in my collection:
Team project Customer
--> Customer dev team (default team)
--> Customer consulting team 
--> Customer Support team
Each team have an area.
"Support team" doesn't have access to see and edit WorkItems in "Customer dev" and "Customer Consulting" areas, it's ok but I want that Support team member never have access to the "Customer dev team" and "Customer
consulting team"
I log in as a Support team member, Security works well for workitems but when i go to "Browse all", the popup "Browse Server" display all teams under team project name. It's a problem for me.
Do you already see this security problem ?
Is this possible to do this in TFS 2013 (Update 4) ?

I do this test with two users : Me and ISupport (ISupport is a local account on TFS Server because I don't have permission to add user to AD for my test)
Team Project Customer teams :
--> Support Team users:
 - ISupport
--> Customer dev team :
 - Me
--> Consulting dev team
 - Me
ISupport in only include in Team Project Customer\Support Team
If I log in as ISupport user, I see all teams in Team Project Customer List in Browse Server popup.
I always have an access to Customer dev team and Customer consulting team home page.
(I can't create a bug because workitem security is set on Area permission)
If I just remove ISupport user from Team Project Customer\Support Team, I can't see the Team project Customer in Browse server pop up, it's ok.
How I can set permission to only limit ISuppport user to access Support team ?

    I know we can do it this way.
    What I would like to find out is if there is a way to tell JDeveloper to read all the configuration information from a user-defined properties file.
    That way I can use my code tree checked out into any directory structure from source controls like CVS or Subversion as the code-base for my JDeveloper ADF project.

    I like it so far, good job I'll still always stick to the CLI for my package management most likely, but it's nice to have good GUIs out there, I always keep my eye out for them, and this is good so far. One small suggestion is for the AUR package, I don't think it should automatically add stuff to the daemons line in rc.conf, just my opinion. The install script should tell you to do it, but not actually do it, in my opinion, that's how every other package I see does it, but that's a minor issue

  • Issues with applying Team Template to a Project

    When I attach a Team Template to the Project, though no error is showing (except a confirmation page stating that a workflow process is running), i am not able to see it in the Project home notifications nor in the Scheduled People under Resources.
    Appreciate any help to resolve this

    Have you run the PA: Apply Team Template workflow process? This will trigger the application and notification, not actually performing the step you noted below.

  • Temperature measurements display incorrectly after opening a project.

    Dear All,
    I am having some difficulty in setting up LabView SignalExpress version 5.0.0 to display RTD temperature measurements from the NI9217 module and the NI cDAQ-9178.
    I have two problems:
    1. I cannot set the waveform chart to show the desired time interval; I need to set the time interval displayed on the chart to 30 minutes. This means that before taking 30 minutes of continuous measurement the user would see a fixed grid with fixed time boudaries and the plot moving from the left hand side of the screen to the right hand side of the screen. After thirty minutes of measurements have been taken, the chart would begin to "scroll"  so that the earliest measurements move off the screen and the chart still displays the time interval of 30 minutes.
    2. I need the chart to display correctly immediately after the project has been opened; When I open the project and click the 'run' button, the windows are all displayed correctly but the readings are not displayed correctly, the chart only displays one short line to the right of the screen and a very short time interval of less than a second. I can correct this by changing to a Time XY Graph and then back to a waveform chart but need this to display correctly as soon as the software is opened. The incorrect and the corrected chart are shown below:
    The chart below is displayed when the software is opened and the run button is clicked. This chart style is incorrect because the temperature line is displayed in the bottom right of the chart and only for a short time interval.
    The chart below is closer to the required graph described in point 1 but I cannot set the time interval to stay fixed at 30 minutes, nor can I make the software display the graph like this on opening, I always have to switch to a different chart type and then switch back to a Waveform chart to replace the format above with the format below:

    Hi Matthew,
    We should be able to used this function to save the graph settings as well. I have just tried it on my system and got it to work. the procedure I undertook was:
    Open my Signal Express Project
    Turn off x-axis auto scale (Right click on graph >> X Scale >>Auto scale)
    Enter Properties (Right click on graph >> Properties)
    Select the scales tab
    Select 'Relative To' under the Timestamp Type.
    Set the min as 0 and the max as 1800...Press OK
    View >> Layouts >> Make Current Project Layout Default
    Save
    In this case I used the Relative Timestamp Type but you can use whatever time stamp you wish. When opening up this project after doing this the graph is formatted as required immediately.
    Let me know how you get on with this.

  • Comparing Account Team to Contact Team

    I have some account teams and contact teams that are not matching up. What I would like to do is run a report to compare these and display the Account Team members that don't appear on a Contact Team to the corresponding account. Is this possible?

    If you are the owner of the pertinent Account, then for the other users on the Account Team, the Default Access Profile would be applicable, which you should change.
    For the Account record type, the access level can be kept as anything (read only, read/edit or read/edit/delete). In the related information for the Account record type, have the access levels of Completed and Open Activities as View.
    So, if you add the account team members in the Users section in the Account activities, the activities (appointments/task) would appear in each of the user’s calendars and tasks section.

  • Added photos to the video timeline but they don't display.

    I have added some photos to the video timeline but they don't display. The end of the last clip is frozen and then the next clip starts once the time for the photo display has elapsed.
    A previous photo that I'd inserted in the project previously DOES run correctly. I suspect it may be to do with the fact that I've used cutaways in part of the video. However, where I'm inserting the photos is not in a section where there is an existing cutaway.

    It would appear that it's a bug with iMovie. It won't let me add new photos to the duplicated project, but it WILL let me add them to the original project.
    After searching the Discussion forums, it would appear that it has affected other users; some have used 'workarounds', but the solution doesn't always work for all. Hope Apple can address it.

  • New topics are compiled in but don't display when help button is pressed

    Folks,
    I'm using RoboHelp HTML Build 6. I am the only writer who uses RH and have been using this build for 2 years or so.
    I recently got a new map file from the developer containing 2 new map IDs. I used the same steps to import the map file, create the new topics, and map them to the new map IDs that I have been using for years. But when I compiled RH and pasted the chm into the application folder, those 2 new topics don't display when the help button is clicked on the dialog box to which they are mapped.
    When I generate the chm I can look at the output at the bottom of RH project view and see that that the 2 new htm files are being compiled into the RH project. I can also see them if I open the generated chm and go into the TOC and click on a link to them.
    Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried redoing the usual procedure (see below) for the importing and mapping from scratch several times. I have also tried BugHunter (see below).
    Procedure for Importing and Mapping (this time the help for all the older dialog boxes works but not for the 2 new ones)
    1. Open the new map (.hm) file from the developer and add #define followed by a space to each entry beginnng with the string HID in the new map file (I don't know why but nothing works unless I do this.)
    2. Delete the old map file from the RH project.
    3. In Windows Explorer, copy the new .hm file into the RH project folder.
    4.In Project Manager view, open Context-Sensitive Help. Right-click on Map Files. Select Import. Browse and select the new map file.
    6. Map the new topics using File, Edit Map IDs.
    7. Generate the .chm and pasted it into the application where it always goes.

    I first tried the Test HTML Help API dialog.
    I specified the .CHM file I compiled and tested both options:
    --HH_DISPLAY_TOPIC: I put in the name of the new help (htm) file and its relative path and clicked Help. Nothing happened.
    --HH_HELP_CONTEXT: I put in the Map Number for the new dialog box and clicked Help. The new help topic I had created displayed.
    I also used the Tools tab in BugHunter to do a CSH (context sensitive help) Test. I identified the chm file and opened it and put in a new map number, then clicked Show Help. Nothing happened.

    On the surface it sounds like you have done everything correctly so it should just be a case of going back and double checking that you have the correct CHM, that the mapid is exactly the same as in the app and that the app has been updated.

  • Captivate 3 - Slides don't display

    I've got a user who has a LARGE .cp file - about 51MG - and when he opens the presentation, the slides don't display.  I can see 70 items in the Library, but the Storyboard, Edit and Branching views only display one blank slide.  Title Bar says Slide 1 of 1.  I've copied to my Desktop because the presentation takes 'forever' to open from the Network and thought maybe that might be part of the problem.  But don't know what else to try.
    Is the file just too large?  Anything we can do to fix it?  Here's the Info on the Project:

    Unfortunately the project is likely corrupt. There is one thing to try at this point. Create a blank project that has identical project resolution. Then try importing a few slides from the problem project. If that is successful, rinse and repeat as needed until you recover.
    Beyond that, it's time to drink a strong Margarita, roll up your sleeves and rebuild the project again from scratch. Assuming you have a working SWF, you can use it as a guide.

    We have implemented Team calendar in ESS for Leave request application as well as in MSS.
    And we required direct report employees list only should display under ESS/MSS team calendar workset
    Direct report employees are only 8 to that manager but in ESS/MSS team workset including these 8 total 15 employees are displaying.

  • Videos don't display when i publish from my macbook

    I created a module on my pc. it worked fine. I bought a mac, opened the project, edited it. when i preview it it's fine. but when i publish it, the videos, that are flv files don't display. when i publish from my pc the videos display. does anyone have any idea what's going on?

    I am not a macbook user. But AFAIK, FLV being a Flash video, I don't think Apple will support it.
    However, ideally Adobe Media Encoder (AME) should have converted your FLV to MP4 during the publishing process. Not sure why that is not happening. You can try converting the FLVs outside Captivate (using AME or any other tool), insert the video again on your macbook and see it it works.

    Here is the only way I could get the reference page graphic
    to display in a .chm help project.
    And note, this method does not use FrameMaker's graphic, this
    method re-introduces the same graphic into RoboHelp by including it
    in as a background image in a css file.
    - In Robohelp Project Manager, I must link to the graphic as
    baggage item
    - The FrameMaker para tag must be mapped in RoboHelp
    (Properties, Style Mappings) to a special css style that includes
    the graphic as a background image (see example below).
    - The graphic must appear in Project Manager list of images
    for the project file for the framemaker chapter.
    - And here's the deal killer, in order for the graphic to
    appear in the project file for the FM chapter,
    I must use the graphic somewhere in the FrameMaker as a
    discrete graphic. (It's not enough to just include the graphic in
    the folder using windows explorer.)
    So each chapter of FrameMaker must include a page displaying
    any icons being used in that chapter (can't refer to the reference
    page, must be linked to outside file)

    And there goes another day of my time...

    A FrameMaker paragraph tag that consists only of autonumber
    text will not be picked up for mapping.
    You can force RoboHelp to notice the FrameMaker paragraph tag
    by typing in a few letters where the tag appears on your FrameMaker
    page (which you can later remove, and the style will remain).
    For example, if you have a paragraph tag with Autonumber text
    that places the word Thanks!, RoboHelp ignores it unless you add
    some content to the the paragraph tag on the page, like Thanks!

    In help document, it says:
    To explain the role the linked record plays in relation to the main record, select an option from the Team Role drop-down list.
    But I don’t understand, can anyone explain this for me?

    Team Roles are the access you define to a user you associate to a record. Lets say there are 3 user's A,B and C. If you want to associate All threeto an Account but each should have different access to that account. like A can have Edit, B Edit and delete and C only read only access. so for each user your associating you can control the access exclusively

  • Creative Cloud for Teams. I can not remove a user

    I am helping a friend who has bought Creative Cloud for Teams. I am myself a team admin for a company and that's why she asked me to help out.
    She has only one user on the team right now, her self. She is also the admin.
    Different User and Pass for each.
    Anniversary date is in July 2015.
    Trouble started four weeks ago in the beginning of October.
    The iMac was on System 10.7 but I updated to 10.10 when trying to solve the matter.
    I cleaned everything Adobe, using Adobe Cleaner and manually inside out, preferences, Libraries, Applications, Utilities…
    Installed again the Creative Cloud and started with Photoshop to try out once again.
    When she is logged into the Admin Console / Manage Team it shows very clearly that the User is Active.
    When she tries to open any CC application there is a message saying that the account has expired.
    When trying to remove the User, it is not possible and there is a yellow sticker saying: "We're sorry. Something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later. If this continues to fail, please contact customer support."
    The User can not use any of the CC applications and the only option now is to run a 30 days trial on the admins Adobe ID while we try solve this matter.
    Is anything of this familiar to anyone? Any suggestions?

    Oh, sorry…
    The problem was partly that the owner of the license should have assigned the first (and only) seat to the admin, herself, the buyer,
    Instead she assigned it to herself under another Adobe ID. She says she was told to do it this way but reading the instructions from Adobe says you should start by assigning the first seat to yourself/the admin.
    But that should not have caused such dramatic problems where she was not able to delete the user and correct it. Also the license for the assigned user expired – strangely after 5 months of use. There was something that happened at Adobe that made this stick and the problem had to be solved by them.
    In the meantime I made the admin a trial for 30 days and the problem was solved within that time and everything is fine now.
    Lesson learned: If one is buying a Team version, one should always assign the first seat to the admin – as the instructions says.
