How do you close open sites? Before you only needed to hold your finger over icon until it jiggled, then tap to exit. Downloaded IOS 7 and big changes happened. Sure it is a simple thing to do but I need the help of Apple Support Communities. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Double tap home button then sweep apps up to close.

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

To be fair, most of my crashes have been crashes of the Safari browser, not iOS 7 per se. I use Safari heavily; other posters report more problems with other apps, probably based on varying usage patterns. I have occasional crashes of other apps, primarily also Apple apps, e.g., iBooks and Pages. In short, these problems all started with the release of iOS 7 back in September, appearing on my iPhone 5 and iPad 2. And they persist on my iPad Air--it's very frustrating to shell out for a top-spec version of Apple's newest hardware and still have things crash MULTIPLE times per day.
So, please ignore any "everything is all right with iOS 7" posts. Update at your own risk.

First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
Tap the download icon.
The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen.

On the iPhone, go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>, and make sure that under Automatic Downloads you have the items you would want to automatically download checked.

You can copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases - you can then take a backup copy of it, but you won't be able to use it on your Mac as it's not compatible, they are different operating systems (you will need the Mac OS X version to use on it).

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:
