Downloading CS3

I purchased adobe indesign CS3 years ago. I have upgraded computers a couple times and would like to download CS3 to my new computer. When I log-in to adobe, I can see my order history including CS3, but there is no option to download it. How can I download it?

For some reason Safari does give an error, but works just fine with Firefox 30. It's why I have an alternate browser when web pages cause problems.
So install Firefox and try it now.

The trial is always extended. The serial number you enter determines whether it runs as standard or extended.
I'm getting through fine with that link, so it must be a browser issue or some such thing. Try another browser.

Cannot download Cs3 web premium after reinstalling osx LION

Hello, I'm new here.
The Adobe chat gave me a link to download cs3, after reinstalling OSX Lion for a problem on my macbook pro. But the link give an error, they sayd maybe because on the same disk was already installed the same cs3?
How can I proceed to download?

While CS3 is said to run under Lion, it's likely to run poorly compared to CS6. Any link they gave you should have been valid. You could have installation problems after a successful download. You could try running the installer in the Utilities folder and first removing what is left of your previous installation.

Adobe support sent me to a Photoshop suite CS3 site but when I clicked the download for mac option I was redirected to a site with an error 404.

For anything beyond that you will have to be a lot more specific and provide proper system information or details like what browser you use.

I've been trying to download CS3 Design Premium from here: Download CS3 products
I still have the installation disc, but it is stored away somewhere really good. Anyway, I have the serial number and figured if I download a trial version I can just upgrade it using that. Trouble is when I go to the download link I'm greeted by:

Does anybody know where to get the files from?

Steve2606 are you trying to download Creative Suite 3 from Download CS3 products? If so have you tried a different web browser?

Can't download CS3 Web Premium files

I recently moved and then bought a new iMac computer running Maverick OS. I did a data migration of my old hard drive and all the software came along, BUT Adobe won't let me access anything. I can't find my original CDs, but I do have the serial numbers for my CS3 Web Premium software. So I clicked over to Download CS3 products, clicked the file links and got the following message:

How can I download the apps to my new computer?

When I use the link you showed it brings me to the page I expect, full of various CS3 downloads. I am using IE9. Another option for b=downloading CS3 is to go thru the ProDesignTools web site. Their downloads are still thru the Adobe servers, just without the download assistant coming into the picture.
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Downloaded CS3 won't setup

I downloaded CS3 Web Premium as I don't have disk player in my Macbook Air (osx 10.8.5). I still have the original disk with serial number. So far so good. However, when I launch setup, it starts to inialize and then gives an error message: "start up error, required resources missing."
What am I missing and how can I get this to load? thanks.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

Downloaded CS3 premium from web but it won't let me Setup

I Downloaded CS3 Permium from the webpage I was provided with on here to my new MAC because I lost my install disc. I am now trying to open Setup to follow those directions but it tries to initialize and gives me an error message and to contact Support....who then tell me all they can do is sell me the newest version. First, what am I not doing for the error message to come up? Also, it IS true I can download this trial web version and put in my serial number to get it to be permanent right? Sorry for the lame confusing questions...I have a 4 month old and am not all there now-a-days!
