Im Raghu here i have a query "whether we can make advance payment through
"Automatic Payment Program"(APP) is there any special configuration for that
I selected spl GL indicators for Advance and i entered Downpayment request also
if possible send me screen shots. [email protected]

You can never select particular invoice in APP. You just mention 'posting date', 'doc.enetered upto date' and 'due by date'. Then you select vendors you want to make payments to. Also make sure payment methods are properly selected
make sure that all these dates are properly entered and particular vendor/s selected.

You can create an install disc but you would have to download Mountain Lion to do so..

After updating to iOS 6.1.2, neither my iPhone or iPad will update apps thru App Store. Any suggestions?
What happens when you try?
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. -

This is a generic error message which does not have any information about the error which has occurred.
Do you see any error messages in the SOAP client?

Custom Concurrent not available thru Apps Adapter - Urgent

Version : BPEL & JDev 10.1.3.4
Summary of my project: Integration 3rd party appln with Oracle EBS 11i (11.5.10.2).
We have a custom concurrent program defined in Purchasing module of Oracle EBS. From BPEL I need to invoke this concurrent. But on configuring the Apps adapter, I'm not able to see the custom concurrent but the standard concurrents are listing out!
How should I make my concurrent configure thru Apps adapter? Can anybody plz help me out with this scenario?

This is the meat of the discussion

2. For 11i the IRep data file is seeded and is located in the following
jar file of Jdev installation
<Jdev install directory>/jdev/extensions/oracle.bpm.modeler.10.1.3.jar
File path within the jar is
oracle/tip/tools/ide/pm/wizard/adapter/apps/data/IRep.xml
So what I did is - unjar'ed this file, modified IRep.xml, and rejar'ed. Restarted JDeveloper. My custom cp was visible. I even tested it. It worked fine.

Why do YouTube videos stop? I have restarted,reset, played thru email and played thru app. It plays on my desktop fine.
Okay... No flash... understand...
So I went ahead and installed YouTube app on my IPhone... but now when I select the youtube video from Facebook I get into youtube and I can see the video I 'm trying to play, but now a message appears over the video "The content owner has not made this video available on mobile. Add to playlist to watch it later on a PC." At that point I was able to seach & select other videos by the artist (George Strait) off youtube and play them pkay on my Iphone, but not this particular one posted on facebook. Oh well.. I've spent enough time on this one, I know when I can't get there from here..

I am new to Mac, and trying to buy Lion upgrade thru app store, but I must be an idiot because all I can see is a page with references and no "buy" button...what am I doing wrong?
Simply getting set up on App Store with my apple ID was a NIGHTMARE ...never did send confirm, after many attempts, somehow got it to work...and these guys are the wizards of making things easy...hmmm...maybe I am using the wrong computer?Open App Store and sign in with your Apple ID. Search for Lion then purchase and download it - $30.00. Before you do see the following:
Make Your Own Lion Installer
1. After downloading Lion you must first save the Install Mac OS X Lion application. After Lion downloads DO NOT click on the Install button. Go to your Applications folder and make a copy of the Lion installer. Move the copy into your Downloads folder. Now you can click on the Install button. You must do this because the installer deletes itself automatically when it finishes installing Lion.
2. Get a USB flash drive that is at least 8 GBs. Prep this flash drive as follows:
Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
3. Locate the saved Lion installer in your Downloads folder. CTRL- or RIGHT-click on the installer and select Show Package Contents from the contextual menu. Double-click on the Contents folder to open it. Double-click on the SharedSupport folder. In this folder you will see a disc image named InstallESD.dmg.
4. Plug in your freshly prepared USB flash drive. You are going to clone the InstallESD.dmg disc image to the flash drive as follows:
Open Disk Utility.
Select the USB flash drive from the left side list.
Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
Check the box labeled Erase destination.
Select the USB flash drive volume from the left side list and drag it to the Destination entry field.
Drag the InstallESD.dmg disc image file into the Source entry field.
Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
When the clone is completed you have a fully bootable Lion installer that you can use without having to re-download Lion. -

This is undoubtedly not a database issue.
I doubt you can fix it in the database.
You can, however, spend a lot of hours asking questions and poking around if you are a consultant paid by the hour.
But as long as you are looking for something to do here are some that won't fix the problem but may be worth a few minutes of your time.

If you're running 10.7 (Lion) then the updates will show up in Software Update.
If you're on 10.8 (Mountain Lion), then the Aperture updates will _appear_ in the App Store, though they're actually being delivered via Software Update. Because the MAS is the front end for Software Update in ML. -
Database connectivity problem in applet, but connects successfully thru app

but in browser (ie 6.0)it does not even show textarea and
gives error at status bar as "exception : java.lang.NullPointerException: null string"
there is no problem to registerDriver...
but error is at getconnection...

my db server,web server and html,class file all are on same machine...
pls help...
what could be the problem? may i need to do some web server settings?

I have an Ipad and i have a "il corriere della sera" subscription with the oactivetad option to renew the subctription every week. I have tried to cencel the automatic subscription a lot of time but every time it is not possible, i use the app store and i go to manage my subscription but i receive the info to retry later because at the time is not possible to do this. I tried to reset the FF on the Mac, but with no luck.
A few minutes ago I tried to create a new account with my mac an another e-Mail address but I get the "unknown Error" error message.
I noticed that some buttons (like "cancel" or "close" on a tab sometimes not work.

Apps frozen in transition after apple genius bar did a hard reset, cant get thru app store either
Went to apple genius bar after 6 hours of trying to fix iphone 4s: couldn't send/rec photo txt msgs, get voicemail alerts, update software upgrades or back up files in icloud. They did a hard reset and fixed those issues, however the majority of my apps are frozen in either blank grey boxes or dim grey boxes with app icon showing, they saved my contacts to icloud and pics to dropbox (which is now a frozen app that I can't access). Does anyone know what my next step is? I have only had the phone 6 months and don't wanna re buy but I use for work too so need to know whats going on? Also tried to install totally different app from app store and couldn't.
