DueDate field in the Incoming payments

I need know the Incoming payments paid with the respective duedates..
for this, i use this SQL statement:
SELECT
T1.DocNum ,
T2.Serial ,
T1.CardCode ,
T1.Cardname ,
T6.GroupName,
T4.SlpName ,
T3.CityS ,
T0.SumApplied,
T1.DocDate ,
FROM  [dbo].[RCT2] T0
LEFT OUTER  JOIN [dbo].[ORCT]  T1  ON  T1.DocNum = T0.DocNum
LEFT OUTER JOIN [dbo].[OINV] T2  ON  T2.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry
LEFT OUTER JOIN  INV12 T3  ON T3.DocEntry=T2.DocEntry
LEFT OUTER JOIN  OSLP T4 ON T4.SlpCode=T2.SlpCode
LEFT OUTER JOIN  OCRD T5 ON T5.CardCode=T2.CardCode
LEFT OUTER JOIN  OCRG T6 ON T6.GroupCode=T5.GroupCode
WHERE T1.CardCode='[%0]'
How can i add the duedate field from INV6 table, without duplicate records in this select? There is any other duedate field
in another table that corresponds the INV6 table(duedate)?
Thanks

The value date in the INV6.. (AR Invoice>Accounting tab>Instalments)...
The date of the expiration in the Invoice's DUE DATE. (DocDueDate) can be different of the date of Instalments.
I can divide the total of the Invoice with different dates(DueDate).
Each one generates a incomming payments
I need a query that shows this field...
basically...
SELECT
T1.DocNum ,
T2.Serial ,
T1.CardCod,
T1.Cardname ,
T0.SumApplied ,
FROM  [dbo].[RCT2] T0
LEFT OUTER  JOIN [dbo].[ORCT]  T1  ON  T1.DocNum = T0.DocNum
LEFT OUTER JOIN [dbo].[OINV] T2  ON  T2.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry
WHERE T1.CardCode='[%0]'
and add the the DueDate (Instalments)

    Table -> ORCT
    Column -> CheckAcct
    Cash Payment:
    Table -> ORCT

  • Where should I fill the bank details of customer while getting the incoming payment ?

    Hi all
Can any one advise me where I can fill the information of customer bank detail while creating incoming payment by Check ?
User want to update the customer bank detail when we get the check from customer
    Thanks
    Rini

    Hi,
By bank detail do you mean the Bank Name, Branch and Account? These information can be set in the business master data. In the Payment Terms tab there is a portion about Business Partner Bank.
There you can add the bank details.
See this help file for more information:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sbo882/helpdata/en/1d/bbc2e2c0704b308577aabbae3ac25b/content.htm?frameset=/en/44/f3e883c4b80…
once it is added by the time the payment means is selected the bank detail/s of the customer can be selected.
    hope this helps

  • Apply the incoming payments and show residual bals against shortpaid

    Namastayjee,
We received an advance of $400,000/- then the remaining balance of $34,568.34  and list of invoices being settled. Some of the invoices are short paid.
I want to apply against all 48 invoices and show the residual balance on about 5 invoices which are short paid for various reasons. Please educate me on how to clear all and show only residual bals against these 5 invoices which will be investigated.
    Dhanyawaad,
    Seif

    Hi Marianne,
I think this is more a Business Process issue than an SAP issue.
If you have delivered goods, but not invoiced them, the correct document is a return. If you have delivered and also onvoiced, the correct document is a credit memo, not a return.
The return is drawn from the delivery, which creates the required links, and the credit from the invoice, also creating the links.
Creating a return where the goods have been invoiced is a redundant step and will break the links, as you point out, and requires additional reconciliations.
The credit memo based on an invoice will create all the accounting and stock entries you need. Perhaps some testing & training will convince them to change their processes?
PS if you do use internal reconcilation to close an invoice, you can find the applied transactions by using right click on the invoice

  • Incoming Payment in FC

    Dear All,
My client says that they are not able to see the field "Doc.Currency field in the "Incoming Payments" screen where they used to enter the foreign currency exchange rate. Earlier, thy entered some transcations where they entered the exchange rate and now they are saying that this field is not visible for the same customer.
    Any solutions?
    Bharath S

    Hi Bharat
Each Customer have their own Currency , which you can map at BP Master Data .
Now at the time of incoming payment , the system document create the transaction in that particular Customer Currency , where you can also view a column as Doc Currency .So , you have to maintain the default currency at the Master Data , which should be same as the transaction Currency for that customer .
    Thanks

  • Post an Incoming Payment starttng with Invoice Number.

My client needs to create an Incoming Payment for a customer but wants to start with the Invoice number instead of the BP number.  They are using SAP B1 version 8.8.  Do you have a solution?

    Bill,
This is quite common and I think this is what you will need...
Save the below query and link it as a formatted search on the CardCode field on the Incoming Payment
    SELECT T0.CardCode FROM [dbo].[OINV] T0
    WHERE T0.DocNum = '[%0]'
After you add this formatted search query to the CardCode field.  The user would press Shift+F2 on the CardCode field when processing an Incoming Payment. A window would pop-up asking to Enter DocNum which is the Invoice number.  This will do the reverse lookup.

  • Location field in Incoming Payment

    Hi All,
My client requirement is that they want to have Location in the Incoming payment window but in that its not possible to get that. I can map that through UDF but this does not solve my problem as through UDF i can give it for storing the information as far as reporting i concerned i cant get it. So please help me out. Thanks is advance.
    With best regards,
    Murtuza Ahmed.

    Hi
Can you please explain what does location field mean and where it is defined . Location is usually used in Item master data as UDF to work as a bin location .I don't think so your client want to see where item is located in incoming payment.
If you can define Location, probably can help to find your solution .
    Thank you

  • How to post the credit card payment Transaction in incoming payment screen?

    Dear All,
I post the incoming payment for credit card transaction. The Following errors is  occur
Failed to Post Incoming Payments:Credit card code does not exist  [RCT3.CreditCard]   how to  solve this error..

    Hi,
The Payments.CreditCards object contains a CreditCard property which must be defined before adding the payment. This property should contains the code of one of the credit cards defined in the system (OCRC table).
You can handle this table under Administration --> Setup --> Banking --> Credit Cards.

  • Customer Aging Report Query (without invoices offset by incoming payment)

    Hi All Experts,
May I know is there any field from JDT1 mention which invoices is already offset by the Incoming payment or AR Credit note? Because I do not want those invoices that already offset by incoming payment appear at the Customer Aging Report. Meaning, the data appear in the Customer Aging Report is only show those invoices that yet to pay by the customer. Kindly give some advise on it. Thanks a lot.
    Thanks and regards,
    Angie Ng

    Hi David,
Thanks for your suggestion. I have try it, but all of my JDT1.IntrnMatch is in 0 value. Meaning in my situation it is none of any reconcilliation making. But from my SBO window, i manage to see that actually this incoming payment is pay for which invoices. Problem is it is difficult for me to do the possiblity logic that might be happen in my Customer Aging Report Query. Please give some advise that how to show only those invoices yet to pay? The current query will show all the data no matter the invoices or credit memo has been offset.
