Dunning block on Line item but not in customer master data

Hi,
What is the procedure to block a customer for the dunning process?
I have following example:
1. A dunning block was entered in an invoice line item (there was no dunning block in the customer master data)
2. A dunning run was made
3. A dunning letter was printed for the customer
Is the block in the master data required for preventing a dunning for a customer?

Hi Linda,
You can block the items of a customer without blocking his account completely by allowing his account for dunning program.
1. Allow the customer account for dunning
2.Edit the dunning proposal and block the items individually to the customer and save.
3.Now you can see the dunning notices for only unblocked items of the customer.

    This Problem you can solve without user exit too.
    The Customer master data itself can solve the problem.
    You can maitain diffrent Payment Term as per the sales area (Dist.Ch+Div+S.org) of customer master.
    and each sales are wise u can change the plant also.
    You just need to set your logic with the combination of sales are and plant. And need to assign which payment term should determine to sales order.
    If you are rasing sales order with X sales area relavent to that payment term will trigger.
    Hope above logic will work, otherwise you can go with user exit.

  • Invoice SAP SCRIPT is not printing Customer master text.

    I was given a SD-invoice#  XXXXXXXXX, which has problem with in it's SAP SCRIPT --> is the text is taken from  "customer master data head office text" is not printed on the SCRIPT out put.
    1). What I don't understand by going to /nvf03 --> by giving invoice number , then how can I view the script output ?
    The text is supposed to print in footer ...however the coding inthe FOOTER window is
    /:   INCLUDE 'Z_FOOTER_SO_4700_INV' OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS LANGUAGE 'IT'
    So, do I need to add coing for text of customer master data ?
    Any idea about text and field name ?

    Hello,
    To see the output go to /VF03, enter the billing document number but don't press enter. Go to Billing Document in the menu bar, Issue Output to, select a line and do a print preview (if there's nothing there, the doc hasn't been printed before).
    To print the text, ask somebody to navigate to where it is in SAP. Double click on it, choose Got -> Header. This will give you all the information you need for the INCLUDE.
    The INCLUDE statement you have is for a standard text (trans: SO), not the "customer master data head office text".

    what could be the reason for the problem;
    Sales order has 52 line items but in vbep some are not available...
    and some has 2 etenr as '0001' and '0002', why 2 lines in vbep for 1 posnr of order.

    Hi,
    It is possible when some of them dont have valid Schedule lines.
    If they have valid schedule lines some confirmed qty should be available.otherwise we cant find them in VBEP table.
    Pls check by going to sales order  whether Sch.lines are valid or not.
    This you can check Thru
    VA03-->provide Sales Order number -->Select any line Item-->Menu item Goto-->Item-->Schedule Lines

  • Asset Line items are not updating in table ANEP

    Hi friends,
    I found that asset line items are not getting updated in ANEP table,.
    This is my precedure for posting of depreciation.
    I'll create Asset through AS01, then i'll use the T.Code: F-90.. then i'll run the depreciation program thru t.Code: AFAB.
    In but i am unable to capture the values of Planned and Depreciated or Posted values in ANEP.. Is there is any other table for this...
    Where is the mistake in my process..

    The FI-AA documents are stored in tables ANEK (document header), ANEP (document line items) and ANEA (proportional values). You can use FI-AA standard report RABEWG_ALV01 to list all transactions to an asset in one fiscal year, and report RAABGA_ALV01 to list only retirement postings.
    ANEA should be the solution you are looking for.

  • Line items are not showing in fbl3n,fs10n,faglb03,fagll03

    hi experts,
    i am facing a problem to see the line item of inter unit clearing a/c. i am not able to see the line items in fbl3n,fs10n,fagll03 and faglb03. system response is "You have stored account 300000 in company code L001 as a clearing account. At the same time, you use line item management with this account" and"Error message issued because line item display cannot read data for an account in a ledger if line items exist partially in the entry view together with clearing items for which there are no line items. In such cases, only the data with line items would be selected"
    i do not understand the system response. can anyone please help me to solve this problem?

    thanks for your reply. as per your suggestion i am trying to change in fs00 to uncheck the line item management but  i am unable to do that,system shows that i have to uncheck the open item managemt also but the said account contain the open item. so i am not able to change the same. is there any other way to do that. can you please suggest me in detail? and one more thing that i am able to see only the balaces in fs10n. but not able to see the line item.this is probably for missing the business area in line item.
    but i needs to see the line items.
    can you please tell me any alternate way in detail to solve this problem?

  • Line items are not coming on next page in Bill of Lading

    When I am printing Bill of Lading, if it has around 8 line items then its printing on the first page, but if line items are more then its not printing the remaining line items on second page.
    I have one delivery with 10 line items, when I am printing it then on first page 7 line items are coming and for 8 line item only material is printing and on second page its description is printing but last two line items are not printing at all.
    Kindly help me to resolve the issue as it is very critical.

    Check below points.
    Point 1:
    When you create a delivery document, you create it for a Shipping Point.
    So whatever the line that came in to one delivery has determined same shipping point that you entered in VL01N screen.
    Others got a different shipping point and that's why it didn't come to the same delivery document.
    Shipping point determined based on below criteria
    - Shipping Condition - From customer master
    - Loading Group - Material
    - Plant  - Delivery Plant of the sales order line item
    You assign a proffered shipping point for above combination in configuration.
    If that combination is not find, those line items are not going in to the delivery.
    You can check the log of the delivery document for more information as well.
    Point 2:
    Check the line item Requested delivery date and the "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
    Al  Requested delivery dates has to be on or before the  "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
    Those line items which has a date more than that will dropped in the delivery.

    First, which table are you referring to.  If your fist APP run clears the line item, it will no longer be available in the open item. 
    Please be more specific on the problem so that we can try to help you.  If possible, please provide screenshots.

    We are in ECC6
    I have posted a vendor document.  The entry is shown as under.
         GL                           CC     PC     Segment
    Dr     Expense GL-1     RV01     RGV1     Hyderabad
    Dr     Expense GL-2     RV02     RGV2     Mumbai
    Cr     Vednor a/c               
    but when i am posting a payment document (Dr Bank GL and Cr vendor a/c) to this vendor I am getting the following error. 
    Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled.
    I have check ed the configuration setting in this regard.  Zero balance, mandatory fields for profit center and segement check box is enabled.  And also the inheratence check box is also enabled.
    Pls suggest soulution soon for the above problem.

    Try to default the profit center in FAGL3KEH for the Bank account and try posting.
    In SAP, the vendors and customers cannot be assigned to any profit center. They derive the profit center from the profit center picked from the GL as in the case of the expense entry that you mentioned.
    Try to assign a default profit center and check.

    HI All,
    I am experiencing the below error while processing FB70 transaction in Foreign currency with Tax codes (earlier this problem was not there, this is happening recently). The error description as given below.
    "Balancing field "Segment" in line item 001 not filled
    Message no. GLT2201
    Diagnosis
    The field Segment marked as balancing is not filled with any value in line item 001, even after document splitting.
    System Response
    The document cannot be posted.
    Procedure
    First check your entries.
    Additional causes could be:
    No value can be derived for this field from the current document data.
    You have entered a document type that is not designed for this business purpose."
    I have verified all the relevant settings like Classify G/L accounts for document Splitting and Document types etc and all settings are seems to be ok.
    But in the below two instances, Iu2019m not getting any error:
    If posting is done in company code currency with same tax codes.
    If posting is done in  foreign currency without tax codes

    Have you chosen Segment as Mandatory for the Scenarios during Document splitting. If not then for the G/L account you are facing problems with goto the field status and make segment field optional.

    Dear All,
    Below mentioned error we got in VF02 while releasing the billing to Accounting document.
    In this case SO has created. Later with out delivery has been created Billing ( VF01) And Later Releasing through VF02 ( For only 1 specific Billing type )
    But we have CRM Integration also from CRM 7.0 TO ECC 5.0 ( New GL Is there in ECC 5.0)
    Here alternative solution is there i.e In OKKP T code if we deselect Profit center Button Issue will be resolved from SD side ( PC Issue )
    Then problem will come to CRM with another message as ( Account-based PCA not active in year 2011 in controlling area 1001 (Notification I KM 029) Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 060)

    If i am selecting that indicator in 0KE5 Problem will be resolved in CRM.
    But VF02 Is getting this Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 002 not filled  problem.
    With out selecting that indicator please suggest. From Last 5 years we are using this Production System.
    0KE5 indicator has not selected from 2005 to 2011 also.
    CRM Is is process. we have selected in QA, But problm occurs to VF01 and CRM Process.
    Simply if i select 0KE5 CRM problm will resolved.
    Later SD Problem will come into the pictute.
    Note: In PD1 System we hav not selected for 2011 also.
    Pls put more inputs.

  • MIRO Error - Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled

    Dear Experts,
    Recently we upgraded to ECC 6.0 from 4.6C. We implemented new GL functionality.
    We have also introduced new Profit Centers and have updated the same in Material Master.
    Now, the new Profit Centers are valid from 01.04.2009 till 31.12.9999.
    Now my problem is while doing MIRO after 31.03.2009 for old PO's i.e. the PO's which were created before 01.04.2009 the system gives me error "Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled".
    This is because for the particular line item it picks the profit center from material master, but the validity of that (NEW) profit center is from 01.04.2009 whereas I want to do the posting in back date i.e. for eg. 28.03.2009. Due to which it does not get any profit center.
    How do I resolve this problem. Is there any exit or BADI to do the same.

    There could be multiple reasons for this. Pls check on:
    1. For the Expense Account assigned in DIF, have u made the assignment for deriving Profit Center & Business Area in T Code OKB9
    2. Ask your FI Consultant to check the Splitting Characteristics for the MIGO. Check the Splitting Characteristics assigned to the Accounting Document Type assigned to T Code MIGO. Also check if all the GL Accounts have been assigned a splitting characteritics. The path is:
    IMG> Financial Accounting(New)>General Ledger Accounting (New)>Business Transactions>Document Splitting
    3. Do you maintain profit center as a default in material Master? If yes, check if the same has been assigned in the view extended for the plant concerned?
    Pls check the settings. If any doubt, revert back.

    I have gone through previous posts with  message no. I got below solutions but those applicable belongs to EHP 600 but ours is EHP 605.
    1. Note: 930365 not applicable for EHP 605
    2. Note: 887794 correction process according to note applies max EHP 600.

    Hi Ramanjaneyulu,
    If you reset a clearing with transaction FBRA, a check of zero balance
    occurs first in all local currencies. With a balance that is not equal
    to zero the system issues message F5136 and it is not possible to reset
    the clearing.
    Regarding your issue itself, based on my analysis of the information
    provided and from previous experience with error message F5136 when
    running FBRA please let me highlight some of the most common reasons
    for this error to be raised:
    - GL account is being changed by any substitution: HKONT is expressly
    forbidden for substitution (check BXCLUDE from table GB01 by standard
    the field is flagged) if this field is being changed by a substitution
    or user exit this is most likely the root cause for error message
    F5136, however as this is considered a modification it falls of the
    product support scope.
    - Documents involved have being archived: Since the related documents
    are archived, the balance of document is not zero and error message
    F5136 appears. It is not possible to reverse
    the clearing document because system cannot find the documents that
    were cleared to change their status to open.
    - Any of the documents contain field BSEG-RFZEI <> 000: This kind of
    document cannot be reversed via FBRA. Please refer to note
    1301679 this note contains valuable information regarding
    this system behavior.
