Edit the soundbank.gm file

Hello,
Excuse my english, I speak french.
It's my first post, probably my first and my last topic.
I want to edit the soundbank.gm file to put into it my own samples, it is possible ? Because the sound is bad, the drums specially. I have already downloaded the deluxe soundbank. I could for example add new drums kits...
If it is possible, what is the format of the samples ?
Thanks.

Hi Keith,
Following is the location of the CSS file in 4.0
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\images\WebIDefaultStyleSheet.css and
Note that for the BI 4.0, you would not be able to update the default style after the document creation. If you want to modify default style, you must :
1. update the .css file stored in the images folder of your server installation or rich client and
2. then create a new webi document to see your style modification.
Hope it helps.

• How open and edit the coherence.xml file?

How can I open and edit the coherence.xml file?
I cannot find the coherence.xml file in the coherence.jar package.
Thank you,
June

If you are intent on changing the coherence.xml file, then you could use the JAR command (that comes with Java) to extract the coherence.xml file from coherence.jar and the later repackage the coherence.jar file using the udpated coherence.xml file, e.g.:
C:\java\opt\coherence-331\lib>jar -xvf coherence.jar tangosol-coherence.xmlextracted: tangosol-coherence.xml>
Instead of using JAR, on Windows you can associate the .JAR, .WAR and .EAR extensions with WinZip and use it to access / modify the contents of JAR files.
However, the suggested approach is as follows, and does not include any changes to the tangosol.jar file:
The tangosol-coherence-override-dev.xml file can be found in the coherence.jar file. After editing this file (in this case to define a unique value for the port system-property value for the multicast listener), save the file and add it to the server's classpath. When the server is executed, the values in the tangosol-coherence-override-dev.xml file will override any corresponding settings in the tangosol-coherence.xml file.Peace,

Hi,
you won't see this code,you need to add this code to the MobileXI3BB.jad file
BOBJ_MOBILE_AUTH_SERVER:<mobile server>
BOBJ_MOBILE_AUTH_PORT:<Port of VAS Service, for example, 11011>
BOBJ_MOBILE_CMS:<cms address, for example CMSCOLPAL:6400>

• Edit the Default CSS file

I want to know if there is a way to edit the default CSS file for Webi. The reason I am asking is because of the way in which hyperlinks are formatted. When I go into the document properties and change the formatting (color only), it does not update on my actual report. Also, I want to be able to remove the underlines from all hyperlinks without having to go in and do it manually using inline CSS.
Is there a default CSS file out there that can be edited? Where is it located and how to I ensure it's used in all my reports? Thanks.

• How do I show the bookmarks toolbar while in fullscreen on Firefox 20? In older versions you could edit the userChrome.css file. Does that still exist?

After searching for this option, it appears it was very easy to do in older versions of firefox on windows 7. Many posts say you can edit the userChrome.css file to add:
#PersonalToolbar[moz-collapsed="true"] {
visibility: visible !important;
However, on 2 machines with firefox 20, I've searched for that file and cannot find it. Does it even exist any more? if not, how can I set firefox to go to fullscreen mode and continue to show the bookmarks toolbar? Unchecking hide toolbars does not work for the bookmarks toolbar.

userChrome.css does not exist by default. You can create it; it's an ordinary text file. Note that you do need a namespace at the beginning of the file.
You could try this:
@namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
#PersonalToolbar[moz-collapsed="true"]{
visibility: visible !important;
#navigator-toolbox[inFullscreen="true"]{
margin-top:-62px !important;
I added the second rule to prevents the toolbar area from rolling all the way up. The specific value may need to be adjusted by a few pixels depending on your toolbar heights.

• How to edit the setup.ini file of the Adobe Reader X MUI?

Hi everyone.
I discovered today that is is possible to edit the setup.ini file of the Adobe Reader X MUI 10.1 installer (multilingual) in order to customize the installation. I stil have some questions about this.
1. I would like to make a custom installation of Reader X in german, english, french and spanish. Is this possible? I want to leave out all other languages from my installation..,.
2. I would like to edit the ini file to make an automatic update of my Reader, by installing all the patches (10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, 10.15 and 10.16). Is this possible?
I patched my Reader manually, but when I install only the 10.15 and 10.16 updates, some functions are still missing (signature toolbar and add text function) so I suspect the patches are not-cumulative.
Can anyone on the forums show me the right codes for doing this? How can I get a 4-language upgraded Reader X?
Sincerely yours.
K. Adam.

See the docs: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/index.html.
The admin guide tells you what updates are cumulative (all 10.x quarterlies) and how to set the lang via the cmd line. However, check out the Wizard Guide and download the free Wizard to customize your install and .ini as needed. Much easier.

created by Sara.Forsberg in Adobe Acrobat.com Services - View the full discussionHi samueli11326032, Do you have PDF file or a Word document (.doc or .docx file) that you're trying to edit? To edit a PDF, you need to use Acrobat. If you have Word doc that you converted from PDF, you can download the file from your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com, so that you can open it and edit it in Microsoft Word. If you've made that far and are having trouble selecting/editing the text in Word, try triple-clicking in the text block that you want to edit. And, if I've completely misunderstood your question, let me know a bit more about the file that you're trying to edit it, and what software you're using, and I'll do what I can to get the issue resolved. Best,Sara If the reply above answers your question, please take a moment to mark this answer as correct by visiting: https://forums.adobe.com/message/7222389#7222389 and clicking ‘Correct’ below the answer Replies to this message go to everyone subscribed to this thread, not directly to the person who posted the message. • File Access with unsigned Applet through editing the java.policy file

I'am starting to lose my hair on this...
I am trying to get an applet to run so that it can access the file system to move files on my local maschin. Because this applet is only running on my VM i can change the java.policy to avoid the signing of the applet.
first of all, if i wrote in the java.policy file
grant {
permission java.security.AllPermission;
};everything is working perfekt.
But I have not the intention to open the gates for any applet out there, so i want to limit the access to my applet. With every of the following versions I get at best an

I read the mentioned documentation and your right, some of my versions were wrong, but after reading the doumentation again i came to following result which should had worked but didn't.
java.policy
grant codeBase "http://admin.mydomain.com/*" {
permission java.security.AllPermission;
HTML File
<applet codebase="http://admin.mydomain.com/" name="shortcut" code="start.class" archive="applet.jar" height="0" width="0"></applet>if I am entering http://admin.mydomain.com/applet.jar i can download the jar, so the archive lays in the correct directory.
what i am doing wrong? do i have to change an additional file somewhere else?

• Can I unzip the .ipa file and edit the application.xml file

I want to modify the below info to also have an additional string value of 2, which somewhere along the line tells something somewhere that the app can run on the ipad. Is there some info in the compiled application that will error out if I modify this document?
<InfoAdditions>
- <key>UIDeviceFamily</key><array><string>1</string></array>
</InfoAdditions>
into this
<InfoAdditions>
- <key>UIDeviceFamily</key><array><string>1</string><string>2</string></array>
</InfoAdditions>

you can change the file extension to zip, unzip it, find the application.xml file in one of the subdirectories, edit it, rezip the files, change the file extension to ipa and install.

• How to edit the core.css file

Hello,
All the fonts in my Apex app are too small, and I mean all the fonts, for the interface too. So, I did a bit of research and found it is probably the core.css file that has been adjusted, trouble is I do not know how to change it. Even installed Microsoft Office Sharepoint to do the editing but I cannot locat the file, or rather I can but I cannot seem to be able to edit the file. I think the file can be found here http://127.0.0.1:8080/i/css/core.css but when I try to access this site from sharepoint it prompts me for username and password for the 127.0.0.1 address and does not accept what ever I enter. Any advice welcome.

Hi,
I do not recommend you change Apex css files.
Create your own theme and change css file on that.
Or add your application page template header style that overwrite font size like
When you try login to xdb where is all images,css and js files use SYSTEM user.
http://daust.blogspot.com/2006/03/where-are-images-of-application.html
And Apex related question you should post to Application Express Forum
Oracle Application Express (APEX)
