Edit Toolbar of CL_GUI_ALV_TREE

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering how to edit the toolbar of the CL_GUI_ALV_TREE. There is no toolbar event like in CL_GUI_ALV_GRID.
In case of CL_GUI_ALV_GRID you have the attribute 'mt_toolbar' which is an internal table, containing the toolbar buttons.
In case of CL_GUI_ALV_TREE there is only the attribute 'mr_toolbar' which is a reference to CL_GUI_TOOLBAR. So I thought about editing the internal table M_TABLE_BUTTON from CL_GUI_TOOLBAR(should be the same as mt_toolbar), but it's read-only
Any idea how to edit/personalize the toolbar of CL_GUI_ALV_TREE?

Missing editing toolbar in Iphoto to make a picture book

I'm trying to make an iphoto picture book but I'm missing an editing toolbar so I have no editing options. When I go to "View" then "Show in Toolbar" - there are no editing options. Can somepone please point me in the right direction?

Where are the editing options missing? When you are browsing your book project, or when you are browsing an event or album?
In a book project, you can activate the editor by ctrl-clicking (or right-clicking) a photo in the book when you are viewing a page, and selecting "Edit" from the contextual menu.

Urgent - No editing toolbar showing up

When I log in to manage a site and update my editable regions, my editing toolbar/functions are not appearing anywhere. I've not had this problem before and have been updating this site regularly for 6 months. Any ideas why?

Hi Barbara,
Yes, I did have a look at the problem. It seems that the call that the InContext Editing makes to know which is the default page of the site takes a lot of time, in your case. By the time your webserver responds to the call, the Flex interface that loads the editing options times out, and you are taken out of the editing environment.
In order to investigate this further, we will need FTP connection details for your site. Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your FTP connection information: FTP server, username, password and host directory setting.

P.S: As a temporary workaround, you should be able to edit the site if you navigate to the full URL, containing the page name, and then hit CTRL+E. Meaning, go to http://site.com/index.html and than CTRL+E and login - you should be able to edit the index.html page.

Edit toolbar for personalizing My Sites page only appearing in IE10

[Using SharePoint 2013 Enterprise SP1]
I have noticed that, after I choose "Personalize this Page" (under the username dropdown menu) on my My Sites Newsfeed, I see the "Page" editing toolbar, but only when using IE10. If I am using IE9, IE11, Chrome (35) or Firefox (29),
I do not see it.
Anyone else experiencing this behavior (or not)?

I tested in my environment, Edit toolbar displays when we use IE9 and Firefox. Other sites in My site Host are working regardless of browser version.
Please check the issue on other machines as well.

Advanced editing toolbar avail. in Acrobat v.9 Standard?

Howdy,
I tried searching, as well as going to the Adobe product matrix web site, but can't seem to find
an answer - apologies for the potentially obvious question.
I need to purchase Adobe Acrobat v. 9 for one of our end users. They are not sure if they
need Standard, or Professional. They do know they need the "advanced editing" toolbar.
Is that avail. in Standard, or only in Professional?

Per the person I spoke to, the "advanced editing" toolbar is avai. with the
"Standard" edition.
I guess we'll find out.

Can I control the genie effect for the editing toolbar?

On my laptop I notice that the photo editing toolbar at the bottom comes up when I move the cursor to the bottom of the screen but on my 27" iMac it is always up at the bottom. Is there a way to turn on the genie effect so the toolbar is not seen on my 27" iMac just as it is not seen on my laptop?

Yes, it is full screen view.
I found autohide toolbar under viewmenu. That solved it. Thanks!

Where is the editing toolbar?

I am trying to edit a document using Adobe Reader. I did this once before with no problem, but this time editing toolbar is nowhere to be found. I have followed the directions given by adobe for both reader and acrobat. In the first revision, the acrobat model appeared when I opened the document, but this time nothing appeared. I have since right clicked on the comments window and then the annotations box, but the only editing features are sticky note and highlight text. What is going on?

That Reader has no editing capabilities. Acrobat has some. And PDF files are not designed to be edited...

RAW indicator in the Edit toolbar

I'm give up. I cannot figure our how to get the word RAW to appear in the full screen edit toolbar. I have it show up when I am on a RAW photo on my Macbook but not on my iMac. I have compared every setting I can think of but still cannot find it.
Can someone here tell me what I have to change?

What is your camera model? Every camera has its own raw format and the raw converter must be updated to work with it. If your camera model was new in the past couple of years PSE 8 won't be able to open those files directly.

Edit Toolbar

Hi,
When I go to edit mode in the portal,the edit toolbar is not enabled.The only things in toolbar enabled are style,users,build portal and help.I can't add items to the pages also.

Hi, im working on oracle portal 10.1.4 now, and im having the same problem you've just mentioned above!
is there any solution or explaination for it? im logged in as "PORTAL" user! the highest in previlage than all! But still having the other buttons disabled.

When using Scrapbook extension, I cannot get the Edit Toolbar to appear, even though I have checkmarked it.

I am running Firefox 3.6.4 in Windows XP. I am using the Scrapbook (not ScrapbookPlus) extension to save web content. I want to edit the saved pages. I click the Scrapbook icon at the bottom right of my screen and put a checkmark next to "Edit Toolbar." Alas, no toolbar appears. Same result when I check "Edit Toolbar." Neither of these toolbars appears. I've researched this in vain for hours. Would appreciate any thoughts on how to solve.

Cannot edit toolbar xml 'access denied'

I know you edit the toolbars in the xml file - kinda not very intuitive. And I've edited it, but I cannot save the file. I get 'access denied' error. I do have read/write permission to that file. Using vista 64bit DW CS4. Any ideas anyone?

I suspect you also asked the same question in the Dreamweaver help pages. As I indicated there, it's a Vista problem, not one directly related to Dreamweaver. You need to be logged in as Administrator to edit and save the file. If that doesn't work, use the Start button to access the program you plan to use for editing the file, right-click, and select Run as administrator. When the program launches, navigate to the file, and edit it. You should then be able to save the file without problem.
The difference between being logged in as administrator and Run as administrator is one of Vista's great mysteries, but Run as administrator seems to give a higher level of privileges.

How to remove the delete and edit toolbar buttons from the Overview page

Hi,
In the account/contact overview page, we see that the interaction history assignment block does not support the EDIT and DELETE options.
However, when we click on the hyperlink description of an activity in the interaction history, we get into the overview page of the activity. Here we can see the DELETE button and the EDIT button.
Is there a way to remove these two options from the overview page of an activity which is in COMPLETED status and in the interaction history section?
Please advice.

Cannot select advanced edit toolbar Acro 9.1 pro

There may be a simple solution to this but at present I cannot access my help file so I have to pose this question.
I have a portfolio which I am trying to add buttons and other means of inter activity (yes I am new to Acro 9 - just received upgrade) but the moment I open the portfolio pdf (and select modify portfolio) I lose all toolbars and nothing I do seems to help in bringing them back. I'm sure it's something simple but I have not been able to find an answer.

Ok, well this is an specialized web based application. I tried opening the PDF's in a new window on my Windows 7 PC and I got them to open without the infinite loop like on a Windows XP machine.
Because that causes an infinite loop on Windows XP, we need the PDF to display in browser, which causes a conflict sometimes between IE and Adobe dll files.
So I've checked out a file that doesn't normally crash the IE/Acrobat9.4 user and checked the properties.
Application: LiquidOffice Form Designer
PDF Producer: DocuCom PDF Core Library
PDF Version: 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x)
File Size: 253.77 KB
Now here's the properties of a PDF that intermittently crashes IE:
Application: Acrobat PDFMaker 8.1 for Word
PDF Producer: Acrobat Distiller 8.1.0 (Windows)
PDF Version: 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x)
File Size: 272.14 KB
Remember I said intermittently. That's what's real difficult about the problem. That same file might open 10 consecutive times before crashing. OR it might crash on the first try. When things aren't consistently broken it's very hard to troubleshoot the issue since there is no concrete evidence of a single underlying cause. If it crashed every single time on that file, maybe we would say that its a corrupt file or there's an issue with the program that produced it. That's not the case here.
Good idea as to looking at the version. We could change the versions but we would need to open a request with the application developer, and updates to some of these forms takes weeks for them to integrate.

I have Elements 12 and editing toolbar does not show trying to fix pet eye

i watched the video on how to remove pet eye and the video shows a tool bar on the left for editing, including checking pet eye box. This does not show on my elements nor does it look like the video. Please help.
