Email Text - Subscription

Hi,
I am working on modifying email message send by subscription service. The email message sent to the recipient does not include the complete message (as coded in the XML file).
I have checked SUBSCRIPTION_EMAIL.xsl and SUBSCRIPTION_en.xml file and matched the output produced (HTML mail) and found that below fields are not getting printed.
<resourcelink />            <- Does not get printed
  in folder           <- Does not get printed
  <parentlink />      <- Does not get printed

The output in the mail for this part of code is :

Can anyone pinpoint what is going wrong.  
Also can anyone explain from where KM parameters value are picked and passed to the XML file. I am getting a wrong URL for links (server name is not correct) and hence users can not navigate to the required file by clicking a button.

Hello,
for the URL in the Mail, you can check if the Hostname in the URL generator Service is correct.
Go to Systemadministration -> System configuration -> Knwledge Management -> Content Management -> Global Services.
Switch "Mode" to "Advanced".
Go To URL Generator Service +
Now check the Hostname.
