Empty page in browser after i run my application

When i try to run my application in the browser, it shows an empty page in the browser, i have try to rebuild my application and there's no error, im currently using Build JDEVADF_11.1.1.1.0_GENERIC_090615.0017.5407 studio edition of jdeveloper
Please help me.

Do you see any errors in the log window of JDeveloper?
If you open your JSF page in the source editor view and look at the file margin on the right, is there any red marks indicating a syntax error?

    Add an additional debug message inside method wdDoModifyView().
    Better: Attach the debugger to your application and set breakpoints at those places where you have debug statements now.
    Try to comment out every code in wdDoInit() of view and component controller. Do you see the view then?
    Meanwhile I am not sure anymore your view is embedded correctly in the window. Open the context menu on the window and select "Embed view", select existing view etc.

  • Getting a blank page in browser after inserting an imagerollover

    Hello; I wanted to insert an image rollover in my page.Quite simple of course but the following happened. After inserting the rollover,using "insert,image,rollover image" and filled in the screen (first image,second image,etc) I went to my browser to look at the result and my entire page had disappeared,accept the body bg image. All the css,images en text had gone. I tried to insert a rollover in a different page(another url) and everyting worked fine,so the problem has to be in the page I am working on. Is there someone who has had the same problem?? many thanks for the help!!

    it sounds to me like you created an XSD which has a targetNamespace http://xlmns.ekc.nl/caps-dlp, but the actual XML is not using that namespace (no namespace at all, xmlns="").
    You can either set the targetNamespace for the schema to "" if that is allowed, or use elementForm is unqualified to make sure implictly defined elements have no namespace in your schema, or use something called an "identity transform" in XSL which will first put the correct namespace on each element before you process it further.

    I have been trying to find the exact flow after we run application engine program either from PIA or from command line and got few resources also which explain what happnes behind the scene but due to mix explanations I am still not clear about it.
    Could any one please explain in steps the flow behind the scene after we run a application engine?
    To be more specific, Like when we run it, the process name along with other parameters(runcontrol, sessionid, process intance) must be written into some table and then Process monitor displays that process and updates its status frequenlty.....

  • I have created PDF from hardcopy by using my scanner. After I run OCR option for my PDF by using Acrobat Pro 9. But "Text-to-speech" functionality of the PDF says that an error message comes up that says the page is empty when I turns on the read out loud

But "Text-to-speech" functionality of the PDF says that an error message comes up that says the page is empty when I turns on the read out loud option in Acrobat. Kindly help me to sortout this problems?

    So I tried generating the same PDFs on two other computers that have Acrobat 9 Pro.  Results were reproduced.  The verdict is:
    - complex PDF files (that is, containing cross-references, tables of contents, and bookmarks) generated by Acrobat 9.x Pro are roughly 2-5x larger than the identical file generated with Acrobat 8.x Pro.
    - different PDF conversion settings make a negligable difference (less than 10% rather than 70-80%).
    - using the "Reduce File Size" or "Optimize PDF" option cuts the file size roughly in half, almost always resulting in a "image downsampling mask" warning message, which requires acknowledgement (that is a problem for batch processing or automation).
    - adding an Acrobat watermark to the file cuts the file size roughly in half.
    - just using Save As to another filename has no effect on file size.
    - generating the PDF in Acrobat 9 with links but no PDF bookmarks still results in the inflated file size.
    - generating the PDF in Acrobat 9 without any links or bookmarks results in approximately the same file size as the Acrobat 8 PDF with full links and bookmarks.
    It appears that Acrobat 9's manner of adding links is what's bloating  the files, and in my case it's probably not related to images or image resolution/print quality.  It's a shame, because Acrobat 9 seems to have made some  improvements to the Review Tracker interface, and a few other bells and  whistles which I haven't really gotten around to exporing yet.  But  unless I find a way to keep my links and the PDF file sizes comparable to what I was  getting with Acrobat 8 Pro, it looks like I'm going to stay with Acrobat 8.

    After I ran the "uninstaller" on the Oracle CD .. there were services still in existance, however, once I deleted the c:/Oracle folder, they were gone. I also re-booted the pc and double-checked, before I tried re-installing.

  • Page rendering process doesn't run after validation error

    I have a page rendering process (On Load - After Regions) that needs to be run for my page to be rendered properly; however, it doesn't run when the page is rendered after a validation error. In debug mode, I see the following line:
    "0.05: ......do not perform process because inline validation condition found."
    Is this a bug? Validations are meant to prevent execution of On Submit processes, but is there a reason to also not run rendering processes?
    I need to dynamically construct some javascript and insert it somewhere after a certain item on the page. Is there a workaround?

    Let me see if I understand your question:
    1. A page is rendered
    2. The page is submitted
    3. A validation fires and fails
    4. The page is re-rendered displaying the validation error message
    5. Your on-load after regions process did not fire
    You want to run a process in all cases; in the standard page load case (1) and in the re-load case (4).
    You can do this by creating a region of type PL/SQL. You can give the region a null template so that it will not display any values. The region can be the last one displayed on the page; so that it will be run last.
    You also asked if it is a bug that the on-load after regions process did not fire; as the debug message indicates this is proper. Here is an example that illustrates why you typically don't want to perform processes when rendering a page after it was posted causing a validation to fire.
    Lets take the following example:
    1. create a form on the emp table; assume a salary column called "SAL"
    2. create a validation that says the salary must be numeric
    3. edit a row of the EMP table
    4. change the employee job from clerk to manager; and enter a "X" in the salary item
    5. submit the page
    6. the validation will fire; page processing will stop; and the page will be re-displayed
    7. the process which fetches the rows will not fire; and the page will be re-displayed; the job item will display the change from "clerk" to "manager" and salary will still contain the invalid "X" value. If the process had fired it would have replaced the values in the form.
    My recommendation is that you use regions for any processing that is UI releated. I hope this helps.

    what desformat did you use ? does that reproduce with all desformats ?
    sometimes, if you use PDF as the desformat, Adobe Acrobat Reader is not invoked correctly, which results in an empty page.

    It then asked me to restart firefox. I said ok and firefox switched off but never started again. It won't open when i try to start it again.
    I have a lot of saved bookmarks and don't want to loose them. Will this happen if i uninstall and reload firefox or is there a way to get this version working again.

    Try opening Firefox in [[safe mode]], whilst in safe mode you can access the add-ons manager and uninstall the Page Speed Browser extension. Hopefully this will resolve your problem.

  • "Preview Page in Browser" stopped working...

    Hi guys,
    First off, looking forward to seeing what's unveiled at Create Now Live on December, 11th!
    Anyway, here's the Muse bug that just cropped up yesterday as I was working on a niche one-pager site: when I tried "Preview Page in Browser," nothing happened.
    Usually when I'm working in Muse, I already have Firefox open on my screen, and when I hit "Preview Page in Browser," it'll open a new tab with the preview. This time, nada, no new tab, no preview.
    Have no idea if my system settings or anything else has changed since the last time I designed a mini-site in Muse, a few weeks ago, when "Preview in Browser" was working fine. I'm on an (aging) PC laptop, running Windows XP.
    Any ideas what's going on? Thanks again!

    Could you please check if the issue is specific to one website on your computer.
    You can try creating a new test website and check if you are able to preview it in a browser or not.
    If it does not work, please try deleting the AdobeMuse folder from the location :
    Windows 7: C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\
    Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\your_user_name\Application Data
    Mac: /Users/your_user_name/Library/Preferences/
    After that please relaunch Adobe Muse and check if you get the preview in Browser feature to work or not.

  • SSRS 2012 Reports freeze after first run in IE 11

    We have just recently upgraded/migrated from SSRS 2008R2 to SSRS 2012 sp2 (Windows 2012 R1). 
    We have found one report so far when using IE 11 that after the first run from the client side Internet Explorer freezes.  The report normally takes 4-5 seconds to run.  I have waited an hour and the report has not resolved.
    The same report runs fine in Firefox or Chrome, even after multiple runs.  It also continues to run fine from our SSRS 2008R2 server from IE 11.
    I have tried private browsing and it still only runs once and will not run again.  I have tried compatability mode and it will not run either.  I have also noted that it will crash our ERP system (java based) when it is running at the same time
    in IE as when I run this report.  Other reports seem to work fine.
    The report is simple, it is just a report of subscriptions from ReportServer.  There is some XML parsing in there though.  It is the only difference that I can see in all the other reports on the system.  Oh, the report runs fine from
    Visual Studio 2012.  I have redeployed, and no luck yet.

    I am not sure how to attach the rdl, so here it is inline. 
    The one thing that is strange is that my test SSRS 2012 SP2 server (Windows 2008R2) the report works.  However, their is a difference in the OS.  The production server is Windows 2012 
    The report works in Visual Studio, it works in Firefox, it works in Chrome.  Just not in SSRS 2012 SP2 on Windows 2012.
