Enable to importing the verify.der file.

Hi gurus,
I need your help in solving some strange behave of the portal, really strange.
I have user Administrator in our production, Im logged in with Administrator account and when i go to irj and then go to System Administration,<h5> System Configuration>Keystore Administration>Content ...Im not able to see the drop down menu with the certificates its saying "Could not access the keystore because of missing permissions. Make sure you have been assigned to the J2EE administrator role." in the alert log of the portal i see this strange error "Full Message Text Source: java.security.
AccessControlException: Access denied (java.lang.RuntimePermission addPermission);
Description: Code permissions for domainhttp://sap.com/irj/servlet_jsp/irj/root/web-inf/portal/portalapps/com.sap.portal.usermanagemen t.admin/private/lib/com.sap.portal.usermanagement.a dmin_core.jar and keystore operation {GET_VIEW TicketKeystore } are not granted;
Consequences: domain http://sap.com/irj/servlet_jsp/irj/root/web-inf/portal/portalapps/com.sap.portal.usermanagemen t.admin/private/lib/com.sap.portal.usermanagement.a dmin_core.jar has not code permission to execute keystore operation {GET_VIEW TicketKeystore }];
Please help me to solve this if you can!!!

If you are not able to import the verify.der using this irj , You have 2 other options to import it .
1. Login to Visual admin . Go to Server > Services > Key Storage . Under Ticket , There is a Load Option to import the Certs
2. Instead of using /irj use /sso2 .. That will take you to Import Cert page . You can import the cert from there .
Let me know in case of any issues.

1. Start the SAP J2EE Engine Visual Administrator: C:\usr\sap\<SID>\JC00\j2ee\admin\go.bat.
2. Navigate in the left tree panel to Cluster -Server -Services -Key Storage - Runtime TicketKeystore - SAPLogonTicketKeypair u2013cert.
Here you can go ahead and create a new ticket.

Verify.der file missing

Hi,
I have installed Netweaver 2004(Portal)with the system SID as X01.
Thus, when i use transaction STrustSSO to import the verify.der file
from this X01 portal(NW04), it overwrites the existing system ID=X01(
exisitng verify.der file from Enterprise portal 5).
Is there a way to change the NW04 system ID ?

To make this consistent, you will need to do a system copy, means:
- use sapinst to export everything
- delete the installation
- create a new one with a new SID using the export you just made

Thank you for your response, I went throught each and every step without any luck, even got the recovery programme, and painstakingly tried to sift through all that mumbojumbo to find what i needed. finally found the bookmark bit, but it had been fully overwritten :(, so on reading about previous ff versions, found the sqlite thingys, and they were relatively unscathed(partly written over, but saveable apparently TG), saved them to adiff drive, amongst other possibly good folders. Then looked up how to install them, and it said to close FF, and install to profile folder.
So i tried to close FF, and the original problem from a few days ago, where it asked me if 'i was sure i wanted to close this window as it has X tabs open', popped up again. This is where 'open blank page' selection was set, over 'open previous tabs'. Wanting to save that info on how to sort out these friggin files, I reset the Option to 'open previous tabs', and closed FF. After unsucessfully searching for the profile folder on my laptop, i opened FF intending to search online for where i could find said folder.
AND BANG, surprise surprise, the FF I had just closed with only tabs open about finding out what the heck to do, had disappeared, and instead my original saved tabs were up, and my bookmarks are there..... I am gobsmacked! what the heck just happened there???
I have made 3 back up in different folders now, of those friggin bookmarks. I am weary now tho of shutting it all down.... what if its back to the other pages I had with no bookmarks, tomorrow :(

Importing the 3 EJB files to migrate to WorkShop .ejb?

I know how to import packaged ejb's or built .ejb files into WorkShop.
But, How can I import the standard 3 EJB files (Home Interface, Component Interface
and the Enterprise JavaBean Class) into Workshop so that it generates its .ejb
file.
I wish to import source files that I developed under another IDE and continue
my work with those files under Workshop. It seems that WorkShop has to use the
.ejb files to place it's tag. That's fine, but how do I import the 3 EJB file
so that the .ejb gets generated?

You can import existing EJBs that you have:
1) The source for the EJBs
2) The deployable JAR file
Create a new EJB project, right click on the project or
choose from the file menu "Import EJB from jar..."
Point workshop at your source directory and the jar file
and it will create new .ejb files that you can now use
inside of workshop.

Why does EO always try to import the same three files?

Whenever I open Elements Organizer 12.1 it is attempting to import files. It always finds the same three files and then reports them already in the catalog. If I import files from my camera or card reader or folder, in addition to the files on the selected device it attempts to import the same three files that are already in the catalog. I have seen this message hundreds of times. How do I make it stop attempting to import these three files?
I have tried deleting the three files from the catalog. The first time I opened EO it found the three files and imported them. The next time I opened EO it attempted to import the same three files and reported them already in the catalog. Arrgh...

Yeah depends on the source but generally MPG hasn't ever been supported in Final Cut Pro- as Tom says you want to convert it to ProRes elsewhere before bringing into FCP X.

what is the process import the database dmp file into oracle application express.
i want to import the database dmp file into the http://apex.oracle.com/ online workspace .

Hi,
You can't import dump file to apex.
For importing you have to take your database in sql script and run it on apex.

HT4757 I have installed the Raw update 3.12, but still couldn't import the D800 NEF files

I installed the raw update 3.12, but still couldn't import the D800 raw files to Aperture & iPhoto.

I found a solution. My E–P3 raw files still showed up as “unsupported” after reinstalling the update from the standalone updater. I discovered that selecting one of the “unsupported” raw files and having Aperture reprocess it (even though it had never been processed at all) made the file recognizable by Aperture and allowed me to make adjustments to it. I then reprocessed all of my E–P3 raw files and the only problem I have noted is that the vertical files were not auto rotated.
In reprocessing the raw files, I selected "only photos without adjustments" and "reprocess existing images". I hope this helps anyone who experienced this problem.

How can I import the vlan.dat file to flash?

I have copied the config and vlan.dat files via tftp to the computer and want to import them to a replacement switch. Both switches are 2960 model. I get the config over fine but not sure how to get the vlan.dat file to the flash.

Where x,x,x,x is the tftp ip address.

Can't import the exercise zip files

I downloaded the exercise zip files and tried to import them to flex 3.
I can browse to the zip but flex will not let me finish.

Downlaoded the exercises to my HD. Created a folder "Flex in a week" and tried to import the exercises.
Same problem wirh some books. Download the source code as a large zip. unzip the file and try to import projeect folder or project zip and can't.
Must be operator error software can't be that hard

Before I reinstalled my Windows 7 I made a backup of a number of items. Now I don't know how I can import the cookes backup-file cookies.sqlite.

I had to re-install my computer (windows 7). I made a lot of backup-files. After the new installation of Windows 7 I am now putting back all those files. I just did it successfully with my bookmarks. My next step would be my cookies for Firefox, but I cannot find the right way to import the backup file cookies.sqlite into Firefox.
Could you tell me how I can solve this problem?

Help me to solve the Error occuring after importing the VO,EO files

I created EO,VO by extending the Seeded EO,VO respectively, Substitute the BC4J also.
i import the files using jpximport
its successfully imported, and i'm facing error while opening the application under that responsibility.
when i try to open the cash forecasting application it shows error.
i mentioned the some part of the error below

JBO-30003 is generally either a simple misconfiguration in the bc4j.xcfg file - e.g. the JDBC connection information is wrong. Or the database is simply not available.
but i checked those settings also. every thing is working fine.
please any one help me to solve the issues.
whether i need to extend AM file also.

As per Oracle recommendation your path should be
/xxi/oracle/apps/xxi/oracle/apps/ce/schema/server/ -- in case of custom application
/xxi/oracle/apps/pos/oracle/apps/ce/schema/server/ -- in case of extensions.
where xxi is your company name.. don't say xxi as such..
If your company name is microsoft, then micro.oracle.apps... ...
But it doesn't got anything to do with your error... Please execute the following command
ls -lrt $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/xxi/oracle/apps/ce/schema/server/
and post the results.

Can Quicktime Pro version 7 import the WMV video files?

With my previous Quicktime Pro version 6, I couldn't import the .wmv files. Is there any enhancement on Quicktime Pro version 7 to support .wmv files import?

QT 7 still doesn't import .wmv files. There are some plug-ins for Mac systems but so far no one has mentioned any for Windows. Since sometimes people with Macs post in this group (and you don't list your platform in your message) I will include a link to one of the companies that makes such plug-ins for Mac:

i created one sample ejb appication and jar the same and then trying to import the same as model(using option like Import JavaBean Model) in my webdynpro,but is giving error there are no java beans to import.
is it possible to import ejbbean like normal javabean?
if yes,why the above problem is coming?

we can not suggest to publish our own ejb component as webservice right?
and i am thinking one more way of doing that is, we can implement one value bean(normal java bean to communicate ejb component internally)and import that jar as our model class in webdynpro.
is this scenario will work?
if this works,then how to make jar file which is maintain the both javabean and ejbcomponent as one thorugh NWStudio.

Importing the same audio file in several session

I use a sfx of someone walking around in several sessions. In one session I modified the sound to slow it down, but not the original. But now, each time I try to import the original sound, it's the modified sound that is imported, not mthe original, and I can't seem to be able to find a way around this.
Any hints ?

How are you doing the import? If you're sure you didn't modify the original, it should be on your hard drive somewhere, and you can just drag it into the new session from the Finder.
Edits you make in the audio window are destructive, so you would have to be sure you told Logic to make a copy when you slowed it down.

Enable to importing the verify.der file.
