Enrolling a Person into a plan with desired annual amount

Question

Helo,
I am trying to enroll a person into a plan using the API ben_election_information.election_information_w. But is not loading the given value for p_ann_rt_val parameter.
My goal is that for specific plan I have to display the amounts ( from data file) in the annual amount field.
Any suggestions please?

pass the p_ann_rt_val param with correct increment value....by default increment value is 1, so pass trunc(p_ann_rt_val)
