I am entering arabic text in Tax Registration field in iSupplier Portal.

Thanks
SY

Hi All, got the solution for this.
While debugging the procedure "FND_REGISTRATION_UTILS_PKG.publish_event" we found that it is calling a business event. We followed the below steps to resolve the issue:
1)     For the business event “oracle.apps.fnd.umf.reg.user_approved” we need to disable existing seeded work flow subscription
2)     Keep the internal name of workflow as same, modify the standard workflow by adding new custom process to it.
3)     Create a new subscription under the business event to call custom process of work flow from it.
4)     Create custom package of “POS_URL_PKG” and call this from the above created custom work flow process
5)     Custom package “POS_URL_PKG” gets the Custom URL which needs to be send to user

  • How to enter values in ztable from screen painter

    Hi guys,
I have a scenario, where i have to enter values in ztable for the values entered in  screen painter. The screen painter is supposedly having 10 columns. i enter the value in the grid(table) and when i save, the records have to be inserted into ztable created by me. how to go through the problem. kindly help in  giving a flow for the problem .If anybody has gone through this scenario please help out.
    Thankx in advance
    Regards
    Navin

if ur entering one record at a time from sreen to table then
    u have to use ,
in pai module of the screen u have to code,
    case sy-ucomm.
    when 'SAVE'.
    ztable-roll = ztable-roll.
    ztable-name = ztable-name.
    insert ztable/modify ztable.
    ENDCASE.
if ur screen is having a table control
then u have to create a loop inside a module.
    like
    loop at tabcontrol_name
    module insert_data.
    endloop.
    and in the doubleclked module,
    move-corresponding ztable to ztable.
    insert ztable.
Note : in both cases u have selected input fields as from
    table/dictionary in the screen.

  • Condition value of Tax condition type gets added to Total Value in Contract

    Hi All,
I'm currently investigating an issue where there are 2 line items in an SAP Sales Contract. There is a human error in the second line where the billing end date is less than billing start date in the billing plan.  Consequently, the second line has null Outgoing target value.
However, the header Total value in the Contract  gets wrongly calculated as Basic condition value of 1st line  + Condition value of tax condition type of line one due to this.   When I modify the billing end date for the second line item to be a date greater than the billing start date, the above problem disappears and the total value of the contract does not include the tax component.
    For eg.
    Normal Error free  Contract
Total Value at Header =   700.00 EUR
                       Material          Outgoing Target val
    Item 0010    MAT1               450.00                          ( 450 + 50 (tax )  )
    Item 0020    MAT2               150.00
Contract with billing plan error in second line
Total value at Header =   550.00 EUR
                            MAterial       Outgoing target val
    Item 0010         MAT1             450.00                    ( 450 + 50 (tax ) )
    Item 0020         MAT2              0.00
Any inputs would be most welcome.

    Venkatesh.

    No, i didn't.
Actually, i enter condition type and amount in sales order manually.
At that time my program which i modified at 'Define And Assign Pricing Procedures' in IMG should be run.
But the result of running is different from my purpose.
To change Condition value of condition type in sales order, are there any solution?

  • Filling tax amount which deviate from the calculted one

While adding new line to a Purchasing invoice I need to fill the tax amount (which deviate from the within TaxCodeRate calculated one). For example if amount is 10 euro vatRate = 5%.  It should be possible to fill the PriceAfterVat with 110 euro without affecting the rest. Manually is that possible.
Next steps has been done without succes :
    1.     Filling the property NetTaxAmount returns u2018object does not support this methodu2026u2019
    2.     Filling the PriceAfterVAT and then Price or the opposite way results in a recalculated price according to the vatRate.

    Hi Basim
not sure if what you are trying to do is similar to one of my clients, but if it is then here is my solution for her:
"The steps that I am carrying out are:
    1.     I first enter the BP Name
    2.     Then I enter the dates
    3.     I then enter the description and the GL Account code
    4.     I then check that the tax code is correct (if it isnu2019t then I correct this)
    5.     Now I enter the Unit price (1849.89) and using the Mouse CLICK into the Tax amount (lc) field.
    6.     In the Tax Amount (LC) screen I enter the tax amount (182.95) and using the mouse CLICK into the Total (LC) field
    7.     This will automatically calculate the Gross Price field to be 2032.84 without recalculating the tax or the total.
If you do it in any other way it will not work (so for example if you forget to enter the date and do so at the end the system will refresh the screen and at the same time recalculate the values). "
Apologies if this isnt what you meant.
    Kind regards
    Asma

  • About pricing and value added tax

    Dear Friends,
In the standard customer order screen (VA01), when I enter Price value, I want SAP to determine
    *Value Added Tax(standard%18) automatically.
Can anyone tell how to accomplish this step by step?
    Sincerely,

    Hi,
Yes, this is there in standard SAP.
You can configure it in your pricing procedure so that when you enter the price (PR00) system will automatically calculate the VAT percentage for that and display.
    IMG path:
SPRO - > Sales and Distribution / Basic Functions / Pricing / Pricing Control / Define And Assign Pricing Procedures / Maintain pricing procedures
    Go in to that node.
Then select the relevant pricing procedure (Check: RVAA01 as a example)
Double click on "Control Data" node
You can see PR00 appear as the price condition
If you go down in the procedure you should be able to see condition MWST appear in the procedure.
MWST is same as VAT (Tax condition)
If you want to use different condition other than MWST, copy MWST and do that.
Then you need to maintain VAT % in VK11 as well. In this case, go to VK11 enter MWST and maintain 18% there for relevant customer and material tax combination.
Then try with a new sales order. You should be able to see the Tax calculation once you enter price.
    Best regards,
    Anupa

  • How to enter values in Descriptive flexfield by WEB ADI

    Hi All,
I am using GL-Journals as an integrator for uploading data using WEB ADI. I have DFF at Journal lines. There is Context Field value and also 3 lines(Attributes). I can enter the data by clicking the Line DFF Context and Line DFF manually. The entered values are shown as concatenated values in this cell. But the data is in different columns in excel file. I want to map the data from excel(which is in different cells) to this one column in the WEB ADI template.
Does any one know how to map this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Pramod.

    Hi All,
After couple of investigations, I understood that it is not possible to map and upload DFF Values unless you concatenate the data. We all know it used to work in client ADI. I have found these documents 1072689.1 and Bug 8469705.
If someone knows any workaround please let me know.
    Thank you,

  • How to enter values in JList box and JTable ???

    Hi friends...
    i am new to Swing
SInce i am using Netbeans IDE 5.5
and there is easy to do swing programming using this IDE
now i am confused using JTable and JList box
since i used method Insert in AWT
but how to add values in LIST BOX ( JList )
    ex.
    JList list = new JList( );
    list.add(mystringvalue, ? );
here it ask for component so what should i write here..
when i write here this, gives error.
what to do to insert string or vector or object in JList
and to enter value in JTable
    THanks

    hi Ghanshyam,
i am also new to swing i was just wondering are you using the swing palette to create your interface
by the look of the code
    JList list = new JList( );
list.add(mystringvalue, ? );you may not be because every JList is put in a JScrollPane
but if you do want to do it through the palette there is an option in properties - model which you can uses to add in values.
and if your looking to get info. from a database look up
    AbstractListModel &
    AbstractTableModel
the is a lot of info on the internet (example net beans CarTableModel) is a
    good start off
    happy hunting.

  • Problem entering values in table after creating it in Word using OLE2

    Hi,
I want to create a Word document from a Oracle Forms 6i application. The document will have standard text followed by a table. The cells of this table are to be populated from fields in the Forms application.
I have created a sample code below. When executed from within the Forms application, it creates a document fine. It writes the text "Hello World". It then creates a table as expected. But when I try to enter a value "Cell Value" in the table, the value does not get written to the cell of the table. Instead it writes the value outside the table.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong here and what I need to do so that after writing the text on the document I can write values into the table also.

Once again thanks for the help John. Unfortunately I cannot use only bookmarks, because the text to be entered from the application is of undetermined length and therefore since the possibility of wrapping exists, it would not be able to give me the same formatting abilty as using a table.
However, the good news is that I have been able to find the solution. I am posting my code here so that it is available to anyone else who might have the same issue. Thanks again.
Here is my code and my comments in it explain what it does.
    PROCEDURE extract_to_word
    IS
/* First of all I would like to acknowledge the help I have got from experts who have posted a lot of this code on the web which I have used here. Special thanks go to someone by the name of sfvb
    found here http://www.tek-tips.com/userinfo.cfm?member=sfvbsfvb
    This procedure does the following:
    1. Opens a word document.
    2. Creates a header and pastes a picture in the header e.g your company logo with address. Please note that the image should have both the address and the logo in it. It can be created using paint where you can write your address at one end and paste a bmp or jpg picture of your logo at the other end.
    3. Writes text with specified font and size. It calls a separate procedure PRINT_LINE to do this.
    4. Creates a table on the document with specified number of columns with fixed width.
    5. Populates the cells of the table-
first with headers written by calls to WRITE_HEADINGS procedure.
next with data from a block of the Forms application by calls to WRITE_DATA procedure
    6. Comes out of the table and continues to write text.
The three procedures that are repeatedly called are described after the end of this procedure.
Note: While I have made every attempt to ensure that the code does not generate error on account of my writing the explanatory notes, I cannot be sure of having made some typos. If the code does not compile, it is most probably be on account of something I have missed in entering the comments and explanation.

  • ADOBE Interactive Form in webdynpro not allowing to enter value

    Hi,
I have developed a Adobe interactive  form in SFP and then i developed webdynpro component , then integrated into webdynpro. while running the webdynpro application which is showing the adobeform but the input fields are not allowed to enter value.
The same adobe form can be allowed to enter values while running from the report. i dunno how to set the value of the importing parameter fillable = 'X' in webdynpro.
    regards,
    Roops

    Hi friends,
The above mentioned setting are all active like Zc...Layout, enabled check box etc.. but when i make it to Activex which is not displaying form in the portal while running the application instead it shows red color X mark.. is there any setting required to run adobe with webdynpro ..
1.) any notes or patches ???
2.) is activex mandatory for running interactive form in webdunpro? if yes what are system setting required....
    Regards,

  • RRI with passing user enter values

    Hi Friends !
Brief about my requirement for the RRI.
I have a Main Query. When I click on Goto option, it shud display the variable screen and pass the user entered values in the Jump Query.
In RSBBS, I tried with the "Assignment Detail" button, in which we have variable option, etc but via Assignment Details, its not working.
    Please provide some inputs.
    Thanks.
    Rekha

It sounds like you are trying to make RRI do something that it is not designed to do. For RRI to work correctly, the sender query must contain all of the values to be passed to the receiver query. Therefore, no prompting for additional variable values occurs during the jump from the sender to the receiver.
To quote the SAP Help on RRI :
"Queries, transactions, reports and Web addresses can be jump targets. The parameterization of the target action is taken from the context of the cell that you have jumped from. You can set parameters for calling a BEx Query or a BEx Web Application using input variables which are filled from the selection conditions and the element definitions of the cells highlighted in the sender query."
    See <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/99/08629bd3e41d418530c6849df303c9/content.htm">SAP Library  -  Report-Report Interface</a> for all the details.
    Hope this helps...

  • Parameter Field issue : Parameter not showing in enter values.

    i got three paramater setup...
All three parameters are used in record selection formula.
When i click on refresh, only two parameters are showing up in enter values screen...why thired parameter is missing?
two parameters are date and third one is string. String parameter is not showing in enter values. How to fix this?.

    Hi,
I haven't run into this problem so I'm not sure if it's a bug or not.  When you added the parameter to the report, did you type the parameter into the formula yourself or did your double-click on it from the Field Explorer?
It should be fine adding it from the Field Explorer.  Strange but not really sure why it's not working for you though.
    Good luck,
    Brian

  • How to ask user to enter value in select statement

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me syntax of select statement where i can ask user to enter value .
for example i am trying to use belowthing but it displaying error
select * from emp where empname=:empname
SP2-0552: Bind variable "empname" not declared.
2.Is there any data dictionary table to see all pl/sql procedures and corresponding code?
    Thanks,
    sri

    user632733 wrote:
Can anyone tell me syntax of select statement where i can ask user to enter value .None. The SQL engine resides on the server. It is incapable of prompting for data entry on the client.
The client interacts with the user. The client is suppose to:
    a) prompt for variable values
    b) send a SQL statement to Oracle
    c) bind values to bind variables in the SQL statement
for example i am trying to use belowthing but it displaying error
select * from emp where empname=:empnameIn SQL*Plus, you need to create a bind variable:
    SQL> var empname varchar2(200)
And then assign a value to it:
    SQL> exec :empname := 'John Doe';
Note that this is still not ideal - as the assignment is also done via the server and sends a PL block to the server. This block contains non-sharable code and this can lead to fragmentation of the server's Shared Pool.
But it does illustrate the basic principle.
