Is possible to send automatic confirmation mail to the candidate's e-mail after competing application ?
can it be done through process template ?
Is there any standart workflows for this ?

I'd like to add a general thought
When I learned SAP workflow (I admit, quite some years ago) there was a rule that SAP delivered workflows are in every case only examples you can check to get an impression what the application is capable of but they are never meant for production use. So you should never use SAP workflows in production. You might copy them but I see this as an option only for one or two of the e-recruiting example workflows. The others are just unmaintainable if you add everything for a production scenario.
Similar rule applies to the SAP entries in customizing tables. While it is quite nice to use the e-recruitng search customizing from standard delivery as it is really a hell of work to do this from scratch, the activity customizing is anywhere between questionable and nonsense. Esp. with EhP 4 and above where SAP changed the application in a way that leads to new design recommendations for the acitvivity customizing but did not change the examples. The way to go is to delete the SAP entries and create a process and activity set really reflecting the project needs. So again the SAP example workflows won't match as you will have your ovn activity types.

There is a problem which I am not able to solve, Please help !
Requirement: 1. After the creation of a certain task, a mail should go to the user... this I have done using the Java Mail API.
*2. After 2 days if the user don perform certain task, a reminder mail should be send to him EVERYDAY after the INITIAL 2 days.*
how to achieve this in the Java mail.. I have heard of Java mail Schedulers but I am not able to find it.. If you can give me some guide or some steps or some article for this I would be very very gratefu to you.

Nope. It means that if you want to schedule something, use code which does scheduling. Like Quartz for example. Bear in mind that the "something" in this case would involve sending an e-mail, but your scheduler wouldn't care about that.

Hi Soni,
We have handled a similar requirement in our project , by writing a Custom function module for sending mails to Initiator, Payroll and managers approving the form.
Actually we had created a custom function module for sending a mail.
And this was called in one of the Method of the Business Object. (e.g: SENDMAIL - ZBUS7051 )
and a background Step was defined in the Workflow template, which uses a task defined using the BOR Object - ZBUS7051 - SENDMAIL.

Is there any fuctionalality of getting confirmation mail after the vendor receives a purchase order (output condition is set for the PO medium is external send).If yes, who will get this confirmation mail , the creator of the PO or the buyer of the purchasing group??

How to skip dialogue box which ask you to confirm the operation when your used labview to send an e-mail from Outlook?

I'm using Labview to send an e-mail from outlook and everytime I got a dialogue box which inform that a software is trying to send an e-mail. To send this e-mail I have to confirm operation. How can I avoid this dialogue box ?

I don't know what code you're using but the attached VI works with my version of Outlook and doesn't have any pop-up messages. I downloaded it from somewhere a while ago but don't remember where it was from.

Configure sender in automatic e-mail for EWA

How can I change the sender of the e-mail to a specific one or to an default?
I already tried to set up the automatic e-mail with an other user but always my user is set as sender in the e-mail.
Does anyone have an idea?

Did you just change the SM: EXEC SERVICES owner now, or it was set to a different user all this time and the email was being sent in your name?
Either way, can you delete this job and re-add it with the correct sender so that we make sure you dont' have this incorrect Sender ID appearing again?

Send result e-mail automatically

Hi,
I've just finished my quiz asking a bunch of Word and Excel
questions. The questions I added are a combination of Multiple
choice questions and blank slides with a click-box (which has to be
clicked on the good position to proceed).
The results are published to an e-mail which will be sent to
the tutor. Only problem is that when clicking the 'send e-mail'
button at the results page, the e-mail is still editable. In this
way it is possible to cheat (just change the values and then send
it). Is there a way to have the e-mail sent automatically when
finishing the last question (even without clicking a button to
actually send the e-mail).
The second thing I would like to add is a summary of the
questions and all the given answers in such a way that the trainee
is able to review the questions and the end of the test.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to accomplish what you
are trying to do. About the only way I can fathom it happening is
through some custom developed JavaScript.
Warning - Theory ahead
Using JavaScript combined with Captivate, you might be able
to construct a form in the companion HTML page that Captivate
produces when you output as .SWF and have the "Export HTML" check
box selected. You could have some trigger that invokes JavaScript
that would then interact with a hidden form on the companion page.
This hidden form would then interact with some PHP scripting on a
server that would send E-Mail from the server side and the user
would be totally unaware.
Again, this is total theory at this point. I'll have to put
it to the test soon and see if I can make it fly, as I do have all
the building blocks configured to do so.
I'll post back with specifics after I test.
As for the summary bit, that too may be possible using
JavaScript, but it would be more tricksy to accomplish. Certainly
cannot do this with Captivate "As Is". I'll ponder that one.

you need to compile the above java file.
For me it's worked . You need javamail.jar & activation.jar files.copy them to the
C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 4.1\common\lib.
copy the mailerBean.java file to C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 4.1\webapps\examples\WEB-INF\classes\com\stardeveloper\bean\test.
u need to create the above folder structure . compile mailerbean.java in this folder only.

Using javamail to send automatic mails to an smtp server

hello every body
i'm trying to develop an application which will be implemented in a entreprise network (it's a project for my studies).
this application will be web oriented and will consist on sending automatic mails to persons using the mail server of the entreprise.
so i don't really know how to act, because i have to test my application by simulating the use of the mail server and i don't know how tu use a mail server for that, neither how to define the sender (because the operation will be automatic by a program), in other terms, i'm trying to send mail in a local network wich is connected to the internet.

You can find "simulated" mail servers, good for
testing, but it's probably not worth the effort.
Just use your real mail server.
Best would be to create an email address on your
local mail server and use that as the From address
for your automated mails.
Don't forget to read the JavaMail FAQ.

Depending on when you originally set up your Apple ID, you may have @mac.com, @me.com, and @icloud.com email addresses associated with your account, but all mail sent to those addresses should still come in to the same iCloud account (you can test this to make sure by sending yourself emails at those addresses).
