This error seems to be the result of the application builder not being able to find the rc file I suggest you follow the steps listed in the following KB:
Error Creating Source Distributions Involving rc Files

Alternatively you can change the path information in the CLFN to contain only the DLL name.

When trying to build an application using labview 7.1 and windows XP, I get the error

I am having problems saving documents back to SharePoint when any of the document properties (metadata columns) are set to be "managed metadata". The check-in/save fails with error:
The document could not be saved. The server said:

Are you doing it from within Adobe Reader/Acrobat application or opening it from browser, doing changes and saving it using browser itself.
3. Can you try to save a PDF to library with Custom template and managed metadata columns using browser directly.
4. Please verify that columns name do not contain spaces or some other special characters.

Disable your firewall
Disable your antivirus
In iTunes if it recognizes the phone click "Restore"
If it doesn't recognize the phone:
Disconnect the phone from the phone end, leave the USB cable plugged into the computer
Hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons until the screen turns black, excactly 10 seconds, then release the SLEEP but continue holding the HOME (If an Apple logo appears you have held SLEEP too long; do it over)
While holding HOME connect the cable to the phone
As soon as iTunes recognizes the phone release the HOME button and it should restore.
If neither procedure works note the exact error message and post it. -
Error occured when try to open the BI report from words (template builder)

After i LogOn into BI Publisher thru words, successful. But when choose a report to open, error returned as "Error occured. Please check the settings and try again."
My team had do various of testing, try to reinstall the BI publisher desktop, but not able solve the problems. From the forum, someone comment is due to data loaded too large, so we try to put a query which only select single record from a small database, but still same error.
then we suspect is due to the proxy setting, because once i reset to bypass the proxy, i able to open the report thru words without any error.
i found this comment from online doc :
Have set up the proxy parameters (to avoid any firewall problems with the Web Services and RSS data set reports) in the xmlpserverstart.bat file or the oc4j.cmd file as per your installation.
Modify the following line, which defines JAVA_HOME. (Observe the proxy parameters in bold.):

Random error occur if a program including Non-regeration AO and Synchronous AO&AI function?

Does you know Non-regeneration of data and synchronous AO&AI functions can be written in same VI or not?
I did a program which needs Non-regeneration of Signal and Synchronous AO&AI functions.
When I run this program, a error 200292 is random occured. Would you know how to solve it? Thanks very much.

Even though you are displaying 90 - 120 kpts per iteration of your while loop, the AI and AO is still synchronized. The reason you are seeing a difference in the number of points written and read in each loop is because the DAQmx Read.vi immediately reads whatever data is in the buffer. Then the DAQmx Write.vi writes 1000 points. The DAQmx Write will hold the loop until all 1000 points are written. When the next DAQmx Read is called, it picks up the data that it missed in the previous iteration plus the new that data that was written.
"2. If the "Sinewave generation" is run before AO write, the level or frequency AO signal cannot be changed during program running. However, I need it to be changed easy and effectively."
To change the waveform parameters during execution, you just need to put another waveform generator inside the while loop. I have made this modification and attached the new VI. Keep in mind that with AO, the output frequency is dependent on the frequency control, sampling frequency of the generator, and update rate. Use this formula to calculate actual output signal frequency:
Output Frequency = [Update Rate * Frequency] / Sampling Frequency

An error occurred while verifying disc.
Hi, whenever I try to burn a CD (any brand) the burn goes through ok and when it gets to verify (any cd burning software) it says "This disc may not work. An error occurred while verifying disc."
I have reinstalled, clean installed, done everything even tried a NEW cd drive and got the same issue. So, I am sure it's a software problem.
When I do run a burn, this is what I get:
IWhat I have been doing is running the "Console" application from the Utilies folder to see what is going on.
This is the message I get:

There is always a problem with byte 42 and the SOURCE DATA is always different from the BURNED DATA by one element.
Always in exactly the same sector of numbers digits. As you can see in the source data it reads "D2C8" and in burned data it reads "52C8"

I have no clue what to do - any advice would be great.
I have reinstalled a million times, clean install, everything.
Is it a byte problem? kernel problem? It's worked once or twice after a clean install but never again. It's been this way from the box and Apple refused to fix it. So now I am stuck hoping for some advice.
ThanksThe fact that it worked once or twice after a clean install suggests that you may want to defrag your HDD; esp. if you have only one and the OS is on the same partition as your data.
You will need TTP4 or Disc Warrior, etc., to accomplish this. Disc Utility cannot do it.
Personally, I never bother with verification. Unless the data is extremely sensitive, there's no real point. If the disc loads OK, and you can read/copy the data back to your HDD, that's what counts. -

I am cloning and EBS 12.1.3 from one server to another, and when Configuring the target system database server with ''perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier'', I am getting the following error:

MOS is saying that it is due to wrong permissions on the /var/tmp/.oracle directory and we should give it the following permissions:
chmod 777 /var/tmp/.oracle
After giving those permissions and rebooting the server , and running the perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier script, I am still having the same problem:

Hi Hussain,
After successfully configured the DbTier and AppsTier with their respective post clone scripts the appstier was automatically started at the end.
But now, I can't seem to connect with my IE 9 and Firefow browsers.

I get the following error when trying to attach an event reciver ->
Error occurred in deployment step 'Add Solution': Failed to load receiver assembly . The system cannot find the file specified.
This happens only when i try to change the deployment target from "GlobalAssemblyCache" to "WebApplication".
Steps to reproduce->
1. Create a new feature and add an event receiver. Deploy the solution. Everything works fine.(Since deployment target is GlobalAssemblyCache). If you now change the deployment target to "WebApplication" , it works too.
2. Now, restart visual studio. Change Deployment target to "WebApplication" without deploying the solution. And you get the above error.
3. Every time you restart your visual studio with deployment target as "WebApplication", you will receive this error.
Any idea?? Manual deployment of the solution works fine too.
When i go to virutal path bin directory, the dll is missing because of which the error occurs. Dont know why, it doesnt copy the dll to bin?

I have an iphone 4s and I have been trying for months to update my phone from iOS 6.1.3 to the new one.
I recently got a new computer (my old harddrive crashed and will not work at all) and I just now copied all my music and photos to the computer.
Now I have been trying to update to the iOS 7.1 both on iTunes and on the iPhone but neither one work. I keeps saying "unknown error" .
I am wondering if I restore it to factory settings and then update it will the install work?
also since i have backed up to the iCloud and my computer..will i be able to recover my music, contacts, notes and photos???

I was having this issue as well, after doing two things: updating iTunes yesterday, and installing and running ClamXav, a Mac antivirus tool.
I have now fixed the issue, first I made sure that I had the proper permissions for iTunes and it's library folders. Then I completely removed ClamXav and all its related files and restarted iTunes. Now I no longer get this error when adding new media to iTunes or updating apps, and the library file saves fine. For some reason I think it was related to the antivirus software.
I think it was a coincidence as ClamXav only modifies permissions on the files it installs and none of those are anywhere near your iTunes folders, but I'm glad you got it working.
