Error 1 while starting Muse (Muse from Hell)

Question

I'm experiencing an issue with Muse on Mac OS X 10.10. Effectively, I cannot use Muse (it worked before).
After a complete Cleaner Tool run there still seems to be a handle to Muse (see screenshot below).
Checked my File Systems > they're ok, rebootet, reinstalled > same problem.
Any ideas?
0. Try to start Muse > Fails with "Error 1 (Configuration Error)"
1. Deinstalled Muse (from Utilities/Adobe Installers/ and also from /Applications/Muse); Reinstalled it > Error 1
1. Uninstalled CC; Ran the Cleaner Tool > Everything is ok
2. Reboot
3. Installed CC Desktop
It _immediately_ starts installing Muse (without clicking the install button)
4. After install is finished > Error 1 again. Driving me verrückt.

thank you for your answer. Seems that I cannot send an email to the support team (the link offers chat/phone between 0900-1700, which doesn't work for me at the moment ). The install log shows a single error at the end:

Deleted the OOBE directory - no success.
Installation of Muse 2014.1.1 is ok and the application starts without an error. Any debug hints or an idea how to reach Adobe support via email?
