Error 3328 Sub Error Code 103
Hi,
Since installing new certificates we are getting the following error on license requests:
Error Code = 3328 [ServerErrorTryAgain] Sub Error Code = 103
The License Server Logs contain this detail:
Error parsing request
com.adobe.flashaccess.sdk.protocol.HandlerParsingException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid padding (Error Code: 103): Cannot parse request
at com.adobe.flashaccess.sdk.protocol.AbstractHandler.parseRequest(AbstractHandler.java:82)
Could you give me any ideas what could cause this error or any pointers to debug further?
Thanks,
Mark
This was resolved. The issue was due to attributes missing on the public and private keys generated on the HSM.

Manisha dasHello Manisha,
The one of the possible reasons for this is due to lack of H/W.
Increase your RAM size to atleast 2GB and utilise the same while you are installing ECC in database parameters step..
If the issue is with H/W, then this should fix the issue.
Hope it helps,

Has anyone received error code 103
I am trying to install the iTunes update 11.0.2. It comes back with an error code saying "An error occured while installing the update.(103)" Has anyone come across this and if so what is the solution?
Try updating using a .dmg installer downloaded from the Apple website:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ -
I am getting an error code of 103 when trying to update my mac
You need to backup your computer then uninstall I-tunes and reinstall itunes manually.
Delete iTunes
Deleting iTunes is not recommended unless you know what you’re doing.
Launch Terminal from the UTILITIES within Applications
Type the following commands:
cd /Applications/
This brings you into the Applications directory, the next command deletes iTunes itself:
sudo rm -rf iTunes.app/
Enter the Administrator password to confirm
There is no warning or confirmation other than entering the admin password, iTunes will immediately be deleted, effectively uninstalling it from the Mac.
Deleting the iTunes application will NOT delete the ITUNES or music, and any purchases bought through iTunes will still remain tied to the Apple ID used to originally buy them.
You can download the newest version from Apple, and running their installer will bring iTunes back to life on your computer.

How to get LDAP sub-error code using JNDI (MD5 or any other SASL mechanism)
Hi All,
My objective is to find out if a user name exists in LDAP/Active Directory. I understand that there are specific sub error codes, like below:
· 525 - user not found
· 52e - invalid credentials
· 530 - not permitted to logon at this time
· 532 - password expired
· 533 - account disabled
· 701 - account expired
· 773 - user must reset password
· 775 - account locked.
When I tried with "simple" authentication, I am able to get exact reason code from which I can understand what went wrong.
Here's the code snippet:
Hashtable<String, Object> env = new Hashtable<String, Object>();
env.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY, "com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtxFactory");
* env.put(Context.SECURITY_AUTHENTICATION,"simple");*
env.put(Context.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL, "myUser");
env.put(Context.SECURITY_CREDENTIALS, "mySecret");
env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "ldap://10.10.10.10:389/");
env.put("com.sun.jndi.ldap.trace.ber", System.err); //debug trace
DirContext ctx = null;
try {
ctx = new InitialLdapContext(env, null);
} catch (javax.naming.AuthenticationException ae) {
System.out.println("Message: "+ae.getMessage());
ae.printStackTrace();
Output:
[LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090334, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, *data 525*, vece_
From above output it's clear that the sub error code is 525, that means User Not Found
If I want to achieve the same thing with Digest-MD5 algorithm, I am always getting sub error code as 0 from which I am not at all able to understand what went wrong.
Here's my code snippet:
Hashtable<String, Object> env = new Hashtable<String, Object>();
env.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY, "com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtxFactory");
* env.put(Context.SECURITY_AUTHENTICATION,"Digest-MD5");*
env.put(Context.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL, "myUser");
env.put(Context.SECURITY_CREDENTIALS, "mySecret");
env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "ldap://10.10.10.10:389/");
env.put("com.sun.jndi.ldap.trace.ber", System.err); //debug trace
DirContext ctx = null;
try {
ctx = new InitialLdapContext(env, null);
} catch (javax.naming.AuthenticationException ae) {
System.out.println("Message: "+ae.getMessage());
ae.printStackTrace();
Output:
[LDAP: error code 49 - 8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C09043E, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, *data 0*, vece_
From the above sub error code 0, it's very difficult to understand what went wrong with the credentails.
Can any one help me out to find out what I am missing? Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
Please let me know if there's any other way to check if the user exists in LDAP/Active Directory.
Thanks a lot,
Siva.Thank you,
As i was trying to obtain the input to UI from an xml file by which the axis converts to java objects and inturn have to get the reply as xml file . The error was in the jar files ,when i loaded the jar files another time my code started working. -
Ok, first of all the following issue is NOT fixed by doing dot_clean <path name> in Terminal, as suggested by Googling. I've had that issue before with FAT memory sticks, and it works, but it does NOT solve the following issue (that issue was solved in 10.6.3 anyway, and my problem below is happening in 10.6.3 and 10.6.4).
Basically I have 17 mkv video files in my downloads folder, all 4.7GB each. I tried to move them to my external HD (connected to another Mac) over the network, as I always do when putting media on my Mac Mini, and it failed on the first one at 2.08GB with Error Code -36, full error:
"The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “filename.mkv” can’t be read or written.
(Error code -36)"
The same thing happened with files 4 and 9 (not at 2.08GB, but at some other point), but 2, 3, etc and the rest all moved just fine.
I tried copying them instead of moving them, exact same problem.
I tried using Terminal to copy then using the cp command, same problem (wasn't Error Code -36, but "Input/Output Error", but according to Google it's the same thing)
I tried putting them into a sub folder within Downloads and using cp -r to copy the whole folder, same problem.
I tried connecting the external USB drive (it's Mac OS Journaled by the way) directly to my MacBook Pro and copying them, same problem.
I can't even copy/paste them where they are (i.e. if I just select the first one and do Cmd-C, Cmd-V to make a copy in the source folder), I get the exact same problem.
I even booted into Windows 7 through Parallels and tried using Windows to copy them to the external HD, same problem (again, not Error Code -36, but some generic I/O error).
What I CAN seem to be able to do without error is move them around my MacBook Pro hard drive (not copy, but move).
Any ideas?
ThanksIf you are trying to write to a FAT formatted volume then the error is produced because you are trying to transfer files that exceed the 4 GB file limit of the FAT32 filesystem.
Otherwise the problem may be due to actual file corruption, filenames that are too long, or filenames with illegal characters. If you are trying to transfer a folder containing the files, then you should try copying each file individually which sometimes works.
Search the forums for other discussions of the problem as well as additional Google searching. There's a wealth of discussion on the topic. There are many different causes of the error as well as solutions.
