I've checked every detail in the task settings and the function involved I've checked every detail in the task settings and the function involved, I have even re-created the task and function, but the error persists.
If anyone has any idea what caused the error I appreciate your help.

Hi Andres,
Looks like the xml resulted from redo plugin seems not well formed. Please check the resultant xml once.

  • Manage Site-Specific Tasks ERROR

    Hello,
I have been using Site-Specific Tasks to alert my users when we take our APEX environment down (for patches and upgrades). I created a Site-Specific Task that I guess was just too long. Now, when I go into the ADMIN tool, instead of allowing me to edit/delete the task it throws this error:
    report error:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
Is there a table that this task sits in? Can I manually delete it?
    Thanks!

    Scott,
    <br><br>
Yeah, since I wasn't seeing those table names I started searching on everything in the DB in hopes of finding something. This is how I picked up the package names.
What I finally realized was the user I was logging in as didn't have enough rights to see the WWV_FLOW_CUSTOMIZED_TASKS table.
    <br><br>
All is well now after my DBA truncated the table. Still don't know why APEX wouldn't let me edit the field, the only thing I could think of is maybe some of the HTML tags I was using was messing it up. Now that I have access to the field, I can put the full task I created into the forum:

  • Error on Data Flow Task MSSQL 2012 Clustered "Description: The version of Lookup is not compatible with this version of the DataFlow. "

We have an SSIS package that runs on clustered MSSQL 2012 Enterprise Nodes that is failing.  We use a job to executer the package.
    Environmental information:
Product - Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise: Core-based Licensing (64-bit)
Operating System - Microsoft Windows NT 6.1 (7601)
    Patform - NT x64
    Version - MSSQL Version 11.0.3349.0
Package is set to 32 -bit.  All permissions verified.  Runs in lower environments, same MSSQL version.  All environments are clustered.  In the failing environment, all nodes are at the same service pack.  I have not verified if all
nodes in the failing environment have SSIS installed.  Data access is installed.  We have other simpler packages that run in this environment, just not this one.  Time to ask the community for help!
    Error:
Source: Data Flow Task - Data Flow Task (SSIS.Pipeline)     Description: The version of Lookup is not compatible with this version of the DataFlow.  End Error  Error:  Code: 0xC0048020

Description: The component is missing, not registered, not upgradeable, or missing required interfaces. The contact information for this component is "Conditional Split;Microsoft Corporation; Microsoft SQL Server; (C) Microsoft Corporation; All Rights
    Reserved; http://www.microsoft.com/sql/support;0".  End Error
(Left out shop specific information.  This is the first error in the errors returns by the job history for this package. )
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi DeveloperMax,
According to your description, the error occurs when you execute the package with Agent job on clustered MSSQL 2012 Enterprise Nodes.
As per my understanding, I think this issue can be caused by you use SQL Server Agent to schedule a SQL Server Integration Services package in a 64-bit environment. And the SSIS package is referencing some 32-Bit DLL or 32-Bit drivers which are available
only in 32-bit versions, so the job failed.
To fix this issue, we should use the 32-bit version of the DTExec.exe utility to schedule the 64-bit SQL Server Agent to run a package. To run a package in 32-bit mode from a 64-bit version of SQL Server Agent, we can go to the Job Step dialog box, then
select “32 bit runtime” in the Advanced tab.
Besides, we should make sure that SQL Server Integration Services is installed on the failing environment.
If there are any other questions, please feel free to ask.
    Thanks,
    Katherine Xiong

opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying tosend break; error code = 12571

Any clue based on the Trace file???????????

  • Advancing wfs to specific tasks through script

    Hello,
Is there a batch way (i.e. through a script) to advance workflows to specific tasks?
    Two alternatives were considered:
    1) Through the java admin applet, to expedite each workflow to the desired task. This is much too slow for us.
    2) Through the wf_engine.CompleteActivity command, but this requires for the specific activity to be notified; it cannot be performed on any activity but only on the notified ones. So it is useless in our case.
    Any ideas?

    Vassilis,
If you are using Workflow 2.6.2 on 9iR2 you can access the workflow manager from the enterprise manager utility bulk process work items.
    1. Workflow Manager -&gt; Work Items (in the Related Links section at the bottom of the page) -&gt; View(Errored Work Items).
    2. Select one of these work item types, and click View Details. Select one of the work item activity stages (ie. the activity name where the workflow errored) and click View Details. Now you will see a list of all the work items that had errored at that activity.
    3. For an individual work item, you can abort, retry or even launch the workflow monitor. But, the big benefit for a System Administrators is that they can now Abort All or Retry All on all of the workflows at that stage.
    4. The same kinds of administrator mass actions are available for active, suspended and deferred workflows as well.
    Hope this helps..
    Raja

  • Error while creating a task for creating an generic task  /app/dac/CustomSQ

    Hi ,
I have created a sql file in DAC server /app/dac/CustomSQLs/ ,just to fire an update sql in database
In DAC task tab i have created a task with the following:
    Command for incremental load :/app/dac/CustomSQLs/DBNameBeforeLoad.sql
    Primary source :flatfileconnection
    target source:DBCONNECTION_OLAP
    Execution type:SQL FILE
    Task phase:GENERAL
I created subject area and assembled ,then created a Execution plan.
When i try to execute this EP ,it shows the following error in DAC log:
ANOMALY INFO::: Error while creating a task for creating an generic task /app/dac/CustomSQLs/DBNameBeforeLoad.sql
    MESSAGE:::/app/dac/CustomSQLs/DBNameBeforeLoad.sql - invalide template name!

    com.siebel.analytics.etl.etltask.GenericTaskImpl.init(GenericTaskImpl.java:194)
Does my above configuration is correct ..?

    verify the following settings:
    1. mapping of ECC plant and storage location and logical system number with the appropriate availability group code since this links the stock types in EWM to ECC org elements (SPRO -> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods movement)
    2. ensure the availability group configuration is correct (SPRO -> EWM -> GR Process -> Configure availability group for putaway) - check all applicable nodes in this configuration since the availability group code is assigned in the pertinent storage types

In this link you resolved this issue by giving all privileges to DEV_OIM...
Re: Getting error while running OIM in built purging script OIM_ReconArch.sh
Now if again this ORA-00942: table or view does not exist is coming, possibility is that there is no issue regarding privileges as you already have given all privileges to DEV_OIM...
Anyway try again giving full permissions to it just in case for some reasons permissions might have reset...
Now the only option is to study OIM_TasksArch.sh and figure out which tables or view it wants to refer to and is not available to it..
    *./OIM_TasksArch.sh: test: argument expected*
The above line means that this sh file needs some arguments... Please study a bit more to figure out those arguments.. It will work...

turn the following loggers from info to debug level (bpel console/manage domain/ tab logging)
    default.collaxa.cube.ws and
    default.oracle.services
given you are using a developer isntall, you should see the stack a dos box
if you are using an application server mid tier cou can find them in $AS_HOME/opmn/logs/OraOc4J_BPELxxxx.log

Correct the specifications for area 01.
    Best Regards,
    Samrat Roy

It seems you have kept 01 as TTr in OABD for depreciation area 01
If the 01 is real depreciation area, do as below
    Go to OABD
    Depreciation area - 01
TTr should be 00    (You should not keep anything other than 00 here)
    Thanks

  • BW specific task during R/3 upgradation from 4.7 to ECC 6.0

    Hi Everybody,
We are planning R/3 upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6.0.  We are using  BW 3.5 . So, Can anybody share BW 3.5 specific task during pre-upgrade as well as post-upgrade for ECC Upgrade.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Sushant N. Tiwarekar

    Hello ALex,
There is not a must to upgrade also your solman 3.2 when you upgrade your satellites, only consider if you need the solman diagnostic or not and also that the new functionality in solman 4.0.
Which system is unicode, the satellite?
There is also not problems having a non-unicode solman with unicode satellites and the other, having a unicode-solman "linked" to unicode-satellites.
    Hope this helps,
    Dolores

When I created a webservice, and when I am trying to deploy the web service the follwing error occured.
I tried to run the verrfier tool, but is not loading the file...it s getting stucked up.
    Here,
BSApp -- J2ee application in which webservice is included
BSManagerContrl --- is one of the two session bean which i created
Book -- is the entity bean
I also checked the module of the session bean to verify whether i included the Book enity bean or not. Other wise I would i successfully tested the session bean.

    Hi parsuram,
Its not coming up anymore. All i did was re-map the table under Sun AS Mappings under properties for the EJBModule. Its really strange. Thanks a lot for your concern. I really appreciate it.
