Error Class Not Found when Importing

When trying to import the roles from SAP, the Tomcat server throws the following error:
20-04-09 10:26:28:662 - [/SAP].[Faces Servlet] Thread [http-8080-Processor23];  Servlet.service() for servlet Faces Servlet threw exception
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.jsp.jsp.auth.sapsec_005fimport_005frole_jsp
     at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:200)
I have added the sapjco.jar to the classpath of tomcat server and restarted the service. But it seems to have no effect.
Would you have any proposed solution?

Hello Ingo.
I install the new jco version 2.1.8 by replace the old version.
- Replace sapjco.jar in /<BO DIR>/bobje/tomcat/shared/lib .
- Replace librfccm.o and libsapjcorfc.so in /<BO DIR>//bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000 .
then stop tomcat and redeploy the application using this script below.
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=CmcApp -Das_admin_password=root1234 undeploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=CmcApp -Das_admin_password=root1234 deploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=InfoViewApp -Das_admin_password=root1234 undeploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=InfoViewApp -Das_admin_password=root1234 deploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=OpenDocument -Das_admin_password=root1234 undeploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=OpenDocument -Das_admin_password=root1234 deploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=dswsbobje -Das_admin_password=root1234 undeploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=dswsbobje -Das_admin_password=root1234 deploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=SAP -Das_admin_password=root1234 undeploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=PartnerPlatformService -Das_admin_password=root1234 undeploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=SAP -Das_admin_password=root1234 deploy
./wdeploy.sh tomcat55 -DAPP=PartnerPlatformService -Das_admin_password=root1234 deploy
Then I have the new problem.
After I start tomcat I logon CMC as administrator then click Authentication.
I switch 'Entitlement tab' into 'import role' tab I got this error.
Exception in JSP: /jsp/auth/sapsec_import_role.jsp:22 19: 20: <% 21: String
context=secSAPR3ImportRoleBean.getContextPath(); 22: secSAPR3ImportRoleBean.init(request); 23:
response.setHeader("Expires", "0"); 24: %> 25: Stacktrace:
(This import role tab used to worked when I use jco 2.0.12)
Did I miss something?
Please give me some advise.
Thank you.

  • Why does FCP error "File Not Found" when I try to open my sequences????

I recently updated all of my software and the following day I started getting errors "file not found" when I would try to open a sequence. Now all of my sequences are being lost and I am losing time and money because I can't meet deadlines! This *****!!! With one sequence I had to reedit the entire thing from scratch and when I did for some reason the old one would then open. But the next time I opened FCP both sequences would error out. Following the "file not found" the computer responds with another error "error: out of memory" What the devil is going on with this crap?

I seem to have figured out what my problem was. After trying to build the same project (that failed on the Mac Pro) on my laptop and encountering the same errors, I realized that the problem had to be with one or more of my assets and not my new version of FCP, since my PowerBook is running FCP 5.0.4 and my Mac Pro is running FCP 5.1.2.
In my case the "corrupt" file was a Photoshop PSD file. In the past (FCP 4.5) I was able to use PSD files with hidden layers. I would merge the visible layers into one layer, keep the hidden layers and save the file. Once in FCP, I imported the PSD file and kept right on truckin'. I've done this for years. For some reason now with FCP 5.1.2 (and 5.0.4), that's not flying anymore. Once I "Flattened" the PSD file in Photoshop (deleting all of the hidden layers) I was able to build the project without any errors.
Interestingly, the technique I used to figure out which file was "corrupt" also allowed me to salvage parts of some of my "lost" sequences. I saw this posted in a forum at Creative Cow (creativecow.net). Basically, I opened up the project, clicked the OK button after the File Not Found error, went into the Browser, right clicked on the offending sequence, selected "Make Offline". When I double clicked the sequence it opened in the timeline with all of my assets offline. Then in the timeline, one by one, I right clicked on each clip and selected "Reconnect Media". Once I linked up the media, if I didn't get an error message, I would save as a new project (to salvage what WAS working), and go to the next clip. I did this until I found the offending PSD files.
I hope this helps. Now it's time to play "catch-up"

I have also tried to open on 6.1 with similar results.
I am familiar with lookout, however I have taken this project over so I am not sure what I need to do from here.

There are two object (DirectLogic and Meter) that are not present on the amchine you are moving the process to.   If the same version of Lookout, you might be able to just copy the cbx files.

    Hi All,
I ran into the same problem and it took me two days of trials and errors. I don't how different is your problem from mine but when I ran wsgen from the same directory as my source code, it gave me this error. Since my package was called, "hello", I ran the wsgen -cp . hello.CircleFunctions from WEB-INF\src and that worked but it will not build from my WEB-INF\src\hello folder.

  • Class not found in import

I am new to the Java technology and am running into some problems getting started. Initially, I was getting the following error: Class javax.swing.JOptionPane not found in import. After realizing that I needed to unzip the src.zip file, I did so. I tried compiling again and got the same message. I came across a website that talked about setting the CLASSPATH. So I set the class path like so: set CLASSPATH=.;C:\;c:\j2sdk1.4.2_04\src;. Finally! I got passed the first error. However, what followed was quite depressing. 50 Errors! Looks like the compiler can not find any class I import that starts with "sun.". I looked where I can see the javax folder and there is no sun folder. Did I miss something in the installation? Is there a workaround for this? I thought I read somewhere that you shouldn't import sun.* classes, but what happens when it is in the delivered packages? TIA Ryan

Well to start off... The file Src.zip only contains source files nothing compiled so it useless unless you want to look at the source code, the Java Class files are in a "Jar" file...
Set your (system) path to c:\j2sdk1.4.2_04\bin
your ClassPath should only point to the new class files that you created...
( I don't even have the ClassPath set on my computer)
And this link deals with setting the classpath...

  • Class not Found when accessing Proxy class from backing bean in VC.

    Hi All,
I'm attempting to access a class of a webservice(generated as a proxy) within my ADF application and invoke the method within a backing bean of the View Controller(bean scope : backing bean). The proxy has generated an ObjectFactory class among other classes. When I access this Object factory class from within the backing bean, the application throws a Class not found error.
I don't know where the error lies since I've declared the View Controller of the ADF application dependent on the Proxy and I've imported the class and accessing it within a backing bean. How would you suggest I approach resolveing this.
    JDev : 1.1.1.4
    Thank you.
    Regards
    PP.

    Hello Arun,
Thank you for suggesting a Data control, but my requirement isn't to drag and drop the method as a button. It's more of a behind the scnes updating data via a database adapter requirement.
I've resolved the issue. turns out, my deployment archive didn't include the proxy.jpr. Once included it works likea charm.
    Thanks

  • Error : class not found exception : com.mysql.jdbc.driver in Eclipse Tool

    Hi
I have impoted project file in eclipse in new machine using option import from existing workbence . When i stat to debug this project ,
i am getting error as class not found exception : com.mysql.jdbc.driver . my project folder already consist of mysql .jar file in /web appls/web-inf folder.
Application is running successfully in other machine from where i took the application file. As this error appeared I also added jar file into project path as Project ---->properties-- build java path---libraries----add external jar file.
    kindly hep me.

Sounds like an eclipse question - not a JDBC one.
But since eclipse is telling you it can't find it then it means it is not in the eclipse path. So you must add it. (The fact that it is somewhere is irrelevant - all that matters is it is not in the class path.)

  • Error 404 -- NOT FOUND when running a form in form 11g

    Hi All,
I got this problem when I run the forms using internet explorer.
I work on Forms 11g which uses weblogic 10.3 for web deployment of the forms.
    Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
    10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
Can any one tell me where it went wrong.
    Thanks

Let's start by clearing up some confusion.
    PORTS
In version 11.1.1.x here are how the common ports are defined by default:
    1. HTTP Server - 8888
    2. WLS_FORMS - 9001
    3. WLS_REPORTS - 9002
    4. WLS Admin Server - 7001
So, if you understand how ports work in general, you should see that there are two ways to run a form. You can either go through HTTP Server or call WLS_FORMS directly. This means that both of the following would work, although one would be a direct path and the other would route the request through the HTTP Server:
    <li>http://ie1fdtfc5zl1s:9001/forms/frmservlet?config=frmdemo
    <li>http://ie1fdtfc5zl1s:8888/forms/frmservlet?config=frmdemo
Port 7001, will always be the Admin Server port by default for the Classic domain. By default, the only thing you can do from here is access EM or WLS Console.
As for the tns issue, by default, both the Builder and runtime will expect to find tnsnames.ora in the Instance Home \config so be sure you are adding the correct entries to the correct file.
You can hard code a path to the file which you prefer be used by setting TNS_ADMIN in default.env (e.g. TNS_ADMIN=C:\Oracle\mytnsdirectory). This will apply only to running forms and not the Builder.
Also, here is something which often is confusing to many people.... just because you launched your form from the Builder does not mean that the running form has anything to do with the Builder at that point. In other words, when you click on the RunForm button in the builder all you are doing is passing a url to a browser. The browser and the form are not using any of the Builder's settings except those which may have been passed in the URL (e.g. username/password). ALL running forms are considered "runtime". This means all of the environment configuration information for a running form will need to be set in default.env. The Builder, on the other hand will rely on the System variable, Windows Registry (or shell if on Unix).

  • Class not found when I run JSPs

I set up and can run JSPs in iPlanet 4.1 SP9 on NT. But if I use anything
such as Date() I get a Server Error and a Class Not Found in the error log.
Can someone tell me how to confire where the .class and .jar support files
go, or where do I put them. In the JDK install directory or in the iPlanet
    install directory.
    Thanks, Gary

Something to note, you must have superuser priveleges to run ibconf.
Check out this document about installing a PCI-GPIB on a Solaris machine. There is a section in it on page 9 about configuring the software with ibconf.
If you still have problems after reading through this repost.

    Hi,
'Class not found' in the Mapping Workbench usually means that one of your classes was not included in the 'class path' panel. In the Mapping Workbench select the project -&gt; Class Path -&gt; Add Entry...
For example, in my case I have Person.class, which is part of the package com.toplink.course. 'C:\dev\tl400\classes\com\toplink\course&gt;Person.class'
So in the Mapping Workbench -&gt; Class Path I put 'C:\dev\tl400\classes'
    Raanan.

  • Package not found when importing in JSP

I'm now using Weblogic 6.0 SP 2 for development. I did a test application, containing
EJBs, and a JSP. Package the applications to an EAR file. Then I deploy the test
application using hot-deploy - just drop the EAR into the domain\application folder.
When I call the JSP page, I get an error saying that the package I'm importing
is not found. What is wrong?? The test application works on Weblogic 5.1
My WAR file contains only the JSP and XML descriptor. Do I need to include classes
inside??? Don't think that is correct.
              Please advise.

It was a bad mistake. Made an error in the application.xml, which refer to an invalid
JAR file. Made the correction and it works like magic.
              Thanks :)

  • Error: "file not found" when try to display image on report

    Dear All
I have a problem when running my report.
My Table emp_info Stores all data about employees in addition to the employee image path.
I made a report that display employee information including its photo.
I run my report passing the parameter p_emp_id to display the desired emploree information.
I made a field on the report to display the employee image
and i set its property READ FROM FILE = YES and FILE FORMAT=IMAGE
    But the following error occurs
    "File '\\iai3\iaigc\ALL\emp_images\51.JPG' not found. "
I'm sure that the path is correct
But i do not know why the report stops and can not read the image path.
    My platform is:
Oracle application server installed on linux
and oracle report builder installed on widows for development

    Dear aweiden
    thanks for replaying
I belive you are right . I think the problem is in the path.
But there is something that i did not mentioned to you. I work on two different servers.
1- "iai2" : Linux server which contains oracle application server.
2- "iai3" Windows 2003 server which contained oracle database 10g and the folder "aigc\ALL\emp_images" which contains Employees images
I think that the problem is that Linux server can not understand the path "\\iai3\iaigc\ALL\emp_images\51.JPG".
Do you have any idea how the path should be changed so that Linux can recognizes it.
    Thanks in advance
