Error file "IphoneOSBundleResourceRules.plist" does not exist. (beta5)

Question

when compiling new Cocoa Touch Application to debug onto Iphone Device.
there is no resourcerules directory in
/developer/platforms/iphonesimulator.platform/developer/library/xcode
and the is no iphoneOSBundleResourceRules.plist file in
/developer/platforms/iphonesimulator.platform/developer/library/xcode/resourceru les/

brand new beta 5 install

We discovered that beta 5 occasionally deletes iPhoneOSBundleResourceRules.plist somehow. It should be in /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/ResourceRules. The file was new in beta 4. If you can find it somewhere, it's enough to copy it back. If not, create a new plain text file in TextEdit, name it "iPhoneOSBundleResourceRules.plist", copy & paste the text below into it & save. (NOTE: This is from beta 4):
