Error from array input

I'm using a DBL array input so the user can set several values.
Now I recognized an error: When the user inputs "0", the VI gives
me a ~"-1E-12", this leads to an error message as I do some range
checking... What's wrong?
This only occurs, when the user manually inputs values. When I preset
the array with values loaded from a config file, everything works fine.

Well, how to add an attachment, when you use www.google.com to post

I try to explain: this vi is part of the inputs & configuration vi's
of a bigger measurement program (+100 vi's).
It get's its predefined values from global variables. Then it copies
these globals to the local controls. The user can change/add/delete
values in these controls (in this case an array input) and when he/she
is ready, he/she just presses an ok-button. Then the vi does a range check
and when all is ok, the values from the local array input is copied
back to the global variable.
The problem now: Normally the user loads a config file, all values are
read and copied into the global variables. Then the user is force
d to
check all values in those configuration-vi's by pressing "Ok" in every
sub-vi and everything is ok. But the last time I didn't use a config file
and tried to input all the values from the configuration vi's. That's
when I noticed this misbehavior: I tried to input a "0", but the vi
thought of getting ~"-1E-12" (found out via debugging mode).
Any help/advice?

Incoming IDOC Error "No batch input data from the screen SAPMV45A 4001"

Hello ,
The Incoming IDOC with Message type 'ORDERS' is triggering the error message "No batch input data from the screen SAPMV45A 4001" with message no 00344 . There is an SAP note 785000 to handle this type of error message which has been already implemented. Still we are encountering few IDOC error's at the time of sales order creation. The IDOC reaches status 51 throwing the error which is again reprocessed through BD87 .
We are unable to replicate the similar scenerio in Development & Testing systems as it works fine.
Can any one kindly advise how to eliminate the error "No batch input data from the screen SAPMV45A 4001" message at the time of Incoming IDOC processing.

E Bay Sign in no longer works after Firefox Security Update 3.6.6 , return message from eBay is error in your input while signing in

When signing in to eBay, I get an error message stating that there was an error in my input when I attempted to sign in... which also brings up the sign in page again... had no problems prior to the Firefox Security Update 3.6.6..... I can "claim " I forgot my password and using the forgotten password link... get into My eBay... but if I log out and then sign back in a day later... it's the same old thing all over again.... this browser is becoming as much a problem as Internet Explorer has been for years... Any computer tech would know that it is likely not firefox causing this issue, but an incompatibility with a new ebay sign-in page and the firefox browser. The browser only does what the code on the page tells it to. I have seen the issue with other sites that work with IE or with Safari, but not firefox and some that work with firefox and IE but not Safari, it is the web developer's fault for the page that isn't working, not your browser.
---It is possible that it is a firefox issue, but it is most likely an issue with the webpage itself. I do not have a problem signing into ebay at all with firefox.

Error: File Server Input is down while Export/Import the Unv from Desktop C

Hi All,
We have SAP BI 4.0 in Linux and installed the client components in Desktop. when we try to Import/Export the Universe to repository we are getting the Error: File Server Input is down and it's same with Webi Rich also.
We are suspecting the firewall is stopping the Data packets because the person who is working in the client environment is able to do these without any issues.
The main issue with PORTS and we are not at all sure which ports are required to be open.
If anyone has solution please let us help.

They use the ports you assigned during installation.
Tomcat ports are shown in tomcat's server.xml
The port set for CMS are in CMC > servers>properties of the CMS server.
The rest - simple follow instructions in the admin guide and you'll be OK.

How can I read bytes from std input using nextByte()

Hi. I am trying to read input text from std input into a byte array. I used the following procedure but have been getting errors
Scanner myScanner = new Scanner(System.in);
     do{
          List[i] = myScanner.nextByte();
          i++;
     }while(i<List.length);
When i try to print the List array after this loop, i get an InputMismatchException and Unknown Source error. What could be responsible for this?

i don't really know what you're trying to do, but try this:

        }this code creates an array of byte elements. the length of the array is 10 ( = new byte[*10*]). the for loop let's you fill the array with byte numbers over the keyboard.

Those are the specs of the Software Components, the backend... As we mentioned before, download the latest SAPGUI version and install it in your PC...
The latest SAPGUI can be downloaded from https://websmp204.sap-ag.de/support, go to Downloads, then "Browse the Navigation Area", on the left click "A-Z Index", then click on "G" and you'll see the "SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS" option, click on it...
You can download it from here... Please notice your OSS user needs authorization to do so... Probably need to check with your Basis guys for this...

Issues with signal input adaptive filtering, it won't filter the added noise from the input waveform

I have an issue with my adaptive noise cancellation program. Essentially I want to input a custom wav add noise to it and then filter the noise away in order to gain the custom wav again.
While doing so I want to read the learning curve and read the adaptive coefficients. Unfortunately I have an issue when it comes to the filtering of the custom wav+noise. It won't filter the signal at all.

Thanks for the reply. I am currently using the Adaptive Filter Toolkit in order to obtain those VIs. The VIs which are in use are the LMS Adaptive Filter ones.
I figured there might be an error with the input of the array. This VI requires a DBL Array but it seems like it can not process it.
The "Get Wavefirn Components" works better now but I still have an issue with a time. I put a 9s wav file in but it only computes it in a very short time and I can not play the file while it is computing.
I added the modified program to the attachments.
This program is ought to read a waveform file add noise to it and then use an adaptive filter in order to get the orginal waveform back again and if possible either store or play the final waveform.

Remove text field from Array via for loop

Hi,
i have a problem to remove text fields added via for loop.
That im doing is, via for loop im dynamically creating menu with 10 buttons.
Each button contain, dynamically created, background (shape) and text field.
And everything is fine.
But when im try to remove text fields then i got this error:
- Im using button to remove text fields - lang_btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, clickHandler);
ArgumentError: Error #2025: The supplied DisplayObject must be a child of the caller.

How to get signal from analog input and send it to analog output (real-time)

Hi everyone,
I am doing simple task in Visual C++ and I am using PCI-6221(37 pin).
Basically, I want to send same signal from 'analog input' to 'analog output'
at the same time (almost), to make it real-time application.
Can someone please provide me sample program.
I would appreciate if you could provide me with the good tutorial which explains
step by step everything about programing NI-DAQmx for C/C++.

This is my code in C++, you can optimize it if it looks too messy. This code reads signal from analog input and outputs it through analog output.
To make this code work additional include directories and library directories must be added from NI.
I hope it helps someone.

This normally means that you are trying to insert data on a screen for which a particular field is not available.
So check screen number, screen fields and report name. In case of screen fields, use F1, F9 (technical information), and check the name of the screen field for batch processing (all the way at th bottom of the pop-up). This can differ from actual name of the screen field.
If all this is ok, try to create a recording of the transaction with SM37.

i'm trying to clone a database. It is in archive log mode.
I took a full back using below command

NOREDO would be used when you have a Consistent Backup (i.e. backup taken when the database is MOUNTed but not OPEN) and so, no archivelogs need to be applied. (This would also be the case for a NOARCHIVELOG database).

Bill David,
I can see several possibilities for an empty array:
1. You initialize the shift register with an empty array, so if nothing ever gets added to the array it will remain empty.
2. Part of the image is cut off. If an empty string is passed (although you may be testing for this in the cut off portion), the array will be empty.
3. If a non-empty strnig is passed but its format or contents does not translate to a non-empty array of strings, the output of the for loop will be an empty array.
Some additional possiblities could produce non-empty arrays with all zeros, NaN, or Infinities, but those would generate different errors.
Try putting indicators on the data string, on the string array, and on the numeric array to see what you are getting.

I have a piece of code a need a little help with. I created a method that is supposed to read an array and look for a .,?, or !, which denotes that this is the end of the sentence. I am trying to invoke the method to print out whether or not the end of the sentence has been found, but i can not get the method to work with the array. I keep getting incompatible types errors.
