Error!! Help... thanks.....

Question

Halo, i am doing a JSP program with Java script. Here i am facing some problems to passing the value for checking purposes.
Basically, i want to retrieve value from database and pass to JS function to check whether have any "empty value" or not. If got "empty value" then will call user to enter any value to that fields.
Problems:
1. i can't print out all the value after pass to the JS function.(i am using document.writeln(value);
2. Error show document.all.txttodate.value is null or not object.
3. i am able to print out the 1st field of 1st records, the rest can't print out.
So, what i need to change in my coding??
Here is my coding...
notes:
1. the value show using <input type="text field" is correct.
2. i am using for loop in the JS function for checking if more than 1 record..

Can you check something for me please, amir? Is your QuickTime Player currently failing to launch too? (Knowing whether it does or not can give us a heads up on what is causing the iTunes DEP.)
