Error in Calling Autoinvoice Import Program request from oracle froms.

Hi,
I am using the following code to call the above concurrent request to transfer the data from AR interface table to the base table.

The request gets completed with error. The diagnostic shows the following error
"This request finished with an error and produced the following completion message: Usage: program oracleid request_id Y
The processing began on 30-OCT-2009 17:53:13 and ended on 30-OCT-2009 17:53:14. You may find more information on the cause of the error in the request log or the concurrent manager log."
I have used similar method to execute AP interface import program and it worked. The above request is a spawned request. Any help would be appreciated.

If the call does compile and succeed syntactically, then the problem is not PL/SQL or forms-related, but eBusiness-related. You should ask your question in the eBusiness-forum and the AP developers guide for the interface specification.

I executed the debug suggested in these docs and i received the following error in stored in a table FND_LOG_MESSAGES: ZX.PLSQL.ZX_SRVC_TYP_PKG.IMPORT ORA-01001: invalid cursorAny ideas? I saw the package and the procedure but don't know what to do with it....

Urgent : Error in Autoinvoice Import Program

Hello Experts,
Hope you are doing well!!!
I have defined two responsibilities "GEL_Receivables" and "GEL_Receivables Super User".
When i am trying to import in "GEL_Receivables" Responsibilities system is rejecting the import and showing below error :
"The document sequencing feature is enabled, but no 'Automatic' document sequence exists within Oracle Receivables
for this document category and date. ((Null))".
But when the same Program when i m running "GEL_Receivables Super User" system is able to import. Could someone please suggest me what would be the problem. I am facing this problem in production.

File Not found error when calling Form Post Method to a JSP from JSP Portlet

I have built a set of JSP forms using post method to call other JSPs. Normally, the code looks like

I migrated the calling form containing this code to a portlet, but not the MyJsp.jsp. When I submit the form, I get a file not found in Jserv.log
Exception:javax.servlet.ServletException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\servlet\RegisterCompany.jsp (The system cannot find the file specified)
[14/06/2001 13:59:59:679 PDT] JspServlet: unable to dispatch to requested page: Exception:javax.servlet.ServletException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: d:\oracle\isuites\apache\apache\MyJsp.jsp (The system cannot find the file specified)
I notice that launching the calling jsp from a portlet, my opriginal context that uses ../Apache/Apache/htdocs is not being searched for the JSp. Why is this? Moreover, I try to set up an Alias in httpd.conf file to the this director and use it with the jsp in the action tag, but still get an error that my jsp servlets/Myjsp can't be found. Why is it insiting on looking at servlets context instead of htdocs.
I have none of these issues outside of Portal30 using IAS.

Initially, I couldn't do this unless I moved tghe jsp's up to the root directory of IAS, i.e ../Apache/Apache. Nomrally, htdocs is my doc directory for IAS. I could not do http:\\myUrl\htdocs\myJsp. If I tgried this, I got an error in Apache error logg that said can't find file ..\htdocs\htdocs\MyJsp.jsp.
If I just tried the the URL http:\\myUrl\MyJsp.jsp with Jsp file in htdocs, I would get an error in the Jserve log that file d:\oracle\isuites\apache\apache\MyJsp.jsp could not be found. Once I moved the file MyJsp to Apache/Apache directory, it could be found using http:\\myUrl\MyJsp.jsp. Later, I delted these files and kept the ones in htdocs and they continued to work.
I'm confused why launching pages through portal isn't consistant with Apache Standards. Where is the documentation that tells me how to configure context and aliases for pages launched from portal pages?

Error while trying to submit Access request to GRC from IDM

We have SAP IDM 7.2 SP8 installed and done all the prerequisite for connecting to GRC AC 10 as in configuration document.
We are trying to submit request to GRC using Standard GRC provisioning framework task ( AC Validation) but pass: Submit AC Request fails with error: "Pass stopped by script"
Is there anything wrong with the script which put RoleData details since its getting aborted ?
I tried providing Role name directly in Role data attribute inside the action task and got following error:

From where exactly ITEM NAME field value will be fetched and pass to GRC for request creation ?

I got my issue fixed, There was issue with my GRC Initial load job which couldn't enrich repository privileges and hence the issue was coming since script wasn't able to find GRC ROLE ID and Application ID attribute from privileges.

I need to call a java program and pass parameters from C#

I'm new to C# and was given a project to rewrite some of my old VB.net programs to C# to help me learn. These VB programs call quite a few .bat files that have calls to java programs in them. I'm doing okay converting my VB code, but I've been
stumped for days trying to figure out how to call java from C#.
Does anyone here know how to do this? I really should've had this figured out by now and my back is to the wall. Ugh :(

Calling a C program as an RFC from SAP : VERY URGENT

Hi All,
I have got a SAP program which is trying to call a C program on the UNIX server of the SAP system. I have created the RFC destination in SM59 and have tested the connection to be working fine. inside the C program , a code has been written to create a sample file on the server. Now when i am executing the SAP program, though the file gets created, but i am getting an Exception of "SYSTEM ERROR" at the SAP side.
Can anybody help on this regard why I am getting that error?

I use oracle enterprise manager to find which query requires more time to execute but how can i find which user is firing this query and this query is fired from oracle form or from oracle reports.

Can you put your coding between code statements, like shown in the FAQ. It will be easier to read.
Looking at your script, my first guess is that crontab will not find your sqlplus since your script does not have $HOME/bin in the $PATH. From what I understand, running .profile in your script will not work either because variables are exported to sub-shells, not to the shell above. You can call your script with a dot like . ./script which means that the script will run like it was typed at the command prompt. But it will be less confusing to define appropriate variables in the script. eg.
ORACLE_SID=my_instance_name
ORACLE_HOME=/my_path_to_oracle_home_directory
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib
PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
I remember some slightly different way of coding to handle the sqlplus return codes.
For instance:
sqlplus -s /nolog > /dev/null <<-EOF
connect system/manager
@ssm.sql
whenever oserror exit failure
whenever sqlerror exit failure
EOF
sql_err=$?
if [ $sql_err -ne 0 ]; then
echo "FAILURE"
else
echo "SUCCESS"
fiThe - in -EOF supresses tab's
Using connect will prevent ps from showing your login credentials
In some versions of bash the ending EOF needs to be at the beginning of the line to work.

Btw, if you "source" a script running it like . .script, than an exit in that script will log you out.

Calling a remote program on the server from the client

Hi, I'm new to Java/Jdeveloper/Oracle I'm writing a small app in
Jdeveloper 3.2 running on Windows that connects to an Oracle
8.1.6 on a Redhat Linux. I have a few programs writen in C that
run on the server, and would like to call them from the client
machine with a few parameters. is there a way of doing that?
it's just like calling "ls -la filename" from the remote
client. BTW, I don't need to get a response from the server, I
just need to initiate the call.
