I have a created and train an association model with the following structure:

Hi,
Goto Settlement Profile check you have maintained the valid receiver "settlement optional" for the receiver you mentioned in the settlement rule.
If that settings are in place. then goto IMG>PS>Costs>Automatic and periodic allocations>Settlement>Define settlement rule for network>Assign strategies and default rule for network types.
in that check out whether you can mentioned default rule as '00' for the network types you are using, if yes change the same to 'PS1'.

I can't see where is the missing configuration point.

Count() function throws error in EQL query for metric

I am trying to use count function in EQL query for Metric Bar to show the number of occurrences of a record.
When the record type doesn't exist i expect the function to return count as 0. Instead the function throws a runtime exception and the whole Metric Bar portlet fails, with error No Results Available. Even though other components in the metric bar have valid results.

Two statements are used here because the original question was pertaining to the null set (where there are employees in the nav state but no employees that fit the special analytics criteria in the navigation state). The question/answer has nothing to do with what is in the COUNT parentheses clause as Counting a null set will always give you NULL, not 0, no matter what you put in there.
What we're really doing, in the second part of the query, is writing a query over a set of data that is not the null set (i.e. the current navigation state). This allows the 0 value to come through in the case where the first analytics statement is evaluated over a null set of records. If there were truly no records in the navigation state, this too would return a null set and not zero.

Two Parameters for Association Rules Algorithm

I'm working on association rules algorithm dmx.
every sample is just on parameter. Like Product name. Then algorithm find correlation with products.
But in my db has many products that is the same name but different supplier name. So i must to calculate and find relation by supplier name and product name. Do you have any idea or sample?

Hello -- if you look at the "Sample Excel Data" which comes with the Excel data mining add-in, there is a table in there which shows the layout. There would be one record per product, and then you could have multiple records per supplier.
Or you could be saying that the transactions have multiple combinations of products and suppliers. In that case, you can perform the analysis either on the supplier or the product. Since the product names are same across suppliers, I would concatenate
product and supplier together into a single field.

Data for Association rules

I want to apply an AR model to data that are not "Transactional Data" but "Single-record case data".
Is it possible to do it with Oracle Data Miner (SQL3) ?
The docs says :
"Association Rules is normally used with transactional data, but it can also be applied to single-record case data (similar to other algorithms)."
But I don't found how !

Hi,
The Association node in ODMr only takes transactional data input, BUT, you can create a AR model using 2d data using the API and then use the Model node in ODMr to pull the AR model in for viewing.
See simple script below that can be run in SQL Developer Worksheet as a script:

Hi KM,
When you want to use a fiscal period, you need to say whick fiscal variant you'll be using.
This fiscal variant, depends on the company code you are using.
You might find out with some FI person how many fiscal variants are using at your company. If it's only one (or at least only one applies for this query), add 0FISCVARNT infoobject in your query and select the fiscal variant you were told.
But, as you are using a BC variable, maybe this variable needs to use 0comp_code infoobject to determine automatically the fiscal variant.
So,
1. try selecting a fiscal variant in filters.
2. try adding 0comp_code to your query.

Error while running query for a specific table

I need your help please.
I've configured everything correctly in my SCCM environment. And i used to connect the CAS database from a separate box(same domain) which has SSMS console installed in it. Now the problem is, whenever i try to run a query in CAS database locally, it runs
successfully. But when i connect the CAS database remotely and run the same query with the same login i used in CAS, it says the below error. This is happening from past 2 days only. :'(
Query ran :

I checked the SQL connection authentication information it says authenticated by kerberos using below query :

According to your description, you get the logon issue when connecting to CAS database remotely and execute query. Right?
In this scenario, this error can happen when the SPN account is registered without setting 'trusted for delegation' property. Account must be trusted for delegation in order for Kerberos delegation to succeed. Here's a blog talking about your scenario, please

Errors executing bulk query when updating a Sharepoint Linked List from Access

Hi all,
I have a Sharepoint list that is a Linked List with MS Access. It has just under 5,000 items (4,864), thus meaning it avoids the reduction in functionality lists of greater than 5,000 items have.
Among the list are five calculated columns. These take the information from another column (different employee numbers), and by using a formula produce a clickable link to my company's Directory page, where that particular employee's info is displayed. I'm
not sure if these five columns are relevant to my query, but I'm mentioning them in case.
My problem is this: Frequently when I run any query on the list that updates the list, I get this error: "There were errors executing the bulk query or sending the data to the server. Reconnect the tables to resolve the
conflicts or discard the pending changes".
When I review the errors, it says they conflict with errors a previous user made (with that previous user being me). It frequently highlights several columns, despite the info in them being identical, and the calculated columns (with the original showing
the value they contained and the new showing #VALUE! (as Access can't display the formulas).
However, if I click Retry All Changes, all the update stick and everything seems fine. Why is this happening? It's proving very annoying and is really stopping the automation of my large number of queries. A list of 5000 items isn't particular big (and they've
got roughly 100 columns, although I didn't think that was too large either, given Excel's 200+ column limit).
Is this due to poor query design and SQL? Is this due to connectivity issues (which I doubt, as my line seems perfect)? Is this due to Access tripping over itself and not executing the update on each row in the table, but rather executing them concurrently
and locking itself up? I'm at wit's end about it and really need to get this sorted.

According to your description, my understanding is that you got an error when you used a linked list from Access.
The table that you are updating is a linked table that does not have a primary key or a unique index. Or, the query or the form is based on a linked table that does not have a primary key or a unique index. Please add the primary key or a unique index.

I've developed a model in ODM GUI for association rules.
I'm now looking to develop the same in PL/SQL.
I need to know how to specify the case id that has 2 attributes (CUST_ID and TIME_ID) and I have the PROD_ID as the ITEM ID. I have the following settings table and PLSQL

This error is generated on the sample data as used in the ORACLE 10G Release 2 Data Mining Tutorial, and on other datasets that I tried.
My sense is that the algorithm is expecting data in the datatype of DM_NESTED_NUMERICALS, even though the documentation asks for transactional data. When I converted to nested columns, the prog errored out again as it was expecting a number rather than nested column.??

I reviewed the tutorial and tested out the example for Association Rules. The example uses SH.SALES and SH.PRODUCTS.
It worked fine.
ODMr converts the "transactional" data, in the case of Association Rules, into DM_NESTED_NUMERICALS.
When ODM documentation refers to transactional data, it implies the use of nested columns. This can be confusing given that older versions of ODM actually supported a "transactional format", which is now supported only through nested columns.
I copied the following view definition that was passed in to ODM to build the Association Rules model (based on the tutorial noted above). Take a look at them to get a better understanding on what ODMr is doing to prepare the data.
If you can give us a specific example including the tutorial table you used and the settings you specified in the Association Rules Wizard, I can review that to see what the problem might be.
