Error in RJVMFinder.findOrCreate(RJVMFinder.java:199)

Question

Hello,
I am getting an java.io.IOException: Empty server reply; No available router to
destination at weblogic.rjvm.RJVMFinder.findOrCreate(RJVMFinder.java:199) in
Weblogic 8.1
The whole exception is as follows.

Before calling the above method, url is set to t3://localhost:7001, user - system
and password - weblogic
Could anyone put a light on how to get rid of this exception?

The package was installed accordingly to "Java(tm) Communications API Linux Installation Instructions":
$ls /usr/lib/libLinuxSerialParallel.so

What else does it need?
