Hi gurus...
when i start sap , after initializing all the servers ,come WAIT mode...i click on sap logon ...then its giving me an error ..."RUN TIME ERROR - DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST.
ERROR ANALYSIS :
IN A STATEMENT AN INVALID REQUEST WAS MADE TO THE DATABASE INTERFACE WHEN ACCESSING TABLE "DOTKL".
CAN ANYBODY PLZ GIVE ME THE SOLUTION.

make a note of the actions and input which caused the error.
to resolve the problem, contact sap system admin.
you can use trasaction st22 (abap dump analysis) to view the administer termination messages,especially those beyond their normal deletion date.

start the work process affected and repeat the action that lead to the error.if the error is occuring in a program that you can make changees to ,you should try to solve the problem yourself.reformulate the database command by varying its attributes.single record accesses can be replaced by input/output using internal tables and vice versa,selection criteria (WHERE clause) can be restructured,and nested SELECT loopscan be replaced by FOR ALL ENTRIES and similar formulations.
Please check the entries in the system log (transaction sm21). also check entries in the developers trace for the correspond corresponding work process(transaction st11).
you may be able to find an interim solution to the problem in the sap note system.if u have access to the note system urself,use the following search criteria:
"DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST" C
"SAPLSDOC" or "LSDOCU01"
"DOCU_READ".
so now pls gve me the solution gurus.

I successfully installed SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial Version on Vista home edition. I was able to start the application server by following the steps outlined by Marcelo Ramos at the following link:

I have installed the Webcenter Sites and can access the home ( http://localhost:7101/servlet/wem/fatwire/home ) .

If WCS is indeed installed on http://localhost:7101 and it can't see http://127.0.0.1:7101 then you should check to see if there is any restriction on the app server, OS, or firewall (though these requests probably aren't leaving the box) that could be preventing requests of this sort. You're seeing the event engine trying to talk to the event host.

May I ask what you mean by "first start Windows services related to MaxDB" ?
I have what I believe is very a similar problem.
Only the MessageServer starts in sapmmc. The Dispatcher soon stops and I then get the message

The best I can get is that the disp+work.EXE Dispatcher is "Running, Message Server connection, OK, Dialog Queue time: 0.00 sec" after starting in sapmmc but it stops after 1:15 with the above message.

I now find the message that the system cannot find a file that I see is in fact present under the path given in the message:

Key has not yet been entered.
what should be done to get it working properly.

According to the error message “please wait while we load sign in”, I find a similar issue. The user solved it by deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office. You can attempt this method to check if it works.

I've installed the recent Java update to 1.4.2_05 so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. I honestly can't say if it does since this is the first time that I've run the application outside of NetBeans 3.6, which I'm using for development. Also, you may have noticed that I'm using ant to execute the appliction.
So, I'm stumped as to what is causing Java to be unable to find the Aqua look and feel. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ask in the PS forum and provide exact system information. Most such issues can simply be attributed to hardware acceleration issues, in this case most likely overlay drawing issues with the crop preview. Turn that stuff off in the prefs and see if it makes a difference.

I can start AS by using MMC but server stopped after 1 minute so that I can't log on.
(color is not green as Manfred Lutz wrote in his blog but yellow!)

I am trying to launch Dreamweaver CC and keep getting application error.

When i ran brconnect using cmd.exe i received the following error

I think is important mention this, i had problem 1 setp before about the brtools 7.00

Ok Markus, i did the following
First i downloaded vcredist_<platform>.exe from Microsoft web page and retry the installation
And the following error i got
Operative System open's a Window that say following
brconnect.exe Unable to locate component "this application has failed to start because orasql10.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

Essbase Dimension build error and Unable to Stop/Start Application

I am trying to build the dimendion in the ASO application it is throwing the Error meaasage " Dimension Biuld failed , ther may be problem in allocating memory".
While i am trying to and Start/Stop my respective Application it is throwing the below error meaasge
I tried to debug this issue by checking the Locked objects, and asked my Admin to close my sessions forcebully if any running and also checking all rules files . But i didn't get any clue/solution from them.

Thanks for your answer friend. My admin has successfully killed my session forcebully. And he doubted that i may not have enough rights to Stop/Start application and he provided me the required rights. After that also the error is repeating as below. we two are not getting where we went wrong.
