Error in the SAP ERP 6.0 Installation

i have a error in the phase 43 of 46 in the ERP 6.0 Installation.
Here are my UTL_configure_usages.log , i hope everone can help me by the solution. It´s my first time at the Installation of a SAP System.

My env. is the following

OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b09)

Memory in the machine is 16 GB. I have tried bringing up the installer on a different linux redhat 5.4 machine and there are no issues there

I did try changing the java to 1.4.2 but I still get the same behaviour. The gui just hangs.

BADI_IDM_HR_COMMUNICATION update employee data in the SAP ERP HCM system.

I am using SAP identity management 7.1 and ERP ECC 6.0 EHP4. I amanage to pull data from HCM into identity store and create an account in active directory.
I am now trying to update employee data in the SAP ERP HCM system with the email address using Business Add-In (BAdI) Implementation BADI_IDM_HR_COMMUNICATION of BAdI definition BADI_EXTEND_IDENTITY.
I do not know how to call the BADI from SAP identity management.
Can you please help as i need this to finish the user provisioning ?

Having problem with the SAP ERP on HANA trial

Well, I left my SAP ERP Foundation Extension powered by SAP HANA - Fully Activated Appliance Landscape Trial suspended for about a week. When I re-activated the instance, I could connect to the SAP clients but not log in.
I get the "Logon not possible (error in license check)" message.
I also logged into my AWS console to look at the system log.
The log ends with a number of entries like:

unicode enabled version
2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = HDB --- SERVER = '' PORT = ''"
R3trans finished (0012).
Is there anyway to fix this? or do I just terminate and start over, again. (yes, this is the forth or fifth time I've had to rebuild).

Hi Brian,
there is a bug in the SAP Kernel which unfortunately invalidates the license after each reboot. We are already working on releasing a new version of the SAP ERP Foundation Extension Trial end of this week/early next week which will fix the error.
Alternatively you might fetch the new kernel from the Service Marketplace (if you have access). You would need SAP Kernel 7.41 PL47 for Linux x86_64. After launching the instance in CAL before it turns "green" in the CAL UI you would need to exchange the binaries after logon via ssh.
Quite complex to do, so the suggestion is to wait until end of this week/early next week until we are able to release a new version of the appliance incl. the fix.

I can not find any information about initial scrren, as before the log in.

The problem was solved.
I found notes about this case. notes number is 205487.
process like this:
1) using transaction se61
2) change 'document class' field -> 'General text'
3) input Name field [ZLOGIN_SCREEN_INFO]
4) Click Create button.
5) and u can see the text-editor
6) insert ur message and save.
that's all

Document store access caused errors in the SAP Correction System

Hi Gurus,
I have this user who is trying to make changes to a workbook in DEV which is published to a folder with some users who are assigned to role. This user is the only user with Developer 2 role. When the user make changes and try to save the workbook to her role or favorites so that the changes are transported to BWP, the user is getting "Document store access caused errors in the SAP Correction System".
Do we have any suggestions/solutions, I would really appreciate any help on this.I would also assign full points for the most helpful answer.

I have exactly the same problem with the user who is trying to save the workbook, where he made minor change.

I somewhere heard that there are 1500 webservices in the SAP ERP.
I searched in the workplace to find out the details about the webservices.
But to my surprise I found near about 300 enterprise services interfaces and about 650 enterprise services operations.
Can anyone give me close to exact no. of webservices in the the latest release of SAP ERP?

can i add a Splash Screen to the SAP B1 DE Simple Installer ?
if yes how to do it.
when i deploy my addons i want the installer to accept an installation serial & install the addons only if the serial key entered in valid.

Hi Ketan,
You can add as many screens as you like in the simple installer. You only need to open the generated project and add you screen as the other steps already there. To desing your screen you only have to manage with .NET windows design.

During the installation, the system stop at 33 or 34% of the complete installation. I've verified the system requirements and need some help to pass this step :

I've delete all files, all references to SAP with the regedit and made others tries but with practically the same results ... It can be made on other packages ...
I don't understand how can i resolve it and need your helps.

so ... i don't understand why ... I retry to make th einstallation on the first Windows and i've always the same error but not at the same place. It stops between 33 and 35% of the installation during the check of the package ... very strange.
Have you made the installation with the SP3 or do you using the Netweqver with that ? Becquse my problem comes during the installation. I'll try to make the upgrade of the Windows to control the good working of the system (i think there is no problem with that .... but in the doubt )

I'm installing IDES for the first time and I ran into this issue. The installation starts okay and goes on for a while at the point where it installs the software units it throws an error message:

Guys,
I fixed the issue, it was the version of Java on my server. I had Java JDK version 1.4.2_29 installed which was causing the problem. I downgraded Java to version 1.4.2_13 and it worked like a charm.

Could you help me which files i need to download from market place?

ERP 6.0 SR3 Upgrade Master Windows Server on x64 64bit ;
SAP ERP 6.0 SR3 Components ;
SAP ERP Central Component 6.0 SR3 Language DVD Hebrew
But where is the sapinstall.exe `?!?!
I need it till tomorrow, i hope you could help me...
I dont have any SAP - System installed on this system. On another i have the crm 7, but we want it seperate.
Is ERP and ECC the same one?

Before starting any installation or upgrade project ,please please go through the installation guide ,master guide and other such guide from service market place
Believe me they are the best practice guide cretaed by SAP and has everthing which is requred from prepartion to execution to after care of system .
The CD's needed for installation or upgrade will be metioned in master guide itself with cd number .
If you still have any doubt after that please let us know here

I did not mean the Spool File Directory.
I mean the parameter "SAP Server Application Location". The parameter above FTP Location.
Under the configuration guide it is said for this parameter that:
"The report directory on the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application servers. This is the temporary storage location for security reports generated by background jobs. Virtual directories delivered in the ERP system, such as DIR_HOME and DIR_TMP, are supported. These directories are viewed with SAP ERP transaction, AL11. The same directory name is used for all SAP back-end systems."
