Error in Upload CSV file

Question

Hi All
I am getting wrong data in my table column.
I am having one table ABC(A_TEST1 VARCHAR(250) , A_TEST2VARCHAR(250));
In my file data is
COL 1, COL 2
A,"A,A"
B,
C,"C,C"
D,
E,"E,E"
The code which i am using for upload data is below.

Hi,
Your code do not handle data where is separators even you optionally enclosed value.
You need program logic that can handle your data and optionally enclosed values.
