Error in uploading Z FIELDS at header in BAPI_PO_CREATE1

I am using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create PO . We have to upload some Z fields present in Header too. I am using below Code to upload Zfields but i am getting 'Error in transferrring Extension data for enhancement CI_EKKODB'. Please suggest whether i am doing any mistake in transferring data or there is any other method to do this

date fields should not cause any problems... What is the data type for your currency field in MEPOHEADER structure? Did you ensure that BAPI*MEPOHEADER structure has no amount or quantity fields (no integer or float)..
If you look at the code, if your data type is integer or float the Z fields will not be transferred from BAPI structure... as far as I see there is nothing you can do to change that
According to the BAPI customer enhancement concept, you must define your own data structures containing your additional data that is then either transferred to the BAPI or returned by the BAPI. Copy the name of these structures to the STRUCTURE field of the ExtensionIn parameter (or ExtensionOut) for data interpretation.
These data structures must only contain character-like data! Change your data structures accordingly. Otherwise there is no guarantee that data will be transferred correctly.
As per the above quote in OSS note, you cannot have any quantity or amount field in your BAPI*MEPOHEADER structure... if you do, please change it to character... The length of that character field can be determined from "output length " of the associated domain.

Error in updating ALV field catalog in selection tool for Planning Book

Hi ,
I am Implementing BADI '/SAPAPO/SDP_SELECTOR' to upload Custom Fields Data in Planning Book Selection Window under APO Location Product. These Custom Fields are maintained in Custom Table.So from Table whatever Custom Fields are availabe all the fields needs to be available in for selection. Once selection is done the same data to be uploaded into Planning Book.
This BADI is working Fine upto 4 fields but if any extra fields are added in the table 'Error in updating ALV field catalog in selection tool' error Pop Up is coming. Here i am using Folloowing Methods
1). INIT_OBJECT_LIST
2). F4
3). LOC_PROD_VALUE_LIST
Please help on the same if u have any idea or clue.

DB Connect Load - "Unknow error while uploading data from the DB Table"

Hi Experts,
We have our BI7 system connected to Oracle DB based third party tool. The loads are performing quite well in DEV environment.
I would like to know, how we transport DB Connect datasources to Quality systems? Any different process to be followed for DB Connect datasources?
At present the connections between BI Quality and the third party quality systems are established. We transported the DataSource from BI DEV system to BI quality system, but on trigerring an infopackage we are not able to perform loads. It prompts - "Unknow error while uploading data from the DB Table".
Also on comparing the DataSources in DEV system and Quality system there are no fields in "Proposal" tab of datasource in Quality system. Also I cannot change or activate Datasource in Quality system as we dont have change access in quality.
Please advice.

Did this issue get ever get resolved?
I am facing the same one. The loads work successfully in Dev. The transport for DBConnect DS also moved in successfully.
One strange this is that DB User for dev did not automatically change to db user from quality when I transported the DBConnect datasource. DBCon DS still shows me the DB User from Dev in Quality system
I get "Unknown Error" whenever I trigger the data package.

Getting error while uploading a document in a library

Hi,
I'm getting a weird error while uploading the document in the library. And I don't get it all the times but most of the times.
It reads:
The file <library name>/<file name> has been modified by i:0#.<user-id> on <datetime stamp>
How to resolve this ? I have referred many articles on this one, but none helped.

Based on your description, I recommend to check if there are any ItemAdded event receiver or workflows which are triggered when an item is created to update the document properties in the library.
If there is any ItemAdded event receiver on the library, I recommend to wait for ItemAdded to finish before the ListFieldIterator control residing on EditForm.aspx loads (It’s the ListFieldIterator which displays the Item’s fields ).

If there is any workflow on the library, I recommend to add a Pause for Duration step at the beginning of the workflows.
If above cannot work, please check ULS log for detailed error message.
For SharePoint 2013, by default, ULS log is at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS.

Error while uploading text file....

Halo Friends,
I am uploading 4 text files which contain three columns separated by a tab, but when i am trying to upload those files using WS_UPLOAD Function Module i am getting a runtime error saying 'error while uploading/downloading'.

Error while uploading Bank Statement in FF.5

Hello all
I am getting the following error while uploading the Bank Statement file in FF.5-
Termination in statement no. 00000 of acct ; closing record 62F missing
The file format is MT940.
Can somebody throw some light on this message if any1 has encountered this.

Hi,
The error itself is telling u that the closing balance in the bank statement is missing. Check the MT940 format statement in that check whether field 62F is present or not. If that line is missing then system cant understand the format.

Error While Uploading GL Master Data in LSMW

I am running into error while uploading GL master data in LSMW, I created recording through FS00, then I mapped the fields, it all went good till 13th step, but last step got stuck(Run Batch Input Session), when I am running batch input session, system is showing this message "Function Code cannot be selected"

first can you pls check your Hierarchy mode setting in FS00 - before executing Batch input session -
Open FS00 - go to settings - and Do not display navigation tree select radio button and save it
then Now Run fresh LSMW - your issue will resolve

Error while uploading an edited excel file into an internal table

Hi Experts,
I am getting error while uploading an excel file that has been edited.
I am using GUI_UPLOAD for uploading the file into internal table.
In my program I first have to download a file, if I use the same file without editing I am able to read the file.
When I try to edit it and then use it to upload it fails, but this is part of the my requirement.
PLease suggest.

Error while uploading .xml file for Customer/Vendor List for Italy

Hi All,
We are facing problem while uploading the .xml file in DMEE transaction for the new Customer/Vendor List for Italy.
We have followed the entire process given in the OSS Note(1090857).
We have SAP 4.6c and followed the below steps:
1. Created ID-FI-IT Development class
2. Added domains
3. Added Data elements
4. Tried to upload the given .xml file and got any error saying ".xml file could not be interpreted".
Also there is a .SAR file mentioned to upload if we receive any errors while uploading .xml file.
Tried uploading the .SAR file also. STill we are recieving the same Error.
Can any one of you help us out.

Ok, we upload .SAR file in this way:
1. unpack .SAR file with SAPCAR.EXE program. Yuo obtain 2 files
R492445.P9C and K492445.P9C
2. put K492445.P9C in directory \SAPMNT\TRANS\COFILES and put R492445.P9C in directory \SAPMNT\TRANS\DATA of your system (DEV, TST or PRD)
3. Use Tx STMS. If You want create DMEE tree in DEV system, go to DEV import queue. Choose menu Extras | Other requests | Add. Insert P9CK492445 in Transp. request field.
4. Import the request. This creates the DMEE tree. You don't need ti upload XML file after. You can see the DMEE tree created with Tx DMEE and inserting

5. after continue follow the note

Image / file upload error cannot upload image even after setting write permissions

Hi there everyone
I am having this problem when I try to upload a file (image file) to my server
I have a dynamic for working fine , all the other fields insert the information ok then I try to add an image upload behaviour to a file field
When I try to upload the file I get this error
Error:
An error occurred while inserting the records.
File upload error: File upload error. Error creating folder..
File upload error. Internal error.
Developer Details:
tNG_multipleInsert error.
An error occurred while inserting the records. (MINS_ERROR)
File upload error: PHP_UPLOAD_FOLDER_ERROR
File Upload Error. No write permissions in "../../productimages/" folder.
(FILE_UPLOAD_ERROR)
So I login to my server and change the write permissions to 777 and then try again and get the same message
I have closed DW and tried again and still get the same message......
I think I have followed all the steps correctly..... I have done the same type of forms many time and tested them locally on WAMP testing server and all work ok......
So..... Anyone got any ideas

My backend is only for admin, so they are the only ones who can access the

Issue while creating a field at header level in CRM 4.0

Hi,
Using transaction EEWB, I tried to add a custom field at the header level to an existing Project. The Project already had an extension created to which I made the modifications i.e. added the field at header level. But, when I tried to generate the changes, <b>I got the following two errors : 1. No task for editing objects can be determined and 2. Creating of BAdi Implementation failed</b>.
Now, when I try to revert back the changes I am not allowed to do so. Please help me as I am new to CRM. Thanks a lot in advance.

I was at Starbuck's today trying to install new software for my new wireless internet card and when I finished I could no longer access any of my applications that require java... I have a macbook pro dual platform computer. Urgent: Error while uploading into pdf file

Hi ,
I got a requirement that converting smartform into pdf file and sending into application server, And uploading the that pdf file into presentation server once a day am geting error when uploading into pdf format from application server .
Error : There was an error while tryinging to parse an image.
Please help me out its urgent.

Errors while uploading BAI2-Bank statement using FF.5

Hi
I am trying to configure EBS-Electronic bank reconciliation using BAI2 file but when I upload a simple sample file that I created it gives me this error:
Error: (F5 263) The difference is too large for clearing
and
Error: (GLT2 201) Balancing field "Profit Center " in line item 001 not filled
where Line item 001 is
Cr. Main Bank Account
Line item 002 is
Dr. Outgoing clearing account
Posting rule that I've defined is:
Credit Main bank account
Clear Debit G/L account - Outgoign clearing account - (Posting type = 4)
Document type used is ZR-Bank reconciliation
I don't know how to avoid these errors, esp. Error: GLT2 201Balancing field "Profit Center " in line item 001 not filled

Ashish, Try to find some BTE for your requirement. Use FM BTE_FUNCTION_FIND .
