Error Installing Infrastructure + SSO Wizard

Question

Hi, I'm installing infra of identity management with support for SSO, the OUI finish copy and link files fine. But then fails in the SSO wizard with the following error:

Maro,
From the metadata database machine, make sure you can ping the SSO hostname and telnet 389/636 port of sso box.
