Error mssge with FF users, but not IE

Question

i have a form which uses a validation code. up until now the
form has worked fine, with an email being generated, and users
taken to a "Thank You!" page.
recently Firefox users are taken to a error page that reads,
"Not Found
The requested URL /script\form-to-mail-validated_process.php
was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while
trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
IE users have no problem.
The form has worked fine for 2 years. For some reason, and
with no changes from me, FF users have started experiencing this
problem.
Any advice would be appreciated..

Typo.
there is no such thing as a \ in a url.
